Love going to the movies, my family and I come often. Prices are right for tickets and smalls; not ridiculous prices at all. My family loves the little cinnamon and pretzel bites. Customer Service is always ready to assist, and most times theater is clean.

Love going to this theater. And love their pricing. They keep the theatre well kept, and always have a good staff. You can tell that it is an older theatre, but they maintain it well. Who every is the manager, is doing a great job.

Only $8 for 2 adults! Worth the drive from Sacramento.

The place was very nasty. The floors were sticky, bathroom nasty, popcorn all over the floor, seats in the theater looked old and dirty, um what else...and the popcorn was not fresh

This movie theater has 16 screens for their movies. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! We had a minor issue with one of the movie we had seen and they gave us free movie passes good for any movie! Also, they have a free membership card that gives you a good sized discount on movie tickets and food from the concession stand...any size popcorn gets free refills. Call me picky but the seats do not recline. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

It was the only theatre in the area playing the Oscar nominated films I wanted to see. Seriously!? Friendly staff and fellow audience members. I had been avoiding going there but I will definitely put it back on my preferred theaters list.

Yes it is cheaper than other theatres but after my last showing I will never attend this theatres again. Its filthy and smells of urine and if it couldnt be worse there was a man that kept talking through out the whole movie. He had commentary for every scene. Absolutely drove the nails in for me!

Large complex in Antioch. It’s not the newest or most high tech, but they have big theatres and $4 tickets for morning and afternoon shows! Skip the concessions stand and bring in your own snacks.

Either the AC isnt working or they are too cheap to turn it on. It was actually nicer outside. Also the bathroom was gross.

Sadly this place is getting worse and worse to me. It was nasty and really dirty not just in the theater but in the food court area as well. All the counters were nasty and food all over the floor. It was a Sunday and not all that busy so when we got there I thought maybe they just hadnt got to it yet. Then the theater was gross too. And after a 2 hour movie we walked out and it was even WORSE.. SMH Ill pay the extra and go to Brentwood

We enjoy the show. Unlike AMC Sand Creek, Deer Valley is very clean. Even though we have the movie pass - when it works - we still go to Deer Valley. That way, if the pass doesnt work it wont cost more than 6.00. Nice young people and great popcorn

I should be able to expect that a big-name theater stands to certain standards. Dont get me wrong here, prices are fine for movies and concessions, the place was clean enough (I visited toward the end of the day and I understand I probably was not getting the best impression of cleanliness), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My problem was with the movie quality.I arrived to watch Infinity War too late to get a good seat near the middle, which is fine. Unfortunately, from where I sat near the aisle on one of the sides (not the closest seat to the wall), I couldnt understand almost a single line of dialogue. I dont know if it was the acoustics of the room or some mishap with the sound system, or if my seat was just in a strange sound void, but I had to lean almost completely into the aisle to understand anything. I would expect to get the most out of the movie from the middle, sure, but I should still be able to enjoy it just fine from the sides.

Klhad a cool vintage ticket purchase booth outside. Not too busy. Freezing, but all movie theaters are.

Attracts idiots here... like the lady who sat in the front, pulled out her phone, and started playing candy crush... during THE MEG!! Other activities she participated in:Loud video calls on her phone.Recording the movie.Loud conversations across the theater.Asking people around her what the name of the movie is.Spoke to manager and they didnt do anything.She left, then came back with an employee, who was helping her with her popcorn, soda, nachos, and other stuff she bought! I guess they excel in customer service, no matter WHAT shenanigans youre up to!

Had to take my kids and leave because someone was actually smoking weed. In the theater. The whole area was full of smoke and stinky. They did nothing except ask him to leave. Even though it is NOT legal to smoke in public places. They did nothing. Those of us not doing something illegal had to leave and miss the movie while the loser simply stepped outside to smoke and was headed back in as we left.

How on earth are people saying this theater is clean? This may be the nastiest place, let alone theater, I have ever set my feet in! I feel like I am going to get lice or scabies every visit! As a matter of fact, I am glad the staff is super rude, because now I have a reason to go to a clean theater. The cheap prices were keeping me coming, but the awful management is making me go! I wonder if their corporate has any idea of how many cockroaches have taken up residency here? I am sure they have plenty to eat during the films since the staff NEVER cleans in between, under or around the seats. I have found so much trash that I could fill a landfill! My husband, kids and I observed how they clean, when the girl saw us watching her, (our movie was to start in 2 minutes, and she had just entered after we complained that no one had came in to clean yet) she told us to leave she wasnt done cleaning. All she was doing was pushing the trash under the seats! She didnt even come out with any trash bags when she told us we could take our seats. Oh and the previews already began. We almost missed the start of our movie because all the employees hang out in the break room instead of working. We watched over 10 workers, use the term loosely, it is deserved, and none of them went into the theaters to clean. They all just came out after the girl was finished. Funny, most jobs dont let the entire staff take a break at the same time. I guess at this AMC quality and cleanliness are not a priority, or even a thought! I dont believe I will ever return. I would rather wait and rent then give this trash heap anymore of my money. I can buy my own popcorn, drinks and treats and watch it on my surround sound and 65 inch tv! It is almost the same, but better! I dont have to pay a fee to get treated like trash and also sit in it!

A friend and I went to AMC with the plan to watch a movie that would be starting in 30 minutes. Well, we get to the line (of a man and his kids) and he looked impatient. We waited for 20 minutes. Outside. Wondering where in the hell the person to help us purchase tickets is. To add, there was a manager outside sweeping and as soon as the guy in front of us asked her Can you help us? she darted back inside. The doors to the theater are locked. Best part-- multiple employees were walking by and watching as we gave them confused looks. No response. No friendly hey, were on lunch come back in 10!We looked everywhere for a sign that said will be back at x time but literally, the place was open, operating.... but nobody was working. We checked online and our movie started 10 minutes ago.... so obviously theyre open for the day (because we could purchase pre paid tickets). We finally left after 45 minutes or so. These people dont have a hard job. Waste of time. Go somewhere else

My son and I watched the Ant-Man at 2:30. The movie was great, but the sound system came only on one side of the wall (right side). As if the sound was not stereo. The was the purpose going to the theater so you can enjoy the movie with the good sound system, otherwise we could just watch at home.

This may not be the top of the line as movie theaters go, but you simply cannot beat the price! Taking kids to the movies at AMC Deer Valley makes it affordable! They are friendly and the theater is pretty clean. My 3 kids love that we can now afford to go to a theater vs the drive in more often! Oh added bonus the theater always seems to he the perfect temperature! No need for blankets or sweaters (always a plus when you have children in tow!)

I went to this theatre for the first time and was surprised at how large and clean it was. I saw Black Panther opening night there Thursday. Very enjoyable ahead of the crowds plenty of parking. I used will call for my tickets and had no problems. I will go again, they have bargain days also.

Tickets here at very affordable and usually the theater is quite empty, making it enjoyable to watch a movie with some peace and quiet. Down sides are that the chairs are quite springy and sometimes the floors are sticky, but it’s usually quite clean.

Minuses....no bar. Pluses...no reserved seating. Much better than the Streets of Brentwood

The movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters is a pg-13 movie and I am 13. They dont let you go in without I.D. or if you dont have an adult with you.

The screens are nice, but the theaters seats are disgusting at best gross at worst. We got there early enough to have our pick of the seats and went thru a quarter of the seats before finding, just two, that felt less nasty than the others.

This theater needs to come up to date; you *must buy your ticket at the theater... online purchasing nor seat selection. Really did like the popcorn flavor salts they had like galic parmesan and cheesy jalapeno.

N my Opinion AMC 16 ON LOND TREE IS FAR BETTER THAN AT BRENTWOOD!!!! THAT THEATER HAS GONE TO THE DOGS!!! LACK OF STAFFING, ALWAYS DIRTY, and THEIR PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS FOR THEIR LACK OF GOOD SERVICE.....

I had an altercation with the manager because she refused to give us our 3D glasses even though weve presented proof of purchase. I asked for her name many times to report her but she wouldnt give it to me. Not only did we miss seeing the movie, they didnt give us a refund. I called AMCs customer service to complain but they wouldnt refund my money either. What a way to treat a paying customer.The movie theater isnt all that either. The place smells like stale popcorn, and the seats are old. Its messy. If you have the time, go to Maya Cinemas instead. Their interior is clean, well-detailed and the seats recline--theyre soft and really nice.

I enjoy my visits to this location. Its clean, affordable and the staff is nice.

This place is pretty decent on the prices as far as movie prices go. 3.99$ per person. The concessions are decent. The popcorn butter is self service. They also have self service fountain drinks which is nice when you need a refill half way through a movie. The only downsides are that the seats are somewhat uncomfortable and dont recline slightly like your typical movie theater seats. And the theaters are confusing to find your movie because they sent numbered very well. They do have an arcade which is also cool and a iceee machines that are also self service. All in all a good place to check a flick.

In need of a deep cleaning. This well used theater has many good points. The sound was good, seating adequate, on time showing.

First, the price is awesome! Secondly customer service is great at the snack bar. Just need to make sure the theater is mopped very sticky floors. As well as the restrooms maintained. But AMC is always my first choice !!!

Its a good place to watch a movie with great food and drinks but, its dirty. The theaters and the bathrooms plus the butter stations are a werck, but if you want to watch a movie its a good place to do so.

The only positive thing to say about this theater is that its prices are the lowest in the area. They should be, it is one of the worst run operations of any kind I have ever encountered. Dirty, slow service, staff could care less about any aspect of their jobs or their customers satisfaction. The staff seems to pride itself on not giving a damn, as they NEVER respond to customer complaints. Complete failure of local management. AMC Corp obviously just does not care about its reputation if it allows this operation go along as it has for the past 3+ years (maybe longer for all I know).

My experience at AMC was good, I did have an issue with the cashier not being able yo look up my Stubs Rewards, but other than that it was all good. Juan at the concession stand was veey helpful and he even took care of my Stubs Rewards issue for me. I have to say that for me customer servicplays a great part in my experiences anywhere I go.

Small movie theater but a good one

Theres a lot of people who go to this theater and dont know how to be quiet. People on their phone with a bright screen constantly talking. Prices are cheaper than the Brentwood location, but I wouldnt go to an opening weekend movie here ever again

This theater looks as if it was once great. However great things must still be kept up. This theater has not been. Seats are worn in, dont recline at all, and some are missing cup holders. The projectors could be updated as you see the brightness flickering at moments.But on the upside, the tickets are super cheap so you cant complain too much. Dollar for dollar this theater gives you what you pay for.

Like others have said before me: the tickets are cheap but the snacks are expensive. However, I suppose thats the trade-off you get for cheaper tickets. The popcorn is good & the nachos are decent. The staff are definitely friendly & accommodating.

Seats need to be replaced. The floors and carpets inside the auditoriums are dirty and sticky. The employees (the few who are working) have forgotten so many times to dim the lights when the previews/movie starts, that my husband learn how to do this himself!I wish Theaters would go back to having ushers, or at least staff available to remove loud people or people on their phones. The pros: Staff is nice and ticket prices are budget/Family friendly.

Staff is great but the popcorn is awful and I ordered a pretzel which was cold. Seats are uncomfortable and place needs a whole new look. Don’t waste ur time coming here go to the one in Brentwood much better.

Compare to the price of the movie tickets there is no match!! But the condition of this AMC is not good , seats are old fashioned , screens are old and could see some wear and tear in the ceiling.2D movie tickets are priced as low as $4.49 to $6.49 , which is unbelievable!!! for the movie theater condition , for the movie price tickets.

The theater itself is fine with ticket prices starting at as low as $3.99 but the security is an issue. Someone broke into my car which was parked right in front of the theater. I would suggest to park carefully after sunset.

O... M... Goodness! I have come to this theater NUMEROUS times and Im never coming back! My experience never improved! This theater is FILTHY! The floors are so sticky, its unbelievable! At least youll get your workout in for the day when your trying to pry your leg free! The seats are nasty! The employees are so rude, its clear they dont want to be there. Are they mad that were having fun while their working? If so, I dont understand why their taking their anger out on us customers. They dont seem like their suffering too much, considering the fact that over HALF of the employees hang out in the break room at once. One chick came out while I was waiting outside the door so I could be let in. She realized it wasnt clean when she saw the Now Cleaning sign. She said, Oh! and ran to get a broom, with only 3 or so minutes left! If I listed all of this theaters flaws, I would be here all day. Just take my word for it and dont come here! Instead of bargain hunting, hunt for a good time! Make good memories, not regretful ones!

Great prices, good location, very friendly staff, and though the exterior is dated, the interior is decent and comfortable. Its been my go-to since I moved into the area.

I go to this theater all the time and have a good experience every time I go. There is very little if nothing wrong with this theater and the staff works very hard to please the moviegoers. If you want a good movie experience, you will have one at this theater. In addition, you can not beat the movie prices which help with the cost of snacks. I have a Stubbs card which helps your cost even more. There is nothing wrong with saving money. Who says you have to spend a lot to have a good time and enjoy a good movie. This is the place to go for movies in this area. Keep up the good customer service.You are doing a good job.

I used to go in my days off always like around 1:PM or so, however, since they make this change of ownership I think, they only offering at 4pm and forward, and people like me that we have week days off make it harder to enjoy a good movie.
