Delta Village is doing big things for the community. This is a wonderful, beautiful, safe place to live. The staff members are kind, helpful and attentive to tenants needs.... This is a great secure place to live...the new added gate not only secure but makes the place looks and feel upscale

It was a great place with a real hometown feel until Hometown America took over. When my parents are gone I will sell rather than live in their paid for home. Sad the old owners sold the property to Hometown America. Look up Hometown America nation wide and you will see what I mean. The residents are nice people.

Been here almost a year, and I love it!!! No complaints and atmosphere is so quiet!!!! Also, I love the new added gate!!

I LOVE DELTA VILLAGE AND I WOULD NOT DARE LEAVE, ITS VERY SAFE FOR CHILDREN AS WELL, THE MOBILE HOMES ARE WONDERFUL AS WELL, IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES I PROMISE YOU IT WILL BE TAKING CARE OF QUICKLY....OVERRALL EVERYTHING IS GREAT!!!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET YOUR CHOICE OF LIVING HERE
