The outside looks rustic. Was not open to go inside

I put some of doll clothes in the gift shop. Some are colonial and some are modern. The director is super nice and the house is very clean. Highly recommend a tour here if you are able.

Tavern Night was amazing! Great food and atmosphere. Dawn gave us a private tour. Looking forward to next year.

But a pleasant place to visit, terrific stock... If you are a follower of American history, in particular American Revolutionary War history, you may want to take a look

Love this place! I loose myself in the history here. You are quickly taken back to 1762 as soon as you step in!

Wonderful experience, well informed staff, lots to see.

The cub scouts had a great time there. We learned about early American living, we learned to weave and spin. The educators were great and they were dressed in period attire. We also learned a little local history. At the end of the educational event, we ate the most delicious apple cake and apple juice.They have a cute gift shop with some small toys, recipe books and some handmade items.

Awesome historical place right in town, a must-see for students and any history buffs.
