My son and I parked at Audrey Moore and rode the trails. We had a lot of fun once we figured out the site. It is compact but poorly marked, especially with the Fall leaves.

Kids love the skate park, and there are miles of trails to walk or ride. Good mountain biking trail, as well.

Specifically reviewing the skatepark here - it is the largest and most interesting in the area. It was busy on a weekend at mid day with all levels of skill represented. Several families skating together. Ramps are MDF with aluminum edged rails and such. Stays open with lights until about 10 except in winter.

Always a delight, full of trails, courts and people socially distancing (except the skatepark and basketball courts.)

Good place for a trail run. Convenient location just off Beltway and ample parking. I visited when it was 28° so its probably a lot nicer to hang out here when the weather is warmer.

Conveniently located shared use trail park. Offers lighted tennis courts, a skate park, rec center, and ball fields. I most enjoy the MTB trails with access from the CCT.

Great park for athletic fields and trails. Although the trails arent lighted for night use, theres enough paths around the fields to walk. Ive only been in the rec center once so I cant say how good it is, but its always busy, as are the fields, skates park, and numerous mountain biking trails that run through the park.

Full activities, great employees working in front desk and gave to me good information and help.

No restrooms available, good luck if you have kids.

Very nice walking park wedge between a 12 lane interstate highway and housing developments. You dont often see either along the trail. Road noise is muffled by the trees in summer. Theres supposed to be fish in the creek. Some stocked by the State DGIF.

Its the best park in northern Virginia

NVSS which is a senior softball league plays games here and other Fairfax county fields women 40 and up men 50 and up. It is well maintained by the county. Has clean bathrooms.

If u actually skate then u wont like the vibe go to lake fairfax or something theirs to many scooter kids or kids who are their for no reason its a million dollar park with not much of a purpose ... It has potential butt just nah

Confusing at first finding mountain bike trails, but once found; had a blast. Definitely will be going back!

I only skate here because it’s close to my house. Most of the park is useless prefab stuff and taken over by scooter kids. The street course area isn’t very well thought out with little flow and lots of congestion. The entire park should be bulldozed and replaced with a modern plaza design skate park seen in other areas around the world.

Ive walked my dog here quite a few times. Its pretty decent but kind of small. You can wind your way around the northern bit to get some more distance but the trails are kind of a mess. Id suggest using an app that records a track of your walking or biking. Also has tennis courts and a skate park, which seem pretty popular.

Great place for mountain biking. Theyve recently done some trail reworking in order to improve water flow through the park. Diverse riding surfaces. They run a race series here on Wednesday evenings during the summer. Great place to meet friends for a short or longer ride if you want. Clean restrooms up at the community center. Lots of parking.

Great bike trails

Huge park with bike trails, many tennis courts, soccer, baseball, football fields, skateboard area, and even a recreational center with indoor swimming and rooms for classes.

We come here for all sorts of things - running, biking, swimming, and the playground. They also have a skate park and classes at the rec center weve never taken advantage of. The pool and locker rooms are cleaner than others in Fairfax County. The small playground outside is great for our little one. The trails are excellent for mountain biking and running. If I ever move, itll be closer to this park.

We go there regularly for walks and workouts.

Great Park! This place can accommodate for nearly any athletic activity you are into. The Mountain Bike trails are very good and the groups that maintain them are attentive to the needs of riders and the latest concepts for mountain biking. Definitely a fun place for riders of all ages and skill sets to come to.

My granddaughter loves this park to practice her skateboarding skills. Its good for all ages and skill levels.

Its a pretty good skarepark. It has lots of ramps and objects you can skate on. One problem is the little kids getting in the way of the people that really want to skate

This Fairfax County Park is a not so hidden gem. Just off the 495 S, The Beltway, on Braddock Road** the Park has a swimming center, skate park, tennis, basketball courts, baseball fields, soccer fields, bike trails and the trails connect with the Fairfax County Cross County Trail (CCT). Really great place.**Look up the history of Braddock Road on Wikipedia. It is an historic route. So much around us hidden by development!

Nice rec center, fun trails, pleasant creek. There is a skate park and lots of Fields as well. This is a nice place to visit but not really a picnic spot.

It was my first time so I went to this place by myself to get the lay of the land hoping to get a good ride in on the mtb trail. The trail was so poorly marked. Thank God I only crossed paths with one person while going the wrong way. If it were a busier day that either would have been more dangerous or much easier to tell which what was the right way. I am definitely going back but will probably go on a group ride before trying it on my own again. Or Ill just try and find another slow day.

Nice park that has a cross county trail for running and biking.There are tennis courts as well as a rec center here.There is a soccer field, a bunch of basketball courts, and plenty of parking.They have a farmers market every Wednesday

Wakefield Park mountain bike trail is great for a short ride. If you dont want to trek outside of the beltway to get your mountain biking itch scratched, Wakefield is typically a quiet and peaceful place to do biking, or even a pleasant nature walk!

Great place

Wakefield Park is a wonderful facility located in the flood plain of Accotink Creek in between Rt. 236 and Braddock Road, adjacent to the Capital Beltway. Hundreds of acres of forest surround modern facilities including tennis, softball, soccer, skateboarding, mountain biking, and many others. You could spend every day all day for a month here and never get bored.

The biggest problem is for parents watching young kids at swim lessons at the rec center; humidity is high. CCT runs straight through the park, and this is a good place to stop and get water or use the bathroom.

Went mountain biking here a few times, its a pretty nice area with paved and dirt trails. There are spots along the way with maps just in case you get lost.The park has a half pipe, soccer and baseball fields as well.

Lots of activities to do racket ball, swimming, hiking, biking, the tennis courts are in good shape as well as the basketball courts, great area to teach kids to ride bikes, a lots classes are also offered the swimming instructor are great.

Fields were good, but no signs. I ended up circling multiple fields before i found the one i wanted, and missed the first inning as a result.

Well maintained & quiete, loads of trails. We usually go for weekend sunset view, which are amazing.We usually run the trail that connects to accontick lake, longest & prettiest.

I gave 2 stars instead of 5 due to the fact that one of their employees had a ramp blocked off and I was riding ramps adjacent to the one he had marked as closed not knowing that he was wanting the whole side of the park blocked off. He aggressively approached me yelling and swearing very loudly all with small children around riding scooters. He then proceeded to threaten to have me arrested.? I also had a friend with me also on a bmx bike who he was yelling similar threats and swear words at. Mike was the gentleman’s name and I’ve been going to this park for years now and would’ve offered to help had he approached me not yelling and swearing. As he was approaching my friend and I we attempted to apologize and he continued yelling, swearing, and making threats.

Lovely park that is clean and well kept. There are plenty of sports fields and walking paths.
