Should be reported to the health department! No enforcement of wearing masks. Probably 15 out of 30 customers had masks on...kids and adults! No regular cleanings like they post on their website.Wanted to take my son, since we havent been since january...but we wont be back anytime soon. Poorly run and will probably be out of business soon anyways

Ive been impressed with how much cleaner and better maintained this location is! They fix games quickly and the staff are friendly and helpful. I like the card system more than the old tokens and my kids had a blast!

Always fun. Me and the princess have a blast every time. Also helped this lady find her grand daughter that went missing. Scary but its actually a hard place for a little one to escape. They have someone watching the door almost always. She was safely lost behind one if the big chairs playing a racing game . Thank God.

Great place to take the kids not expensive at all the staff was great. Helped with everything safe for the kids aswell the games are fun and the kids love this place. We took my son here for his 4th birthday and they made it so easy for us to just enjoy it with out the stress of making things perfect or cleaning up a huge party they helped cut the cake and served our kids which made things stress free and we want to thank the staff at chuck e cheeses

Very friendly & warm atmosphere

Good experience the all you can play makes everything very easy for the parents and kids as your no longer handing out coins like we got back in the day. Food has also improved so its a good place to have lunch as well.

Fun for the kids, insanely overpriced food, card system is a nice improvement over the tokens of old. Also - Saturday must be the designated deodorant-free day but we were not warned ahead of time. Entire building was RIPE with body odor.

Staff was fun and friendly and very helpful. Children had a great time. Place was packed on a Sunday.

My kids love to go to chuck E cheese and they enjoy to go because with ALL DAY CAN PLAY..is more better than with points..good coupons and attention.

What a great experience! My darling autistic daughter wanted to go there for her birthday and the experience was just as she was wishing for. The staff was wonderful, they treated her perfectly. I love the way they have started using a card for the games and charge is on hourly basis, its much better than using coins.

This place is fun and entertaining for children. The pizza is better than expected.I like that you can upgrade tickets and can play for unlimited play for set periods of time.

We hosted a 4 year olds birthday party here! We had 8 kids total for less than $200!! Pop and pizza were served and the staff was very polite and attentive to our needs! We had so much fun and i would recommend having parties here!

Wow things have changed and I am not sure for the better. The pizza is for sure better than the latter cardboard they use to serve but the portion on the appetizer was a bit skimpy. It is geared more for the older kids I would say 8 and up. I did like the card for unlimited play but wow plan on taking out a second mortgage definitely not for the middle class anymore.

I celebrated my daughters birthday here and everything went well, except the sandwich platter came with around 12 whole fries. Recommend bringing some more fries if you want enough for your whole party to enjoy them!

Participated in celebrating a friends, 6 year old daughters bday. The staff was great and everyone had a good time.

We came in with 11 people so I ordered a large pizza because the menu said it comes with 12 slices. Then I ordered a personal pizza that said has 6 slices. What they dont tell you is that the slices are literally 1inch wide! I had to buy 2 more pizzas to feed everyone. Also, the games are great. Lots of fun, but when you go to turn in all the tickets youve won for prizes, you literally need 80 tickets to buy 1 Tootsie Roll! No joke! My kids were disappointed and I was totally underwhelmed.

We had never been to a Chuck E Cheese before and the kids really wanted to go after seeing commercials. My husband and I were disappointed by the lack of play equipment/slides for our younger boys. The Play Pass system was easy to figure out and use as well as reasonably priced. The place was clean. Our kids did have a lot fun. I only gave 2 stars due to the place not having any play equipment I would highly recommend for older kids who like arcades.

We went on a half day after school. It was actually pretty deserted so that was great for us! I like that they got rid of tokens and have the electronic passes now. Super convenient that you can pause the card when you purchase the pass by time. All of the staff were nice but Natalie was extra patient and very kind with my special needs child who was very indecisive when it came to cashing in her tickets. The world needs more people like her!

Just off 94 in Ann Arbor, this Chuck E. Cheese includes a salad bar, pizzas with non-recycled pizza slices, and a large party area you can reserve for events. The game selection focuses more on kids 6 to 10 years old with only several games targeted toward younger kids. There are a few ride-on games and karts for younger kids, too. The staff are friendly and will quickly fix broken games and restock empty tickets.

Fun place for kids and pretty good pizza

This chuck e cheese is always great with my family. I would like to give them 5 stars but the register is always slow. Having to wait to get my kids their tokens (now cards) because I choose to save money by using coupons is a little crazy when the kids are so excited to be there. But the overall experience is great, and the food is on par with all the other kids places. The bonus is the salad bar. Im always a fan of a salad bar.

Holy terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! Walking into the door my children had there hand grab without explanation for a stamp. Freaked out my 2-year-old like crazy. Got to the counter and some guy was back there so I assumed he worked there, he then walked away and said “maybe I shouldn’t make people think I’m working.” Then the lady that finally came behind the counter was super annoyed we were there! We had never experienced chunky cheese since we were kids. Asked what we needed to do and she didn’t want to help us. After finally getting a table my children went and played while the staff sat at a booth and ate themselves! With this being a children’s place this the staff needs a ton of work on how to be friendly! The only nice person we encountered was the nice woman who us get prizes!

Was clean and well kept. Pizza was awesome and when one of the games broke, staff was quick to start getting it fixed. Really enjoyable experience!

Went there just to buy Dippin Dots ice cream treats. Friendly service. $3 for a small cup, $4 for a large cup (almost 3x the volume, Id estimate!). They had four flavors: cookies and cream, chocolate chip cookie dough, and two fruit/sherbet flavors that we didnt try, but were very colorful. In a strip mall, which we wouldnt have found if not for the GPS. Seemed to have all the usual features that make Chuck E. Cheese so much fun: free admission, good security measures, pizza, tokens for lots of fun games. My personal favorite at these is the sketch picture photo booth - family portrait for a quarter, ready in a matter of seconds How can you beat that price and speed?!

Took my grandbaby there and honestly its the nicest chuck E cheese I ever been too.Employees are respectful and helpful.So happy I found this place on Google maps. Pizza is great and tasty. Restrooms are clean.all children should at least have 1 birthday party here.

Its always good to go there kids have lots and lots of fun

Hadn’t been here in YEARS and it still had the same vibe as I remember when I was little. The only thing that was weird is that now instead of tokens they have little scanny cards so it was super weird to see little kids scanning cards on the games like a credit card. The tokens were definitely part of the experience back then.

Have received very good service most of the times we have visited. Only one visit where there wasnt enough staff and Chuck E. Didnt show for 2 hours. Otherwise our experiences have been good and we would return.

Pretty fun if youre looking for a somewhat nostalgic experience of going to Chuck E Cheese. Though the place isnt really what it used to be. Most of the games have been converted into Chuck E Cheese versions. But still pretty fun for the most part

Over priced, not enough games, and little prizes are not worth it. Place should also have a jungle gym once all the tokens are finished which takes about a 1/2 hour. But, it was very clean, lots of seating and no drama. Restroom clean as well except a few have no hinges on the bathroom doors.

We came here at night and there was literally only one other family there at the time. So, we pretty much had the place to ourselves and the staff were friendly; My kids had plenty of fun.

The food here is overpriced and not very tasty, not to mention that the customer service is also definitely lacking. Not worth visiting ever again!!!

Some machines were broken, the place in general did not seem well kept up. We were there for the birthday party, but the birthday service was lacking. Most of the machines were gambling style luck games, not fun arcade games, this would be fine if the prizes werent such a ripoff. +1 star because the kids enjoyed themselves. I would not come here for fun.
