Awesome nature trails. A little hard to find from the main road. We found poison ivy along the trail, so next time Ill come with long pants.

Been coming to this park for over 30 years. It is my favorite small nature park. All paths through the park are dirt and gives a true old style feel to the park. Also over the years it has become more and more in the city as Ann Arbor has grown.

Cute park but the paths are somewhat narrow. Bring masks or expect to stand in the brush.

This is a nice park in Ann Arbor to escape from the citiy for a bit. Lots of wildlife, nice open walking trails, and great plant life.

Good signage on trails that wind through woods to 2 lakes. First Sister Lake is overgrown and doesnt offer much of a view from the bench at the overlook. Second Sister has lots of lily pads but also people still have small boats on this lake. We followed the path to Parklake Rd. and enjoyed a walk through the houses and hills in Lakewood subdivision.

This is a nice park, but very undeveloped. The trails were very narrow and the brush was thick. I imagine it would be FULL of mosquitoes in the summer.

Beautiful tucked away park, quite big for a city park two nice lakes and wooded walking area. Bathrooms are okay. There are 5 pokestops and two gyms I believe. I really enjoy the break I get from work when I come here... Very quiet and peaceful.

Decent enough park, good for dog walks. Probably would be good for a few laps of trail running, as it connects to other neighborhoods. The little kids I see there seem to have a good time.Men tend to congregate in their cars in the parking lot and hang out. It seems to be a known thing. Not sure exactly whats up with that. It weirds me out a little, but they have never bothered me or anyone else that Ive seen/talked to, so whatever.

Decided to try this as a new park for dog walks. I agree with some of the commenters-this park seems to also function as a rest area for some sketchy folks who are definitely not there to enjoy the views. It was really off-putting. We also ended up turning right (not left toward the better- maintained trails) and went down a path that led to a car seat by a lake...Once we found the better maintained trails, it turned out to be a nice walk, although the park is by a busy street and you never seem to be too far away from it. That, combined with some of the weird vibes described above make it a place I will probably not return to.

Sweet. Easy parking and a nice place to walk dogs and feel protected from wind or snow because of all the trees. I can hardly believe the review below by Renee Reilly. Absolutely incorrect. I have been going there for years and there are very few people there and those who are there are kind and respectful and there is absolutely no drug trafficking. Wow. I am not sure what is in the water that SHE is drinking. Hallucinating.

Not a bad looking park, but was very quickly followed by an older guy as soon as I left my car. I realized he was consistently on every trail I purposely tried to avoid him with. I even stopped for a moment to let him pass and he just stared at me for like 3 minutes. I thought maybe his awkwardness was due to some kind of impairment, and didnt tell him to F off. I made it obvious I was leaving and went back to my car. After reading reviews I clearly see he was trying to get laid. Wont be going back soon, as apparently this has been going on there a while.

Pretty nice little park. On the wild side, similar to bird hills, but less terrain and more water. I hear the fishing is food, and there is easy access.

This nature area is located on the quite convenient place from the downtown of Ann Arbor. Both First and Second Sister Lakes are tiny but beautiful.

Re

It looks nice but its a very dangerous park & NOT a place even police suggest u go to. Its a park that has a bad reputation, due to its seclusion, as a spot for drug trafficing & a place where men meet to have casual sexual relations all times of the day & night. We have personally been physically assulted in this park by a drunk man while we had 3 children with us . There are other parks so much better. Ann arbor needs to clean this one up of its nasty element, if they did it would be lovely. Sadly, thats yet to happen.
