Good place for the kiddos playing games. They have a strict face mask policy but are hypocrites. Youre expected to wear masks but not required when bowling?

This is a very nice movie theater. It is very big and clean. They also sell really yummy hot dogs! You have to wear a mask inside and they are working hard to keep distance between seating. Very good service and relaxing atmosphere. Stop by if you have time!

First time bowling at B&B, awesome experience. Multiple game options including quick games and fun graphics.

Went In on Wednesday night and saw a rated R movie. Was with my girlfriend and my friend. No one was asked for their ID. Keep in mind I am 18. Come in on Friday of the same week. Was told they need ids for all tickets. Told them about my experience on Wednesday and all they wanted was a name or description of the employee who sold the tickets. So we buy tickets for a different movie at the same time and go into this EMPTY theatre of the movie we wanted to watch. Manager comes in and says “oh you thought I wasn’t gonna check”. When my friend left our movie to use the bathroom the employee came to him and asked if we were still in the right theatre and he was gonna check. Employees were very disrespectful and unprofessional. Food is over priced. 7$ for a small popcorn is absolutely outrageous. Will not come again. Thanks for reading my review of this unprofessionally run establishment.

Went bowling with the family had a great time!

Really enjoyed talking my kids to the theater with the play place. They had no problem following instructions and sitting when the music directed (I was just as surprised as the next guy). Seemed clean and well maintained.Lots of fun and different options for the family. I could see this being a nice place for a date night. Cant speak to the food as we didnt have any theatre snacks or drinks.

Prices are really high compared to other theaters in the city. It is just conveniently located for us. We have fun taking the kids to the arcade as well. The theater itself is very nice and located near multiple restaurants. Have not tried the bowling alley yet.

Had a lovely time with our family. Had board games out for all to play, arcade room, bowling lanes(although we didn’t bowl) interactive Toy Story 4 & Marvel movie. We were there all day till about 930pm & we loved every minute of it even our 4 year old. Had a great experience and can’t wait to return

The movie was good. but the concession prices are outrageous. 5.00 for a small pop? get real, these prices only encourage people to smuggle in their own soda.

My family and I went to see a movie together and fully enjoyed our experience!! The seats are very nice and comfortable and the management of the facility was great too!! Definitely would recommend this theater to anyone and everyone :)

I was there bowling with my 2 children. And I was bowling with a 7 pound ball. The manager came up to me and asked me to please not use a 7 pound ball they are only for children to use. I tried to explain that I had just had carpel tunnel surgery done a couple months ago and my wrist isn’t strong and this is the weight I can use to bowl. And the manager wouldn’t listen nor did he care he said if I bend the rules for you then the next time a grown man wants a light weight ball to throw down and potentially ruin the equipment I’ll havr to let him. I said I’m not here to ruin any equipment just want to bowl with my kids and he said I’m sorry ma’am 10 pound ball is the lightest you can bowl with. Then he proceeded to start a game by himself on the lane next to me I’m guessing to watch to see what ball I used. I finished the game using a 10 pound ball and then had to just sit and watch my kids as I couldn’t bowl anymore. Very disappointed with the amount of money I paid there to play! I’m second guessing going back.

Great venue for adults, children, and families! From the amazing theaters with heated recliners and a play area for kids, to the Bar and Grille, bowling alley, and arcade! Tickets are a little pricey, but well worth it! I highly recommend B&B Theaters in Ankeny!

James the genral manager was rude, my family called to make a reservation and we were told we could bring cupcakes for my sisters birthday. While half way through bowling he comes up and tells us its against the health codes but proceeds tell us if we hand him 25$ hell let it slide. He then forces us to take the box outside and as were coming in we ask some other employees why we were told it was alright and they ask what he said we tell them and they say hes wrong and doesnt know what hes talking about. The bowling also didnt work that well the pin machine would knock them over when raising them so it would mess up the score and honestly was just a bad experience. What was the point in lying did he just want 25$ because it was a slow night im not sure but im dissapointed as it was a super nice place and all the other employees were nice. I tried leaving this review on facebook but it wouldnt let me give them one star and theres also many other conplaints if i could i would corporates number so i can call them.

Good seats for movie and bowling was fun but the only thing lacking was the arcade. Great place for a good day
