I stopped to deliver a gift to a friend who was visiting from out of country. I was outside for less then 5 minutes standing by my running vehicle, and was approached and belittled by the lot manager who then threatened action against me and took photos of my car. I feel bad for anyone who has to make deliveries to tenants in this living area. I can only hope other people have better experiences then I did. Not a very inviting place if the staff are always like this. :(

The care taker here suggest that I have a 650 credit score and that they have $80k mobile homes on the lot. Ill leave it at that.

Its numbering sydtem makes absolutely no sense

For a trailer court its reasonably clean and well kept. All the trailers are pretty nice and its close to school.

MANAGEMENT IS A REAL PROBLEM FOR THE PEOPLE WHO PAY LOT RENT TO LIVE HERE....I AM IN TRANSITION & STAYING HERE WITH FRIENDS TEMPORARILY...I WOULD NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE MYSELF...MY FRIENDS ARE GOOD PEOPLE AND IT BOTHERS ME TERRIBLY HOW THEY ARE TREATED.

Even if you own your mobile home and your pets will never be outside they won’t let you have more than 2. I could understand if you had large dogs that bark all the time but indoor cats wouldn’t bother anyone else.

The rent goes up every year. It was $330.00 and is $365.00 now. Asked to have trees trimmed the first year I moved in June 2014. They trimmed 1 and the other hangs way down hits you on the head when mowing. My son has had to kept pine tree trimmed to keep it of my roof.Neighbors are friendly!

Horrible place.just had to move due to finding out that there is a drug dealer living in park that drives a red Smiths plumbing van.witnessed him doin a drug deal a few weeks ago to a couple of park kids.guy has traffic all hours night and has cameras all over trailer.dont advise living there if u have kids.
