Awesome place! Plenty of exciting ceramics to pick from for all ages. Great way to spend an afternoon being creative! The staff is so kind, and are practicing CDC recommendations.

Fun, good selection of things to paint and good prices. Fun and relaxing activity with the kids or for a date night! My husband and I had a blast on our date night and had the whole place to ourselves at 6:30 on a Friday. We have been here before and will continue to come back.

Great classes and variety of paint options. Staff is considerate. Class felt a little rushed but we were taking the longest, others seemed satisfied. We stayed to paint ceramics after. Christmas in July is awesome!

This place was reasonably priced for painting ceramics, and it was a very independent project. I wish they had more color options as other places in the metro, but they had enough to cover the basic needs.

It was fun for myself and three children . My oldest son being 22, my daughter 16, and my youngest daughter 13. I choose to give 4 stars because it was a bit expensive and we has to wait over a week to come back n pick up what we made and my sons still hadnt been put in the fire yet so we had to go back again.

Called Thursday to confirm they opened at 10am Friday. I told the lady I was bringing 5 kids and wanted to make sure they were open that we would be there. It is 10:10am and no one is here. We got up early and drove from Urbandale to give them our business and the kids are excited...just to come to a business with no service.

This place is a hidden gem. Took my kids here to make birthday present for there grandmother and Im glad we did. They have a wide variety of items to select from (to glaze and fire). There is also a large selection of glaze colors and tool to apply your chosen glaze options. The staff is very helpful. My kids had a blast painting the platter we selected. The process/wait time for the item to be fired and ready for pickup was only a day or two. The end result was great! Cant wait to go back!

The people are friendly. The cost gets fairly expensive once sitting fees and ceramics are paid for. We have 3 children and cant seem to go for less than $50.

This a great place to take the kids, a date, a friend or just go solo. There is a huge selection of pottery to paint and the staff is very helpful. I had my 40th birthday party here and had a bunch of friends join me in a canvas painting. A great time was had by all!

We took our 3 year old for her birthday on Tuesday August 8th 2017. our other daughter also did a piece. We were told we could come pick our finished items up a week later. We called on Tuesday the 15th to ask if we could come pick our items up and we were told yes. When I got there the employee that was working greeted me and I said my wife called about picking up a couple of pieces. I began to look through the finished things. The employee came over and asked what I was looking for, when I told her with out looking she told me that they were still in the kiln and that they would be ready tomorrow (Wednesday). She added that the owner loaded the kiln this morning Tuesday and that it was suppose to have been done on Monday. When I came in on Wednesday evening the employee that was working was the same lady that was working when we first came in on the 8th. She remember me and told me our items were still in the kiln, something about it wasnt cooling properly. I told her about what happened the day before when I came in. Her reaction told me that she know nothing about what happened Tuesday evening or what I was told. The employee today Wednesday offered a gift certificate after I asked for a partial refund. (You pay up front before they fire your item.) I explained that I probably would not be back as there are other similar business in the metro area. I asked to talk to the owner who at 5:45 pm was not there. The employee did take my info and before I was home 15minutes later the owner had called me back. Tina Norris the owner told me it wasnt her fault the kilns she said she had two were not working properly, and that she had had several groups come and she was running behind. She told me that she was offering other people that came in to get there things a 20% discount on a future visit. Tina would not let me talk and was yelling at me. My wife could here her from across the room and I was not using speaker.I spent 48 dollars and my kids had a good time I feel like the creative experience was worth what we paid. I sadly had two disappointed little girls when I came home empty handed two days in a row. I dont know if they will call me when our items are actually ready or not?Sad that I was giving a different reason for the delay by 2 different employees and yet another reason for the delay by the owner. The two employees did both apologize but all I got from the owner was excuses.

Had a gift certificate given to us for a birthday present and went to use it before it expired and the store closed at its previous location and then when opened new location went to use it and they wouldn’t honor it! Won’t support them anymore
