Stopped here rather than other larger places. I could not be happier with my decision. Brad listened to my questions and directed me to exactly what was best. No attempts to get me to buy other things or more than I wanted. I was very impressed with his hand held bar code reader that immediately brought up video on large TV to show me what each firework did when used. My family assumed I spent 2-3 times what I did on the show.

Brad was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the fire works. I will only shop here from now on! Prices are great, they have a lot of selections (if dont go last minute ;-) as expected), and the customer service is on point!! Thanks for helping us get our 4th of July set up for the best price

Drove 45 minutes to get here. Closed at 930pm when their website states 11pm. Smh. Last Friday before the 4th.

I drive from Indianapolis multiple times from Memorial weekend till the 4th just to buy from them. Great prices for great product. The staff is also another reason to come back. Brad and Emily are always nice and helpful. Id highly recommend you visit their store you wont be disappointed.

It was my first big time fireworks show this last year that i was going to put on i told him my budget and he showed me the best stuff for that budget. The show was amazing and lasted for a while so i really feel like i got my moneys worth. The customer service was excellent and i will definitely be back in the future. Not to mention their prices were way better than johnny lemas down the street. All in all would recommend and great store.

Had called in a meeting at the Angola store in September and was able to get in the next day. The guy was helpful and gave me great discounts on the product. Was not disappointed with the product or service.

Great fireworks for very low prices spent $300 dollars here and I got alot more fireworks than I do at other places I am definelty comeing here for fireworks for now on.

Prices are great, 50% off everything and they have a great selection. I have never had any fireworks that were duds.

4/18/2013 Went back to the Angola store yesterday to start preparing for this years Fireworks festivities only to be greeted with extremely bad customer service. When I asked for Alvin, who has always taken good care of me and all my friends for the past few years, I was told he had been fired for stealing. Alvin was always knowledgeable in helping us put together the best show for the money each year by showing us all the newest and best fireworks available by Bigfireworks. This guy obviously has no idea about fireworks at all. From speaking this person, I got the feeling he is the one who had gotten Alvin fired, and that Bigfireworks should reconsider the fact that this shady individual is now running the Angola store. I have never seen the store looking so bad or received such bad service in the past. I will not be going back to Bigfireworks again unless I hear that management and customer service have gone back to what it was in the past.

Prices were great, staff was friendly and helpful but had lots of duds and had one that was supposed to emit showers in the sky blow up in the yard and injured 4 people!
