HORRIBLE... grandsons birthday party was scheduled to start at 2 and was over at 6. Moonwalk was suppose to be setup between 10-noon. I called and called... left messages and finally a call back but not with good news or an apology, just that the driver was on his way. Moonwalk wasnt setup until around 330. The poor employee setting it up didnt even have a dollie and everything was buried in their truck. It was a nightmare. I felt so bad for their employee...yes, only one guy having to lift, move and setup this heavy moonwalk. Thats way to much for one guy to be lifting, let alone without a dollie. What a way to loose business and torture your employees. I am not happy with any of it. The sad thing is, weve rented from them before and have never had this happen with the previous owner.
