Great place to have a home. Jessie is a fantastic person that works with everyone to keep the Estates in tip top condition. Very quiet neighborhood full of caring people.

For a trailer park (sorry for the stereotypical judgment)It was better then others

Lot fee has gone up way too much several times in the past couple years. Notices to tennents say its still less than or comparable to other parks nearby, but Augusta is $100 less and nearest one in Wichita is $50 less. Although I think the park here is decent, its just far too much to pay a month for hardly any worthwhile improvements. BTW, we have to dump our own trash at a community bin now, and we never got a reduction on the lot fee for that.

Older park newer owners a place to call home in Andover

I have only been living here a few months, but so far its been great. Its one of the better mobile home parks in the Andover area, and the location is outstanding...Im only a few minutes away from everything I need. Andover Estates management is also fantastic, not only the previous management but the new management as well.If you want a great mobile home park in the Andover area I would highly recommend Andover Estates.

My sister in law lives in this community. I think its safe. I think the homes are all in good shape. And overall, its a nice community. The only thing I would say thats not all positive are the teens driving around too fast.

The people who live here are nice, they take care of their property so it looks good. Lot rent is a little steep for the small size but the neighborhood is really nice and close to everything you need.

This is a mobile home park that was rebuilt after a F5 tornado literally destroyed it.

This is where I live, this is my home. I have to say the Peckhams are extremely gracious and kind. Andover is a very expensive place to live and part of the reason for that is the amazing and nationally recognised school system. Because of the Peckhams and Andover Estates we are able to afford a home in Andover, and send our kids to the best schools in the State of Kansas.
