Loved the course it was challenging and fun to play as a first timer...however when I checked in today at the pro shop I put a mask on to be polite and try to be a decent human being...an employee in the pro shop then made a comment to the person checking me in...”hey is there any Covid in here?” Man at register said...”Nope no Covid here” I then said thanks and left the area to play golf...I will say to be fair the person checking me in afterwards was decent and got me out on the course with another single...I just want to say I’m not in high school anymore and don’t need to listen to grown adults try to change my behavior to do what I need to do...I won’t be back and I’m sure the feeling is mutual...plenty of other courses to play

Cobbs Glen Country Club, located in Anderson, South Carolina, is a great course for a fair price. The fairways were well kept and the greens were perfect. This course has several challenging holes, including fourteen and fifteen. Some well placed water hazards make these some exciting holes. The clubhouse is nice, including a full service restaurant. Give them a go the next time you want to paly an exciting round!

THEY NEED A RANGER ON THE WEEKENDS, AND IM VERY CONFIDENT THAT IT WASNT MEMBERS PLAYING SO SLOW,BUT THE SLOW PLAY MADE ME MISERABLE AFTER 5 HOLES.THE GREENS ARENT BAD BUT THEY DONT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN COVERED THIS WINTER SO NOT AS FULLY DRESSED AS MOST COURSES N THE AREA ARE,WHICH MAKES THEM SLOWER.THEY ARE STILL CLEANING UP THE COURSE AND REPAVING THE CARTPATHS IN ORDER FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE.THE FOOD IN THE SNACKBAR IS VERY GOOD AND GREAT VALUE. GOOD CARTS ARE A PLUS TOO.I PROBABLY WONT BE BACK UNTIL THE GRASS IS IN GROWING SEASON. IM UPSET WITH THE SLOW PACE AND NO RANGER BUT OVERALL COURSE IS IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE

Very happy with our experience. Entire group given the senior rate without asking ($10 discount) (3 out of our 4 were 55+), plus 2 buckets of range balls gratis, so that was a nice start. Course was in good condition. One or two areas that need attention, but overall tees, fairways, bunkers and greens, all in good shape. Pace of play was great and we had a single, then a two-some play through. Its a nice mid-way point between CLT and ATL. Id play it again if I were passing by and time allowed.

Played today and found a challenging fun layout. Fast greens and spacious fairways made it a blast for a golfer who cant play all the time. I will be back.

Absolutely beautiful but no social distancing!

Its a fun course, but it can bite you good! Large greens but very consistent and in good shape with the weather.

Best kept Secret in town.

The 19th hole is an excellent place to eat. Went today and had a wonderful server. Friday night dinners are great as well. If you havent tried it, you need to do so.

Course in great condition...pace of play was excellent

Nice and clean subdivision with club house. I like this place because of the different homes out therere with various floor plans. It is always keep neat and manicured.

Great course and very challenging! Great fairways, greens, bunkers. Great service in the Pro Shop too. Took my group of about 16 golfers and everyone was raving. Well be back ! Went back with 20 golfers and it keeps getting better!

Absolutely love this course! They take beautiful care of the grounds. Always a pleasure to play here

Fairways are kept up nice, but prices are a little on the expensive side. Golf carts are not in the best shape either.

Great residential course....very challenging.....better be in the fairway for a good shot. Benefits the long hitter, but a fun course. One of my favorite courses. The clubhouse isnt much, the practice range is small, but the practice putting green is big. One negative.....the management will not limit the size of the flights. We have played behind a group of 8.....some of them walking.....twice. This penalizes everyone behind them with slow play. We alerted the office and they did nothing. Still going back....hoping to miss those large groups.

Great folks and a solid golf course for all levels of play. Guys in the shop are always cordial and will get you out as fast as possible. From the back tees, this may be all you have. Outstanding Anderson golf course!

Fun course. Fast, true greens. Practice green makes Augusta look slow. Better have flop shot in arsenal around greens.
