The airplane park is my all time favorite park from back when I was little in the 80s.It has aged so gracefully and maintained the feel of this treasured little spot. Im thrilled to see how it has been cared for all these years to allow my kid to enjoy all that this park has to offer!Parking is plentiful and a great spot for a BBQ or picnic.Vagrant population is present but not overly noticeable and stuck to the parking lot areas during our visit.

Its a nice park. Very spacious with 2huge playgrounds for kids to play at. It also has a nice walk/running path. Lots of green grass for any kind of sports. My only complaint is the homeless people residing there. They are not only drugged up but also have mental issues. Keep your kids from going into those bathrooms because the homeless are in there all the time. Its definitely not safe to use the bathroom! There is constant fighting in those bathroom between them. The yelling coming out of the bathroom isnt very pretty. Definitely makes your park visit unpleasant! Always roll up your vehicle windows as there have been some occasions where the homeless will reach into your car regardless of the fact that youre next to your vehicle. Cops wont do anything about this btw!

Cool nice well taken care of park. Just to many homless walking around smoking. Other than that cool park would give 5 if city did something about them.

This park is awesome! It’s clean and has lots of play area to keep my infant happy for two hours! There are two rockets one with the more intense slides and climbing area for the big kids. There’s a smaller area for younger kids with two slides with room for a parent to accompany their LO to teach them how to use the slides properly. There are also to swing area for kids to play in. One for the older kids and one for the younger kids. There’s a jungle gym for the little one to climb safely. There’s a little rocket that they can sit on that they can bounce around. The star of the park is the giant jet, that kids and adults climb on.

Nice park with shade. Unfortunately, there are many homeless individuals, sometimes do not feel safe for kids. City has to do a better job to take care of them.

I used to go to this park when I was in my teens and twenties. Its still a pretty good Park. Theres a big cement airplane thats been there forever that the children love to climb on. Theres also a couple of small play areas. There are picnic tables here and lots of green grass. There are also public restrooms available, which of course could use a little more upkeep, but thats usually what you find at these parks. At least they have one, LOL. You dont get to see a lot of bad element, its pretty family-friendly, lots of people with dogs.. There are picnic tables here and lots of green grass. Had a great time here with my two nephews. It is a really nice place to spend a few hours letting the kids run off some energy!

Beautiful park that is bigger than it looks. Has a walking path that borders the entire front and back of the park. Behind the baseball fields is a entire other section with soccer fields and multiple picnic tables with grills beside them. Front of the park has a cool military jet and a kids spaceship jungle gym.

Beautiful park. Ive been coming here since I was a child.... back in the 70s. I have many priceless memories from this wonderful park.

If the bathrooms were both opened it would make it more convenient only one side is closed and its been months...

A great park for all walks of life. From children gaining beautiful airplane playground memories to the homeless being able to relax and eat from one of the many food donations many generous people bring to this park morning and night.

Boysen Park ((aka Airplane Park) has everything to offer. Its great for cook-outs. Lotsa green grass, tables, & shade. They also have a full service baseball field. While the kids exhaust themselves on the playground, the parents can bbq and relax knowing that the rangers patrols are frequent.

We had a great time at this park! The plane and space theme sets it apart from others. The restrooms were clean. Already made promises to return!!!

My son liked the rocket ship jungle gym as well as the giant airplane. The drawback is the swings were very old and made loud noises while swinging, the bathroom had no soap and there was a homless lady sleeping on one of the benches.

So much landscape, small parking lot, has kids playground & baseball field. Perfect for picnics

Honestly cool park, but found my bf with another guy there and i hate it now.

So freaking cool this park makes me wish I was a kid again! The spaceship has like 3 floors to climb on and a very scary view from above. And the jet plane next to it is so big! Theres even a tiny version of the spaceship for the smaller kids to enjoy. Theres quite of bit of graffiti and the bathrooms dont smell to good.

Very grateful for the awesome airplane Statue. We had a blast taking awesome photos with my kids but Some crazy lady walking around screaming at nothing scared my kids

Fun little park. I’m a grown up and I love playing there!! Parking isn’t a problem and the park seems fairly clean. Definitely a place to take the kids when you don’t have all day.

The rocket park! This park is so unique and different than all the others in the area. There’s a ton of space for family events. Parking isn’t an issue. It’s clean and well kept.

This is a well equipped parked with many fields to play soccer baseball and tennis i like it here.

Friends car broke down here and I brought my tools and spent all day working on his car without anyone giving us any trouble. Not too many places that you can still do that kind of thing

I went to different parks in Anaheim looking for a good place to study, and this is the best so far. Big enough to be able to sit on the grass away from walkways, and not be disturbed by other visitors activities, or smoking. Its also well maintained. The only problem I found is there is no soap in the bathrooms

Fun themed playground. Daughter had a good time. Fight broke out between a few homeless people. Little sketchy. Dont think well be back.

The park has improved since the early 90s when I was a kid. My son loves going in the airplane at airplane park just as much as I had when I was his age.

I love this park! Been going to it ever since I was 6. They have a medal rocketship! Unfortunately its all tagged up. But to a child its the most amazing thing! I take my baby bro here when I am able to get him away from playing fortnite. Theres also a stone airplane that is fun to climb on. But people tend to come to this park to smoke.

Great plane and landscape, but not the cleanest park. Lots of children running around throwing things and spitting on the plane with no parents supervising them. Not a good situation when have little kids. Most days are like that but you may good lucky and go on a good day with less unsupervised, better behaved children

Weve been coming to this park for over 30 years! It still has the original airplane the kids can climb on! Just a new coat of paint every few years! They have updated their climbing apparatuses and added soft flooring in case a little one falls. They also have clean restrooms and picnic tables.

Great park with different options for different people. It has many places to find shade or a seat. The bathrooms are as clean as possible for a park. The park I quite clean and quiet. Great place for exercising.

I like this park because of its size. There are multiple tennis courts and baseball fields. The playground has a retired Army plane in the middle of it that makes it very popular and its many slides and swing sets . however the construction doesnt make the park welcoming. Hopefully they can finish constructing very soon.

Kids always need to use the bathroom and this parks bathrooms are always closed on lock down because of the homeless.The airplane is also fenced off on lock down because homeless pee in the seat area of it.I dont mind at all if homeless hangout there or sleep there at night hours but to pee where kids play and ruin the bathroom for the public thats where the line is drawn.

This is a really great park. We were here for a baseball tournament and the fields were really well maintained. The play areas are very nice. The bathrooms were clean.

I love airplane park, I love it when the geese show up....I love the squirrels I used to take me dogs but they are no longer with me. Everyone who works at park is very friendlyKyra

I love to sit here on the grass. Have only been bothered once by a bike rider. I do not bring kids here as homeless are infamous for sleeping on the structures. Tennis courts and soccer area though are great!!

It was a very nice park for the kiddos but now there is too many empty drug baggies and needles and homeless there. The playground has graffiti. This park just went down hill.

The kids had fun playing at the Airplane Park. There were few kids. The ground is wood chips and sponge. There is a plane, 2 rockets, swings, slide and a moon dome. There is a couple homeless people that hang out at the restrooms and under the trees. So letting your children go to the restroom alone would not be a smart option.
