Wonderful family get-a-way. A Montana Treasure.Off season options for great packages and rates. Outside hot pools and slide during cold winter is one of the most unique experiences available. A Montana treat!Resort dining gives lots of options: poolside menu is inexpensive. Cafe is great mid-price spectrum. Fine-dining is top shelf. Also option for suites-- some available with full kitchens and nicely appointed to accommodate a larger family.

What a delightful place. Whole family came and we had the time of our lives. 75 stairs to the slide and it was absolutely thrilling. The water was perfectly warm and the variations of depth were great. The park at the other end was a nice way to spend time as we packed up to leave. We will definitely visit again.

Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is a great place to have a great time. Located in a valley surrounded by mountains, this resort has it all. 18-hole golf course, a mini-golf course, an RV park, cabins for rent, and located close to good fishing and hunting. The Discovery Ski Basin is about a half-hour away, near Georgetown Lake. The picturesque historic town of Anaconda, MT is minutes away, and the historic mining city of Butte, MT is about 25-minutes away. Getting to the resort: The rooms are emaculate and the service superb. The restaurants/bar have many dishes/drinks to offer, and the restaurant/bar staffing are professional and very pleasant. The gift shop is a nice place to get pool toys, snacks, and a myriad of other items to purcase. There is a rather long water slide to enjoy, as well as indoor and outdoor pools and hot soaking pools. Whether you prefer indoor swimming or choose the outside pools, both offer a nice concession stand. The pool staff, as with the other aforementioned staffing, was very professional and very pleasant. I highly recommend Fairmont Hot Springs Resort!

Always a fantastic, relaxing resort with friendly, welcoming customer service! We love this place for our family and for a couples retreat. No need to leave once you get there because they have it all! Great food, drinks, snacks, pizza, snow cones, and a bar! Two swimming pools one in one out, and 2 hot pools. Make sure to check out anaconda if you do leave and stop by hofbraus for pizza or burgers.

Wonderful full Montana experience. 4 pools filled continuously by hot springs water. Mineral rich and so soothing. 2 outdoor pools, one warm, one hot. 2 indoor pools. One hot tub style was not open when we went. No clue why. Indoor large pool was very nice. Multiple depths for all swimmers. The multi story slide was very cool. Push through faster to go quick, or let it slowly push you through. I have a bad back, and as much as I love water slides, most of them tear me up. This one, did not. Loved it. Lots of stairs to climb though! We were pushed inside when a lightening storm hit, but it was still nice for all of us.

Really enjoy staying here, and consider it a Montana treasure. Pools are huge, warm, and great. We have a blast on the slide. The surroundings are serene and beautiful. We often play mini golf, which is fun, even if the course is a little run down. They have a basketball and tennis courts. They have a playground for the kids, and a small folf course. There is an area with ducks, goats, sheep, and a llama you can feed.

We ended up here for a few days when we couldnt get a room in Anaconda. The hotel was nice, the rooms were very clean, though a little dated. We had a great view with a little patio that walked right out to a large grassy area and a playground near by, which was awesome. One small bummer was the sliding screen kept popping off the tracks and masquitos were out, it also didnt lock, so we couldnt sleep with it open to catch the breeze and fresh air. The kids loved the pool! Right now they are only allowing overnight guests in the pools so they were not crowded at all, which was nice. I loved the outdoor bar, though pricey, $30 for 2 drinks. We had breakfast at the cafe a couple of times, it was alright. Based on that we didnt try dinner. All in all we enjoyed our stay! The kids are already talking about going back!

I can not say enough great things about our experience here. The family fun pack is a terrific deal. The staff us incredibly helpful. This is a super family friendly place with tons of things to do between swimming, the water slide, mini golf, and playground. There is a spa for adults and both casual and fine dining. If you get a suite, the kitchen is very well equipped. No need to bring anything. They also have washers and dryers on each floor to help those on road trips! If you are traveling in Montana, i highly recommend making a stop here.

The front desk ladies were unprofessional one complained the whole time how tried she was and told us how she didnt like the kids running around etc. The beds were hard and pillows were very uncomfortable. they have very pricey rooms and charge extra for everything... I mean everything, movie, charge, bottled water, charge, slide at pool, charge, very pricey. I was expecting better beds for the price and the bathroom had no fan so mirror was constantly foggy. The drinks by pool were very pricey and no hint of alcohol even with a double. They used mixed fake stuff for the margaritas.. bummer super gross. The cafe was cheaper but still very pricey.. cant imagine what the fine dining would have been! Every time i turn around they come up with a new way to disappoint us. No longer have yummy fruit infused water in the lobby? No, but we will charge $3 for a bottle of water and not provide any free bottles of water in your room. Need to drink water from the faucet? Fine, but the ice machine is out of order and we won’t bring ice or an ice bucket to your room. Restaurant closed down Until further notice the same day you arrive? Too bad, drive to Anaconda for your meals and pay full price for coffee from our restaurant after standing in line for 20 minutes. It was 77 degrees in our room at 8:30 pm and when i called the front desk they said the air conditioning had been shut off starting the day before. Very nice hot springs. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is they dont dump their water daily and add chlorine. But it is still awsome. A large pool inside and out about 90 degrees and a large hot pool inside and out about 102 degrees. And there is a tall windy slide for an extra charge. Right now the pool access requires either staying at the resort or the RV park right next door. It is 7.75$ for the whole day. RV customers 8am to 10pm.

We arrived early for check-in, which was supposed to be at 3. We got checked in around 4 because our room wasnt ready, which is fine because we got to soak while we waited. There were definitely a number of people in the pools, mostly kids, but we had some good space! Our room was not throughly cleaned when we got settled. I had to clean a wine stain off one of the end tables! The walls were thin, our next door neighbors had kids who were slamming the doors and screaming the whole time, which wasnt ideal at 11 p.m. The bathroom didnt have a working fan, and the shower dripped all night long. The pools in the evening were great though! I didnt realize they would be slightly chlorinated?? Which, I guess isnt too unbelievable for a resort. But I definitely expected more of the hot springs experience rather than a swimming pool. They delivered dinner to our room, which was not exactly what wed hoped for. My steak and mashers were great! But the shrimp fettuccine was a bust. Breakfast was okay, definitely lower your expectations. For 2 of us, it took over an hour to get our food. Not impressed over all. Soaking was the only great part of our stay!

There is also a 102° enclosed hot pool, within a section of the main pool (accommodates up to 20 people with a lot of space between!). There is also an indoor Olympic size pool, starting at 12 deep and goes to 6 deep (perfect for the little ones), as well as a separate hot pool! Outdoors there is a bar that serves great alcohol beverages, and indoors a concession stand with snacks and beverages! The hotel is 5***** and there are condos, and cabins to rent! With 2 dining rooms, one for a quick bite and the other for full dining pleasure anyone will be pleased! Positives were three options for dining and four pools to choose from. I liked the heated walkways. The beds were a little too soft for my taste and Id like an extra blanket available in the room so I can keep the room cool for sleeping. The bathroom was nice, but if there was a vent for getting rid of steam, it wasnt working. The hotel was pretty low on guests that night and yet we were given a room that was a long walk from parking and pools, and my husband has trouble with his foot. But, all in all, it was a very good experience.

This is a solid hotel and is very different but it is solidly 3 stars. It has a big indoor and outdoor pool, both filled with water from the hotsprings. But, the rooms are a bit dated and our A/C seemingly stopped running at night no matter what we did before turning on again when we checked out. It was pretty warm to sleep in. Also, the pools arent super clean and the tiles either need to really be scrubbed or replaced. Lastly, they have a water slide but you have to pay to use it. I understand their thought process but I disagree with. It creates a nickel and dime / Spirit Airlines perception when their rates are very high for the area and are certainly more in line with full service airlines.

For a $200/night room, I cant turn the a/c on? They gave us a fan, we had to leave the window open all night, and when we woke up everything smelled like skunk. First off, I do want to say that I love Fairmont. Its an all inclusive resort & we always have such a relaxing time there. The reason Im dropping to 3 stars is because the prices have gotten ridiculous! We went in the middle of the week during the slow season & prices were still high. $200+ a night for a room & the beds are comfortable, but I have stayed places for far less money that had softer towels, complimentary breakfast options, and made me feel like I was getting a deal. $20 for two bowls of oatmeal & 3 sausage links had me wishing we had brought our own breakfast options.

If you eat there, lower your expectations before going and make sure you have plenty of time. A close second to worst was the room cleaning service. Our room was skipped the first day. We had put out the do not disturb early as we have young kids, but took it off when the housekeepers were working on two adjacent rooms. We got back from dinner and our room had not been cleaned. The next day my wife asked the housekeepers to please make sure to clean our room since it had been missed the day before. The housekeeper was rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. But the beds were pretty hard and the bathroom could use a cost of paint. No directional signs from the elevator on the third floor to the room either.During the morning swim, we found it the slide opens only in the afternoon. I frequent this place, both for a quick soak while passing through and for the occasional overnight stay. Im sad to say my last visit a week ago was incredibly frustrating. My friend made reservations and upon checking in the lady at the front desk made fun of my friends last name! When she saw we werent amused she made a weak attempt to apologize but kept giggling like she was high. We talked to a manager but I doubt anything was done. From there I will say we had a delicious dinner at the waters edge, but the mood was overshadowed by our horribly unprofessional check-in. Our brilliant front desk lady also failed to inform us that the pools close at 10pm, so we arrived to soak after dinner and got 15 minutes of it before getting kicked out by an angry, shouting (yes, shouting) pool manager. We managed to get a short soak in the morning before we had to leave, but overall this experience was a dud. Suggestions to Fairmont: hire more professional staff, drop your already overpriced room rates until guests are allowed to soak overnight again, get rid of the bad staff.

The Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is a lovely place to visit. It has beautiful grounds to stroll around and explore, and there is lots of parking. The front lobby is very nice and has a neat little gift shop. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful in getting you anything you may want or need, and the rooms are quite nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, the Resort itself has had its fair share of problems with the cooling systems in their rooms and is still running on an old system. So this makes the rooms incredibly hot and makes it feel like you are staying in an oven. I spoke with other guests and it seems to be a common problem. My room got up to 80 degrees and never got below 71 degrees! So we had to bring in portable fans to cool it down and open the sliding doors to let in some cold fresh air. Now granted, it did manage to cool down to the 40 degree range at night, but the rooms were still like being in a sauna. Look, I like the hot springs and all, but I didnt expect to experience it in my room! The Olympic size indoor and outdoor pools are really nice with plenty of room to swim laps or just wander around in. The hotubbs are....well hot, and the 6 story outdoor slide is quite fun, but they charge an extra fee for it. In my opinion, if you are staying there as a paying guest, that should be included in your overall price. Outsiders who visit for the day (to use the pool and hotubbs), should be the ones who pay the extra fee, and not the guests who are actually staying there for a few days.Another fun aspect during my stay was a convention that was being held there at the time. There were lots of familes with children in attendance. So, as a result, there were multitudes of screaming children and young teens making strange noises and sounds, as they proceeded to run up and down the hallways with a thumping type sound as they passed each room. That was pleasant to hear as the clock passed 11pm! The staff tried their best to catch and stop them after multiple complaints, but to no avail.Lastly, the food in the Resort dinning and pool area is pretty good, but some of the prices are a bit steep, so bring lots of extra cash for that. All in all, a very nice and picturesque place to visit and experience, but there are some troubling aspects that you might not totally agree with or enjoy.

Its just a cool place. I always think its a little pricey, but it always has lots of guests, and its hard to find golf, natural hot springs, decent restaurants for a group in one place, so the price probably reflects that. We will come again...have loved it every time.

For the price, rooms are not that great. AC didnt work and the room was very hot. I could not cool it down. I was not aware the pool closed at 10 or I wouldnt have booked a stay. I may have skimmed over new pool hours due to Covid however Google still says they are open 24 hrs. Food was great quality but bland.

I like this place more than Chico. The staff is generally friendly, they have a good selection of beer and mix drinks in the pool area as well as food, soda and slushy stuff. There are many tables to sit at and lockers to place items, cost 50¢. They have many pools that vary in temp as well as a large indoor and outdoor pool with a water slide.

We love it here! My teenager and I go, as often as possible. If were ever able to splurge and stay, we do. Its always clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and kind. It is a fun daytrip getaway. Cant wait to go back.

My favorite thing about Fairmont Hot Sprongs is that the pool is open all night for adults. (No lifeguard on duty) My least favorite thing is how much noise you can hear coming from outside your room. The food is excellent.

The hotel restaurants are completely aweful! They don’t have competent staff to handle dinner rushes. We weren’t able to even order for take-out to take back up to our rooms because the hostess said she was too busy. They said they were sanitizing chairs and were not. It’s an absolute mad house there right now! Please don’t wast tour tim until they can figure out how to handle this whole virus thing. Truly the worst hot springs experience I’ve ever had.
