Lots of fun. I wish it was more of a one price for everything kind of place. But the kids had fun bouncing when they werent being brats. They also did as good a job as they could with the Covid restrictions.

It was sketchy with the pandemic. Employees had masks. Kids enjoyed. Thats all that matters. Place was clean. Couldnt ask for more at a time like this.

I really liked this place the few times I have been here and have told everyone how great it is. I decided to have my sons birthday here and we have been super excited about it but when I went in to reserve the tables they told me their deluxe party packages are priority so I cant reserve a spot. It just came off very condescending and rude because the first person I talked to was going to let me reserve the tables . I dont understand the point of paying if its not to reserve your spot. Seems like they only care about the rich folk who can afford the deluxe package thats what it sounded like by basically turning my $50 away. Now I have to change where his party is at after informing everyone because theres no way I will give them my business again.. its sad because my son was so excited to have his party there but theyre not excited to have him there.

The employee Kaylee was kind of rude, but other than that it was pretty cool and fun. We took our kids out there and they had a blast!

Great place to take the kids for lots of jumping and bouncing. Be prepared to pay for some of the premium activities, socks and even water (no water fountain available). I think what makes this place truly amazing is the staff. They were absolutely amazing. All in all a clean and fun place.

Would gave more stars but you have to pay for additional attractions that should really be included on the trampoline part. Wipe out and the inflatable bubbles are additional cost.

Drove all the way up from Midland! Awesome place to let your kids hang out and burn some calories. Not into adventure jumping, theres a awesome lil restaurant here too. Cask & Cork. Definitely should visit here!

We visited Friday 1/17/20 for the first time. My 5 year old daughter and I loved it. The girls at the front desk were very helpful!

We had a fifth birthday party there and it was a blast. Our Flight Attendant was so much help. It was a lot less stressful than most birthday parties.

Our attendants name was Vi and she was AMAZING!!! As always all the kids and family had a great time! This was our second year to do our twins bday party there! We have never felt rushed or that we were a burden. They had everything you would need for a bday party incase you forgot the essentials, like a knife or lighter. We will be requesting Vi again! She was so helpful and so much fun.

My family and I always have such a great time here. It has become a birthday tradition for my children and they always look forward to going to AirU.

Im only bothered that the father of the birthday-boy was TOLD to tip by the guy working the counter as hes paying the bill. That guy cost our hostess a much better tip bc she wound up being tipped out of spite rather than honest goodness from his heart for the efforts she clearly made to help us have a great time.

Definitely amazing and tiring. Great workout. We were planning to do an hour but couldnt because of time. But 30 minutes was more than enough because we were so exhausted and out of breath from so much fun. Not to mention i am not in the best shape. Just putting that out there.

It would be nice if someone would answer the phone. I am from Dallas and trying to plan a birthday party. Obviously, there is no one at the front desk to answer phones. You lost out.

No freestyle section and charged extra for meltdown/bubble bumbers(included in other trampoline parks weve visited w/ same price)whats worse not even a water fountain, not impressed.

Love this place! We have gone as a group and we have gone as a family. Staff is friendly and helpful. I do wish the snack bar was attended. Both times we have been we have had to find someone to get things from the snack bar.

The place is pretty clean and there are many employees watching the children. We were at a party and they have an employee help with your party. Im not sure if they are supposed to serve cakes and drinks, but all the guy did was sit around and put bands on the party and told us when our time was up. Maybe its a legal thing, but I dont see a need for someone to be sitting around doing almost nothing.

Fun place for kids went on a Friday night it was cheaper than Saturday. First time kids had a blast. Very friendly and clean.

In 13 years of trying to find a place to have my childrens parties at, AIR U, by far , was the most efficient, organized and stress free experience I have ever had!! My child had the pleasure of seeing a side of his parents that he never has at his parties.. Us not running around like crazy trying to take care of it all! I was able to completely enjoy him on his day and be with him because the attendants a AIR U were the best!! Profound!! Thank you for a fun and memorable and stress free party!!

This is a pretty good place. Im glad someone had the guts to open it up after all of the failed attempts at bounce-castle businesses. Kids love it and so do I. Prices are not bad and you can reuse the rubber-soled socks that you have to buy here.

Our first time here 03-24-18...You pay by the half hour, there are times for one price for 3 hours...Great place! Clean environment with upbeat music to bounce and play to. The staff was very friendly and informative.Light snacks and beverages are available for purchase, there are lockers so you can stash your stuff safely and play.They offer party packages and space so you can celebrate special events.Im going back as soon as I can, it was extremely awesome.

My kids asked for water. whete is waterfaucet. You have to buy water. Staff generously gave empty cup and said get it out of the bathroom.i asked if they could get water out of the two faucets behind counter. No....so I guess we gotta go to bathroom to get a drink k. Hope that $2 loss of water sales was worth it.....

With a large family, AirU was responsible priced for hours of fun for the kids. We will definitely return when we come back to Amarillo.

We had our kids birthday party on a Saturday. The party areas are always clean and the staff are very helpful if you want to have a stress free birthday book it at some air u!!!!

WAY!! over priced for what its worth still was an ok time there are way better things to do in amarillo.

My daughter adores this place. Its huge, has a lot of fun spaces and is my favorite place to go when the weather is bad or the wind is crazy. Its decently affordable too for as much as they have to do. Highly recommend to anyone with kids. Its awesome.

Wonderful place for kids (and adults with kids) to have some fun. It is a bit pricey and time is limited compared to similar attractions. AirU offers discounts and ways to save money if you plan on going more than once. Another positive aspect is the staff supervision, they monitor each area of the indoor trampoline park to insure safety.

Neat place. I do think they need to regulate age requirements and areas. There was a group of teenagers, like 17 or 18 acting like morons. We left because of them.

Good little place when your bored. However they dont have a water fountain, so you have to buy essentially everything, so buy just the 30 mins at a time then see how much longer to stay

I only gave it 4 stars because of how expensive it was. It was almost $70 for 4 of us to jump for an hour or 2 (I cant remember if it was 1 or 2). I did like how big it was and that you werent right beside someone at all times.

Great place for kids. Supervision is more than adequate. Many options to keep the attention spans motivated. A little expensive. Special equipment required but is reusable.

Nice clean trampoline park. Several different fields and activities. Adequate staff to maintain safety standards. I took two 9 year olds and they had a great time. Concession stand , Iron Man training area , birthday party areas , foam pit , trampoline basketball , trampoline war ball , and different areas for jumpers.

Ive only experienced the toddler jump times. There is plenty to do, lots of room, and was not crowded. My toddler had a blast. Beware of loosing your socks in the foam pit, they stick to the foam and slip off.

From out of town (Albuquerque) brought three kids. Paid for family 4pack, socks, and locker. Did not feel confident my wallet would be safe and made the decision not to use it and asked for a refund just on My jump, my socks, and the locker. Although its not written anywhere that you cant get a refund. Thats ridiculous! You had my money for less than 5mins! I paid cash, its not like it had to be charged back to a card. Having put on an account here on Amarillo does me no good. If that is to be your practice it should at least be noted somewhere or told at time of payment.

The staff were really patient in a bad way takes forever to check in, witness a sales girl selling a young kid a unlimited pass for $25 when there was less than 2 hours on the closing time instead of selling him a 30 minutes and adding 3 x (30)minute additional minutes over charging him almost 10 dollars till I told here she was wrong for doing it smh (greed). And in all reality all u need is tops 1 hour cause ur kids will get bored quick cause there isn’t much to do, so if I was u I would get the minimum time and if u like add time as needed cause there’s not much to do. Probably the smallest jumping mats that I’ve seen, got online and looked at lubbocks mats and there 3 times the size . Really just felt it was overpriced understaffed I rented the balls for my boys and they didn’t even have a personnel staff to give people the time they paid for down to the point where another guest confronts u telling u that u have to pay when I had already paid, cause she had rented 5 balls and all her kids didn’t have one when I paid for 2 and only used one .

A little pricey, but for the likelihood of getting hurt, its understandable. Me and my kids loved spending time here at air u. My kids wore themselves out and (being a bigger guy) gave me a great exercise. I would totally recommend to friends and family

Took my kids today it was $41.14 for 2 kids, 2 pairs of socks and 1.5 hour of jump time, outside drinks are not allow, they have no water fountains, they have a concession stand $2 for a bottle of water its ready just junk food. Its a large area for jumping, they have dodge ball and basketball, they staff is all young most behaved but some staff think its play time and will run you and your children over...like a tall, thin, white, blond curly headed teen boy who works there...rude. All in all its not to bad.

Very disappointed, paid for both my kids to have their birthday party at AIR U. Place was packed and had to be pushing capacity limit! If anybody has every booked a party there before you pay good money and expect to be appreciated. I felt like we were just another party, we were rushed threw the whole ordeal and rushed out. The party coordinator carefully kept track of everybody that was jumping, making sure to write down ANY extra jumpers so we would be charged accordingly, which i understand, but in the past i have had there birthday parties at a place im not going to mention and a few extra jumpers were never a concern there. Never once said a word to me or my kids. The birthday kid gets receives an Air u shirt that comes with the party package, well as said above i had both my kids party in one soof course was charged for both kids when booking, but when party concluded i was told i had to choose which kid got the shirt! Not to mention when leaving AIR U our coordinator opened the door onto my 6 year old daughters foot cutting it pretty badly ruining her whole birthday experience, that being said she did apologize to my daughter, BUT if we were not being rushed out of the place the incident would never have happened. Greedy people, obviously not in it to please the customer, the faster they get you in and out, the faster they can get another party in behind you. Making lots of money in the process! We were treated like cattle not paying customers. I myself own a business, so i do know about customer service and we DID NOT receive it that day. My family and i will not be going back to AIR U.

Fun place for the kids to wear themselves out. A nice skywalk area for parents to watch from. Tuesdays and Thursdays are better days for pricing. Bump down 1 star for not having water fountains and making you buy bottled water.

Dont leave anything around when you are jumping. They have cameras and had the kid on camera stealing my kids stuff. I filed a report even went to their offices so we could look at the video. They promised they would save and give to the cops. They didnt save it, they wasted my time and the detectives time. I called many times about this and spoke with the same person. My sons items were stolen February 2017 , the detective didnt get to them til April, and was told sorry we dont have any info anymore. They had the kid on VIDEO and promised me that he and his family would be Banned for life. REALLY...... So yes they have cameras just not really sure why. Poor service thanks for wasting our time. Dont promise what you cant honor

Dont go they are a bunch of over price greedy people. I was with Boy scouts they had whole building rented parents were told they couldnt sit at reserved tables and had to stand, the kids had to eat in floor or out side. Wont go back an glad i wasnt a paying customer.

Friendly staff and good pricing. Highly recommend the all day pass for smaller groups as you will save money. Huge plus for honoring military/police/first responders discounts. Really appreciated that. Wouldve got 5 stars but ninja course was disappointing and some of the obstacles were impossible to do, even for a gymnist.

This complex is much larger than many trampoline parks weve we previously visited. The line can get long so go online and get everything done before hand. The Trampoline Lifeguards are very attentive, but let the kids still have fun.
