The seats DONT recline, The screen is normal size, extra butter...does not equate to EXTRA butter; they should allow patrons to apply their own butter...IMO!

Decent size screen. 3D was good quality. Stadium style seating and comfortable. Typical high price for snacks.

Its been a long time since Ive gone to a theater so I was a little surprised at the price of tickets and snacks. Overall it was a good night out and the theater is clean as well as the restrooms. Friendly staff. I would recommend Regal UA in Amarillo to my friends and family.

A very well kept establishment and very friendly employees . My Grandson Brayden and Myself enjoyed watching Playing with fire * casting John Cena. Gr8 way to spend our day together while vacationing to welcome my newest grandson (8). I love my life being a Grandma. ️

The popcorn and drinks are always good. The concession stand prices are pretty steep, though. Use your AARP discount if you qualify...itll save you some money. Join the Regal Crown Club if you go to this theatre frequently. The perks will save you some money in the long run.

Is much better to go see a movie when you have Pepsi instead of Coke. They switched from Coke to Pepsi.

Only one ticket kiosk available, no ticket booths open, concessions staff sells tickets - in the same lines with food orders. Literally stood in line for 35 minutes for tickets and missed the beginning of the show. Not Happy.The theatre contacted me and offered tickets to make up for my experience. That is wonderful customer service. Thank you, I appreciate it and am looking forward to going to the movies.

Sorry, I didnt realize I left two stars the first time. I had a great experience, the popcorn could have been a bit more fresh, but it was a slow time so no big deal.

Love this theatre! Comfy chairs, efficient staff. Great picture and sound all for a great price. I have to drive across town to get there. But it well worth the almost half hour drive. **Edit response to owner** really looking forward to Godzilla: King of monsters! Been a fan since I was a kid!

Loved It! Watched Toy Story 4 with my babies...kind of sad ending but it was a great movie! But the theater was nice, clean and the concession area staff was courteous and kind!

Lots of free parking. Staff were friendly. Took me quite awhile to buy popcorn since the guy at the counter was slow. The flavoring for the popcorn was extra. Harkins gives it for free. Seats are small and does not recline

It must have just opened. VERY clean in the theater auditorium itself. The seats seem brand new. All employees are nice. Popcorn was hot and fresh. The entire movie watching experience was excellent.

They are reasonably priced, with a great facility and all the amenities needed in a movie theater

Theater and movie were just fine. Wish they had sweet tea, it is Texas after all. And wish parents didnt allow small kids to run wild and distract from the movie.

Went to see a much anticipated movie, so overall, was a great experience. The patrons in the theater were all courteous and stayed relatively quiet during the movie. I also didnt see anyone in the theater with their phones out after the movie started.My one critical statement would be that the ladies room could have used a freshen up when I went in around 11:15 on a Sunday. I had to skip at least the first 4 stalls (I went to the first available, so assume all the rest were probably in ok shape, as I am a benefit of a doubt type person). But again, it has probably been a busy weekend with this much anticipated movie opening.

Large theaters with lots of seating. They are pretty good abput keeping it all clean too! Only complaint is that cosession lines take a little to long to rotate through.

So my sister and I went to watch the new avengers movie. It was due to start at 1:30, but at 1:50 we finally had to go out to ask someone to start it. Everyone in the audience actually “thanked” us for doing something about it. We then of course stayed after credits to watch the new Spider-Man trailer and right when it started they cut the sound off, and were trying to push us out to seat the next audience. When we were leaving I thought we might let a woman at ticket desk know what happened. I was not asking for my money back but just wanted to make to make them aware for future viewers. The woman was so rude! She tried to tell me (in a condescending way) there was no trailer and it must be new, and then continued to talk at us. She could have handled the situation much more professionally. We were very upset when we left. I have never had an experience like this.

Very clean fun arcades while you wait very friendly staff, if you plan on two hot dogs to MIDI and Pops be prepared to Shell out your major credit card, but if you only get out of town once a year it is well worth it it probably cost a lot to keep that place running I liked it

Decent theatre, and usually not too crowded. The seats have room for improvement, but the snack sizes are awesome and the butter dispensers are far from skimpy. Workers are friendly and helpful. Prefer this theatre over others in the area.

Okay just to start off, when did movie tickets cost 10 dollars, just about, per person? Like damnnnn, but other then that the theater was clean the movie work very well. The seat werent the best but they did get the job done. Pro tip sign up for the rewards program if you go though. Earn points for food because its expensive too.

Only one person in the ticket booth and line was all the way across entry. Got there at 7:20 when our movie was scheduled to start. Was running a little late. Finally got our tickets at 7:40 and missed the first part of the movie. Called theatre number to ask for someone to help the girl in the ticket booth and was told there was no help. Sounds like some managers need to roll up their sleeves and help out. Girl in ticket booth was very cool and calm in a stressful situation. Kudos to her! Give her a promotion. We were there Saturday night which was April 13th. Make some managers earn their money.

Terrible seats, it was sweat type hot during the movie. Audio wasn’t surround sound. When we asked for refills on our drinks, the guy was rude. Definitely wasn’t worth the 40$+ we paid for movie and snacks. Also they don’t have many choices for flavors on popcorn. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

How can you be the only nice theater in Amarillo without recliners? I made the mistake of watching Avengers Endgame here. Three hours is a long time to sit in old school seats. Great screen and sound though.

This is my home away from home. Not even joking say no my name here. I love movies and I love this place. Is consistently clean and never has stale popcorn.

I have been here several times. It has always been clean with leg room between rows. The staff has never been overly friendly but not rude eather. Its very busy after 6 PM.

Sits in our theater were okay. Movie was not loud enough. Drink rule is silly. Definitely prefer Hollywood 16 but wasnt a horrible experience. But couldve been better.

It was nice to have the theater all to ourselves for our 1st viewing of Dumbo! We absolutely loved the movie. We were disappointed with the seating, though. We thought they would have the newer, wider rocking seats, (instead of the old usual theater seats).

The place is dirty. I paid more money per ticket than at Hollywood and it was hot inside the theater and not as comfortable. They need to remodel.

Totally unimpressed with the management here!!! The line was out the door to the box office and only 1 person was working....the kiosk was to broken and we were never told by anyone that if you had purchased tickets online you could walk on iij n and they would scan your phone.....would have been nice to know considering we almost missed the start of the movie.

Went to the movie and LITERALLY sat through 19 previews for Bad Boys....it was ridiculous. Its already over priced.

I love this place. The experience you get when you go to see a movie is awesome the big screens surround sound and the respect people have while watching a movie is spectacular. Seats at this movie theater are so comfortable and roomy it feels just like my recliner at home. Thank you!

Nice, but older theater. No reclining or rocker seats. At least the movie was FULL screen instead of letterbox like some other IMAX theaters.

This review is given with the other theaters in town in mind it is a rather good theater (4 star, but when compared 3). It has basic seats, while Hollywood has recliner, and cinergy has recliner and heated (if you like that. (Review is based mainly on seating)

Honestly not the best place. My friends and i went to the movies so try and see The possession of Hannah Grace and the lady said she needed to see some ID because we were not 21. We were 18 and old enough to watch the movie ourselves. This is not a bar where you have to be 21. Although it has great snacks I do not recommend this place even the seats aren’t the best.

Loved it and being a 430 showing on Friday it was dead inside. No line at all. Different store when our show was over. Clean, staff was great, had a blast. Watched a show that had been out a little while so only 4 other ppl in the theater with us.

Overall not impressed with this movie theater. We paid $35.00 for tickets online to see Dragon Ball Z Im not sure if this was iMax or why it was so expensive but the price was very high.We went for a 4:00 pm movie and arrived at 3:30pm the concession lines were extremely long. Their was only 3 lanes open for concessions and it was taking extremely long to get popcorn and drink. We finally got out concession items and headed to the theater. It was a mess. The theater was full of people standing up because other people were in there purchased seats. I went to ask if I could get a refund so I wouldnt inconvenience anyone by asking them to move and the young man simply told me You can make them move if those are the seats you paid for so we head back and politely ask the people in our seats to move and they did so with no complaint. She did mention that someone was also in their seats. Overall seating was a mess. The popcorn was wonderful very tasty but just regarding the price and having to wait so long for concessions and not comfy seats, Ill continue my buisness at Hollywood 16

Movie theater is old and out dated. Chairs are smaller than many new theaters. They claim to offer reserved seating on every movie when booking through any third party app, but infact i have never been able to reserve seats there. This would be less of an issue if they would simply be honest about their amenities and services.

Watched a Special Feature film named They Will Never Grow Old.I would recommend the film to all but the youngest.Great facility

This is not the cleanest place Ive been to. Popcorn all over the floor with no attempt made to clean it up. Staff is kinda friendly but I can get that anywhere. Movie End Game was great. So all and all theater is just so so.

A great Texas sized theater for a weary traveler. The place is clean and prices...well ya know.

$30 tickets for 2 and $30 for food. The food was cold and not even Subway quality. There were no trays at your seat to manage your food. No server to take or bring your order. A poor attempt to a want to be an Alamo Drafthouse. The best I can say is that the seats were comfortable and the movie quality was good.

How can you not upgrade the seats when you have not one, but two competitors here with much better seating!? Not to mention it was sooooo hot in there!! I didnt want to go to this theater in the first place but I was given two free tickets. I wouldnt have gone otherwise. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought that surely they changed their seats by now since I havent been in a few years, but no... Didnt happen! Me and the hubby were going to the movies this weekend and its a movie ONLY being played at this theater, after seeing what I saw today we will be canceling the date and seeing the movie when it comes out on Blu-ray.

Customer service is Terrible. Basic attitude of GM and management is heres our product, take it or leave it. We are not her for customer service.... Too many fancy things on menu so it takes 4 & 5 times as long to get through concession line, for simple popcorn. Staff slow.... Movie was great, the other movie gowers were great.

The theater wasnt cleaned great before we got there. Thought we were getting luxury recliners and a IMAX screen, but I might have looked at it wrong. Watched The Avengers End Game, it was amazing.

This is the best theater in town for sure but.. the prices are out rages, I was requiring about the wine and even the Staff was telling me it’s not worth $11 for a shot of wine and they are right. I Iove the new hot Cheeto popcorn but when they run out they never want to make more I wonder why that is. I don’t know but over all it’s a cool place. I would like to go more if it was affordable

Cinemark has better seats, MUCH better popcorn, lots more room, updated RPX audio and clearer screens, and cleaner rooms.Went in just to get some “movie theater popcorn” for a movie night with my family. If you’ve ever had bagged popcorn that exactly what this looked and tasted like. Not kinda sorta but identical. I didn’t notice until after paying but the popcorn machine wasn’t even on or being used so I don’t know where that guy got the bucket from. Idk if it’s something they do during the week to save money or what but it was pretty lame.

Absolutely love this theater. Just dont know why they have a concession stand by the theaters if they dont use it. Other than that its a great place to take family, with lots of food to choose from

I remember when the UA was the best theater in town it was easy to get tickets but I am disappointed they have not updated the seating and to keep up with Hollywood 16 and cinengery. For the ticket price you can go somewhere else and sit in recliners.

Our favorite movie theater to go to, the staff is so friendly. Theatres are always clean. They have entertainment (a mini arcade) for when you are waiting on your movie to start. Free drink refills. By far one of the most pleasant places to go when going out as a family.

I think I have a love-hate relationship with this movie theater. At first I loved it and wished Id heard about it sooner because the senior prices under $7 all the popcorn prices are still Sky High. When I found out about their rewards card from a friend I signed up for it and it has been very beneficial. Ive gotten free popcorn several times. The free popcorn is only a small but you can upgrade to a medium for only a dollar and to the large that includes the refill for only $2 so I pay about $9 for a movie and a tub of popcorn that comes with an extra. I carry a plastic bag in my pocket and bring home tons of popcorn that I can eat over the next few days. Yes, I love stale popcorn. But the theater is not without its problems. The people that work there there are perfectly nice but at least once and sometimes as many as three times during each movie and employee walks in with a lightsaber and Crosses from one side all the way to the other in front of the people that are trying to watch the movie. Its hard to sustain Suspended Disbelief when an employee walks in front of you between you and the movie screen you are watching. I understand them wanting to have good Security in theory. But I have never before in nearly 70 years of living been at a movie theater that didnt care about disrupting the customer experience throughout the movie.

Very clean and spotless place, some staff are nice to you. Its mostly the kids, the adults are the rude ones as usual. Bring your jackets though, I guess the heater stays off.
