We only did the miniature golf. We did not do the theme park. We had lots of fun in the golf section. It has a few neat holes. One of the holes has a Ferris wheel you have to hit it into. It also has your traditional ant hill hole. There were some challenging holes. It was a perfect mix of all ages. We all had lots of fun.

Really nice family-friendly amusement park. Fun rides for the kiddies and the teens, with newly added shaded seating areas. Includes the usual kiddie rides like helicopter, boats, mini bumper cars as well as roller coasters of varying intensity on up to the signature double-loop coaster. There are a few water rides, though only two are operational currently: the log plume and the water tube slide.With the blacktop walkways, this park would really benefit from some misting stations. But overall a good way to spend the day.Price: about $25 entry gets you a good day pass; I dont think that includes the double loop coaster but you can get a pass that does. Food and drinks are available at typical concession prices so expect to spend about $20/person on those.

We showed up today at Wonderland around 1:32 for greeted at the gate by wonderful smiling face they probably got us through the line and from there we began to enjoy our day at this wonder is part who lives were quite amazing most other spectres or writers seem to be enjoying their time smell of Carnival food near let me tell you the funnel cake is awesome I hit every ride from there to the end and back probably twice enjoy a little bit of time on the bumper cars but you cant skip out on the roller coasters well if youre looking to get wet the best way to do it is to fall back to the log in the back wonderful experience especially well you just get soaked completely soaked its a great way to cool down the devil to enjoy the rest of the rides I hope all the other customers themselves had a great time thank you Wonderland

My Goodness I called with questions and the lady was so sweet and friendly. I think this is rare now days at businesses. Didnt rush my call at all. As for the park its always a fun place to go. We go every year and on the third generation now.

We went to celebrate my daughters 8th birthday while on a road trip with a stop in Amarillo. It was open from 7-10pm. We arrived at 7pm - free parking - and waited in line and finally got in with tickets about 7:20. My kiddos are 8 and 5 so they rode most the smaller rides at the front of the park - train, bumper cars, and others.They rode a few more as we walked along towards back of park. I enjoyed the park and children did as well. Id recommend this park especially for older children because theres a lot more they can/will ride.Only thing is that we were only ones with masks besides the workers.

The best place to go and have good wholesome family fun!!!, there is something for everyone of any age, or size! It beats Disney land. Disneyworld, six flags . No long lines . We all love wonderland!

We went with our two children ages 4 & 1 they both had a blast! It was fun for the adults as well.

This is a perfect amusement park for little ones ! ( 36 inches and above) . It isn too big but their is something for every one. All the workers were nice . The rides ran well and kept us entertained! We each recieved a free small drink which was nice.

This place has gotten wayyy too expensive. What they are charging for tickets, I can get advanced passes in the larger parks. At least offer season tickets for families.

My kids have so much fun when we take them. Not to much shaded areas, or not enough sitting areas, but for the most part it a nice place to bring kiddos the amuse them while you can. Their is no cash accepted only through their RELOADABLE WOW CARDS that you have to purchase in order to purchase tickets or to purchase concession stand food.

Went for my son birthday on July 4th. But didnt know they were closed early but charged the same price as a full day. A lot of the concession stands stop making food before 7:20. But the rides were fun.

I love going to the park to play frisbee with my dog.

Fun, but they really need to have better prices for food and drinks and just do wristbands for all the rides and quit excluding the drop of fear and Texas tornado.

Walked up to a ride and the guy screamed “that ride is not working it hasn’t worked all summer.” I told him we only come once a year because half the rides don’t work. Spent $81 on 1 adult and 2 kids. Standing inline for mouse trap and the ride got stuck. Workers look like they hate their life.

Probably needs a general upgrade soon. Most of the arcade games ate our tokens, including the claw machines, and we personally saw three skeeball machines malfunction twice in a row. The rides have (mostly) been there for years upon years and most of them need new paint, but the newer ones are great! Probably more fun for littler kids than adults.

We had a really good family time. There was not much of a wait time for any rides. They could spruce the place up a bit though. Paint jobs look like from when I was a kid.

I always have a good time at our small local amusement park. The prices have gotten quite expensive, but I blame that on city taxes. The wristband is definitely the best way to spend your money for the kids if they are going to be riding rides all day. The snack bar is expensive as well, but I love the funnel cakes here.

Hardly any arcade games worked. Had more then 100 dollars on the wow cards got so bored and wish I could ask for a refund. waisted my time going obviously they dont care enough about the park to make it worth while its all about making money at this point.

Today was the second time my wife and i took our son to wonderland park. The ride pass was only $18.50 after the $2.00 coupon that you can grab from their website. My son is 6 and was able to ride everything with one accompanying him. We went on a Friday night so the park hours were from 7pm to 10pm but dont let that turn you away as we were able to ride everything twice and stood in like for a total of maybe 10-12 minutes of our entire visit...Will definately be back next weekend and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a night full of fun for the entire family right here in Amarillo

We took our 3 year old here for the first time yesterday. It was ok but you pay the same price as an older kid 25$ and we each payed 5$ to be allowed to go in and take him. Seemed ok until we got in and realized there were 6 rides for him to ride and 1 of those 6 rides was the carousel. Still thinking oh well he will have a blast! The first ride he wanted to ride were little airplanes no one was riding the ride (they were pretty empty) and 2 workers were standing there just chit chatting not acknowledging us at all while our son just stands there. The guy finally says give me a minute goes to another ride to get a wrist band scanner and lets him on. The next ride was even worse he went to the little cars you ride in that look like old model cars. The guy will not talk and just stands there until I realized he is refused to try to scan our sons wrist band. So I grab and turn it for him. Our son had is arm held up waiting and instead of saying hey little guy can you turn it so I can scan it or grabbing him and turning it to scan it just stood there and wouldnt say a word just stared at our 3 year old like he hated his job. It was pretty clear not one of the workers in the kid section was happy to be there. There was one guy that took over running the rides that made them happy and enjoyable. Good attitude asking to see his band letting him pick his ride. Just overall a much better attitude! Im sure older kids would have a much better time.

Wonderland has such a fantastic history - if youre from Amarillo - then you grew up on this place and you know how much fun it was when you were a kid! Its absolutely amazing how long and his well they have kept some of these rides going! If youre new to the area or visiting - this is s GREAT place to spend a day!

Stopped in the shade for lunch. Never went inside.

Not a large amusement park, but not ridiculously small either. A little over priced in general, plus food and rides (if you dont get full pass). Kind of a once every summer deal

Fun rides but beware of the mousetrap

Had a great time here, for about 1.5 hours. As a very experienced amusement park visitor I really enjoy the older private parks. Being landlocked there is not much natural beauty here, but the park was clean, safe, and had a nice variety of rides. The wristband price was pretty high, but a younger visitor could have still got their moneys worth as most the lines were quite short. I did the general admission and a WOW card and for 30 bucks or so was able to ride everything I wanted. Check it out and help keep smaller parks alive.

Great family fun, sodas and snacks are 400% higher there then any place weve visited in the passed, thou.

This place is a waste of money, energy, space, and most importantly time. Dont waste your time at Wonderland folks. Lets just let it go. There hasnt been anything new added in a while. The rides are constantly broken down. No new renovations or improvements to speak of. An expansion is necessary at this point. Also real money isnt accepted in the park. You have to buy a wow card to do anything at the concession stands.

I wasnt in the amusement park. Its apart of the Thompson Park Complex. The park, Amarillo Zoo, a golf course, tournament size frisbee course, wrapping around a live creek with a wonderful spillway at the end of a sizable lake that houses a variety of fish that people are welcome to try and catch!

Have been going there as a kid in the 80s, teen in the 90s. Lots of good memories. Was allways eventful, except when my car got broken into at the parking lot back in early 2000s. Well have not been there in over 10 years, now back in TX and taking the son there this weekend for his first trip. Hopefully he will enjoy it in this technology age as much as I did back then. Fun place to enjoy as a family.

Great amusement park for the smaller city. This is no Six flags, but its well worth the money. Get a coupon on their website. The park is easy to walk around and the rides dont have long lines. The kids love to go here, and are never bored. Theres plenty to do, and theyre always expanding. Theres also arcade games, and putt putt- which are both extra.

Its a nice place for a family night. Wish there was a little more shade around the park for waiting in line for rides but all in all a good place to make a trip to.

This is an amusement park for people looking to get out of the house over the summer. It isnt the most marvelous extravagant park. It will however take up your time. You just need a group of good friends and youre guaranteed to have at the very least a decent time.

Our group of 6 adults and 4 kids under 6 had a fun time!! It seems a tad expensive, but if you can buy tickets through a local school in April/May each year, stock up on them!! It is almost half price!! The kids running the rides should smile more often though!!

Wonderland was a great Park definitely amusing I had a blast they have really good package deals and I also like the can good idea for getting change off of your price your total cost of the rides are amazing they have some wonderful water slides they also have really great roller coasters I got to try every ride the only one that I was not able to try was the Texas tornado but I think I didnt try because of fear more than anything I think everybody at least needs to go once and check this place out its awesome

I was born in the panhandle & I always remember coming to wonderland as a little child& how hot it would be in the summer time& how the lines felt so long I live in southeast Texas now,& we have nothing like wonderland here I’ll have to come back and visit again soon!

I have to say that this place is a little worn out. I was only here with a few friends to play mini golf but while walking through the park you can definitely notice flaking paint and rusting ride structures. The staff seem to be friendly and helpful but the food we ordered was cold and obviously not fresh. Tickets are overpriced for the selection and condition of the park, but I did still have fun.

My kids love it here its just way to expensive. I remember when it used to be $10.00 Sundays and parents could actually afford to take all the kids to wonderland.

Liking the small town vibe easygoing with many variables that are new to the area and nicely rounded.its hard not to be proud of our fair citysImprovement in and out of the public eye..

Not worth your money at all. Rides sounded like they were going to brake down, employees were rude and on their phones. An employee wouldnt even get up to scan our wristbands he just sat there spitting sunflower seeds. Use to be a fun place now just over priced on everything and not worth your time.

My kids love it and we always have a blast as a family! May be a little pricey but I really dont feel like it is anymore pricey then any of the other entertainment places we have here.
