I used to really like this place and everyone was super nice until that older lady that works the register started working there she’s very rude you can’t ask any questions about anything without her jumping down your throat about how everything in there store is for tobacco use ONLY! I completely understand that but I shouldn’t be talked down too or given dirty looks for asking a question about something I don’t know. She’s very rude! And I personally know that the music box has lost several customers due to her lack of respect / customer service. She definitely ruined my experience.

The Music Box has been a pleasure for the last 45 years. I drive 250 miles to visit there regularly. Hope they never close!!

I have been there several times, each time the employees have been knowledgeable in the job there, and products they sell.Not to mention, personable as well.. Something missing from todays retail experiences~

A phone call ruined it all.. a simple question turned into a bad experience!! She wouldnt even let me finish a question before she would interrupt me ..so I gave up on them..

By far the best smoke shop in Amarillo service wise. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and the selection is admittedly small but of good quality. Prices are a lot higher than similar stores in, say, Denver, but considering the location its forgiveable. If you want service and quality glass, this is your stop.

Super cool headshop. Has an original feel to the store. Definitely the one of a kind headshop for Amarillo. They have a great deal on Tuesday where they discount your purchase by 25%.

Cool atmosphere, when it comes to tobacco pipes, poor selection, poor quality, poor pricing.

Places becoming more and more of a vape shop then the catch all that used to be. Not much on products still lots of glass. No longer the little witches Corner Shop that he used to be.
