Very cute and homey and quiet. Perfect little family oriented trailer park.

Have to pay $40 a month just to have your child live with you? Dont kids cost enough as it is? Now you want parents to pay just to stay a family? NOPE! Oh and no Great Danes? Have these people ever been around one before? I have now had 2 of them and my 5 yr old controls him with simple hand gestures. They are so far from aggressive.

Not sure if they have a maintence person or not?Could use a good driveway.And maybe a laundry room.

Minimalist living at its very best! Minimal landscape maintenance, minimal amenities (no cable, no wifi, no showers, no pool, no clubhouse), there is a small building that houses machines that are hard to confuse with washers and dryers, minimal lot size, minimal parking, minimal drainage (heavy rain will produce flooding), minimal management interference! Rent is convenient to pay, just slip your rent check through a hole in a drop box outside the office, easy peezy! Dumpster is very handy, (great land mark for directing guests to your place!) it’s right at the entrance to the RV side, gates are often open so trash drop off is a synch. One unique feature of this little slice of RV heaven is that it is within the City limits of Alvin, and it’s the only one that is! This is a result of the Alvin City Council abolishing such places all together. As of this writing the city will permit no one to offer any better options for the would be RVer.One last very important item here, the management is quite sensitive, be very nice in dealing with them and DO NOT complain. Any umbrage felt on the behalf of the management will result in the malcontent being invited to find another place to park. Happy camping.Correction: There is in fact one other RV park within the city limits of Alvin Meadowlark RV Park. I did a Drive thru. The place is clean, orderly and FULL.
