My wife and I only stayed here a short time, but Myron was so helpful to us and we had such a great time staying here. He’s truly first class.

We love living here. We have been here about four and a half years. Myron is an excellent manager and a good friend. They keep the party nice and clean and well maintained Harry I just wish they would get the pool fixed . But if you dont have your own washer and dryer they have a nice set but you can use at the office

Very clean, quite and peaceful community of mobile homes. Family friendly, cost efficient, and high quality. Great for any family that makes at least 1000 a month.

If I got my property so and I wasnt going to go travel for a little bit I might park there I was impressed about security cameras this would depend on the price. It looks like a safe place to be parked .

It is really nice nobody bothers you the landlord is really nice he is good about getting things fixed when they break they have a club house for you and the swimming pool is open when summer comes for you and your family its a nice place to live

Avoid this run down location. I called in advance to arrange for an RV site unseen. Altus, Oklahoma has no other RV park options excluding the air base. When I arrived the location appeared rundown, overgrown and generally unmaintained. The office was closed with no staff available; my phone calls went directly into voicemail with no returned calls. After inquiring with the locals they referred me to Blair, Oklahoma Town RV Park 10 miles north of Altus which was a great find, and a great place to park.

Run dont walk. Stay away!!!!! Slum Lord city right there. Cant believe that people even rent those to others. Needs to be burnt
