Amazing staff and facility. Great games fun for kids and adults got myself addicted too lol. Staff very nice and caring very friendly and good with kids. Highly recommended.

Some of the games are faulty/on the fritz and missing balls but love the atmosphere and the employees are always very helpful! One of the only arcades in the vicinity worth bringing up

Exceptional customer service, despite many of the games being broken. They were not hesitant to either fix the issues or redeem the points you spent.

Its okay fun for kids we went as a date and had fun every other thing is broken or takes your points but its not really worth fighting the only thing is a worker is no where to be seen and when they do come they are rude and honestly just seem bored but other wise a cute place.

Understaffed on the weekends. We usually try to hit up Tilt on a weekday, and we always have fun, but we went on a Saturday this time, and it was a bad experience. Games were broken, and the staff did not seem inclined to help us with the games or refund for the several credits we lost in the process.

Not to happy with it, My girlfriend and I went there today 1/23/2020 And wanted to play the claw machine games. Half of them got stuck on themselves and the other half just took our points off the cards and didnt let us play. We could fined a employee to let them know because there was no one at the registers. Just another arcade that eats your money and doesnt leave you happy.

Its a great place to take the kids and spend some fun family time together. They decent package deals as well.

This place is so much fun for kids and adults who like to be kids for a few hours. Lots of different games for everyone to enjoy. Reasonably priced. Even has a restaurant inside. Plus mini golf, bumper cars, and laser tag.

We love tilt. They always have good prizes. Its way easier to win tickets at tilt than any other arcade. My son has probably earned well over 4,000 tickets since they opened up!

Had a lot of fun. People were nice and had a lot of great games.

Tilt Studio is a pretty standard arcade, with a variety of games and a small food court. The games are a bit pricey, but it can be fun for an afternoon or a party, which they do offer package deals for. Overall, pretty standard. Nothing too fancy, but not too shabby.

How does a place named Tilt not have pinball machines? They are missing an opportunity to capitalize on the boom. PAPA world championships are held less than two hours away in Pittsburgh. Then there is Pinburgh, the largest pinball tournament in the world. 4 machines is all they would need to start running weekly leagues and growing the local scene.

Good selection of games. Pricing is ridiculous. Almost all the games are over a dollar and the Mario game that I wanted to play was about $2 for one credit. I understand prices have increased but other arcades are much cheaper then this.

Fun for our granddaughter, but too expensive. Not enough description for how to play the games. You end up having to play at least twice to figure it out. One employee came out of the Employees Only door to get our money, and no employee was seen again.

Very expensive. Just the amount of points for the individual games is high. In order to play on the bumper cars or laser tag, you have to be a VIP, which is expensive. Had trouble when we went. The first time the machine broke and would not give us our cards. We scanned them just to make sure that they worked and we were missing 6 points per card. So we talked with the manager and they corrected it for us and gave us our cards back. We went to scan them again and this time, our cards said they were invalid. So, we had to get the manager again to fix the issue. They upgraded us to a VIP and the kids had fun.

I love the games and my son had a blast! The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is the mini golf they have. The set up and design is awesome...its just every hole in the mini golf (minus the last hole cause its an enclosed ramp).... every hole is raised......making it impossible for a young kid to sink shots.I understand maybe one or 2 holes be designed to be tough...but not all of them. For that reason I would recommend people go to Tilt for a great time, but I would highly discourage those who want to play the mini golf.

I had my 8 year olds birthday party here. For the price it is a great value and the kids had so much fun. Tiffany the party host was fabulous!

You can get a decent amount of play time here without breaking the bank, the games vary in type, difficulty, and style. My personal favorites were the vintage machines that felt like a step back to the 90s! Play credits and tickets are recorded on a swipe card, which is really convenient. When one game malfunctioned, the staff refunded my credits without any hassle.In addition to traditional arcade games, Tilt has a concession area, a small mini golf course, and for VIP guests, bumper cars and laser tag. I think it will be worth my while to try the VIP option next time we visit. I like that its open later than most mall stores and gives young people something fun and wholesome to do. It was great seeing kids there on a Saturday night having fun together.

Pretty good. Some of the ticket for prize amounts are ridiculous, but the games are fun at least.

Run nicely and convient. Claw machines that arent made for you to lose, equip with laser tag and other fun games. Cards are used and not tokens which is nice because they are reloadable not just from the cashier but any of the machines around the arcade.

This place is good but there are a few things that could be changed to improve the place. They points on the machines are extremely high. 12pts for a claw machine. laser tag was really fun but the lady we had followed us everywhere and got into our way multiple times just walking around. She tried talking to us and just made the game awkward.

Great place. Games are working and newer. Only complaint we ran out of money. Mini bowling mini golf and laser tag were all awesome. Has a snack bar as well. Staff was very helpful

Went today for our daughters birthday 3/11/20 first of all we had to track down an employee to find out how it worked as far as tokens, or what, and most of the games were broken or took our points !! what a joke !!! Will never go back again !! Also I wont be recommending this place to anyone !!

Feel like this place is extremely overpriced. The game prices are mysterious, you have a hard time figuring out how much a game will cost. Chucke cheese is a very good alternative, and relatively close.

Place looks absolutely gorgeous inside but is designed to take your money with a bunch of luck games to play to win prizes but the weekly win percentage is very low wins on type of claw grabbing machines they hay

Great place for all ages

Very expensive place. A $10 card got about 15 minutes of time with the plan I purchased. There were a lot of options and the place was very clean. I wont be hurrying back. I will say the kids chose the most expensive games to play.

Great place to unwind with the kiddos and stay cool! Lost a very special bracelet while there and the amazing Staff located it for me. Super friendly and attentative.

My 5 year old loves it here, but seriously, they have GOT to fix their machines. Every single time we go it seems like there are at least 5 or 6 that are broken. Ticket prices are very high, and while I know that claw machines are supposed to be difficult, most of theirs are downright impossible. The workers do tend to be helpful, though, and will refund your tokens if a game breaks and eats your credit (which happens often). They also usually throw in an extra little piece of candy, which always brings a huge smile to my kids face. Corporate, fix this place up!

Could be a really fun place but has lots of issues right now. Half the bumper cars didnt run, seemed like half the claw/prize machines didnt work. Price is a bit high ($1-$12 per game) really good laser tag arena for the area but lot of vests didnt work.

This is a fun arcade and has some cool games. The place even has laser tag, but it isnt as fun as others nearby.

I take my 4 year old and he loves playing all of the games.

The staff we had was just wonderful,she was there to show lots of love and direction with the kids .not one bad comment from any of them ,well worth having a kids party there.

My kids loved the ride they had (it went around in a circle fairly fast) but I guess they changed that ride out for bumper cars. Its a clean place. The employees are always so busy though they should have at least 1 more employee.

Worst!! Horrible!! Drive from cleveland Ohio to check place out. Walked around Tilt for 30 minutes. Never saw one employee. Could not even play at all because could not get cards. (No employees). While walking through Tilt went to look at concession area. Had approximately 10 “SOFT” pretzels hanging in case. But concession was not open. Left without doing anything to drive back to Cleveland. Thank you Tilt for wasting 7 hours drive time as will as $40 in gas. WTG

Surely not the cheapest arcade, but I like it and have gone several times with my kids. They have a variety of games for younger and older kids. A bunch of the games seem to be much older, refurbished games, bit they also have very new games.I really like the card swipes versus the token method. Sure, its easier to send your money, but 1) it keeps track of your tickets (card specific) 2) you dont have to carry tokens 3) you discuss nite on having fun.They also have laser tag, mini guild and even a smaller legitimate roller coaster type ride in the middle.Cons are the cost per game seems higher. Its also very loud inside. Also, a few games dont take the card swipes which seems odd. Older games are...Older and not maintained well.

Paid 20 bucks for all games and attractions and couldnt play the games u win tickets on and no where on the sign does it say only non ticket games all of the games my 5 5year old could play were games for older children I was disappointed and wont be going back because of that
