Picture This and More is a first rate picture framing company offering custom framing, photo restoration and digital transfer of media. They also have beautiful art by local artists displayed throughout the store that you can buy for yourself or as a gift.I wanted one of my photographs artfully custom framed as a gift for my girlfriend. Picture This and More was my choice. Glad I made that choice. I could not have been happier with the entire experience.Quint and Kella were both extremely helpful as we all collaborated on which matting and framing would look best. Their suggestions were insightful and examples offered were tasteful and attractive. Their experience, expertise and patience were essential in my decision.My custom framing was completed when they said it would be...actually a little prior. They thoughtfully gave me a courtesy call to let me know I could pick up my order. Friendly and professional every step of the way.Their work was outstanding, it looked fantastic and my girlfriend loved it!The shop, itself, is spacious. The customer area is well laid out. The variety of local art on display and for sale is gorgeous.Plenty of parking is available.After my experience at Picture This and More, I consider them a local treasure.They are located in Piasa Center on Delmar and State in Alton, IL

I went in to have some things of my great-grandfathers matted. I spent about 30 minutes going over all possible options and all pricing. The employees are all very nice and knowledgeable.They also offer media transfer for photos and slides. This is huge for me as I am the family archivist. I will be utilizing this service in the future.

I have been doing frame business with Picture This and More for many years. I have always found them friendly and artistically very helpful. Some of their work has been hanging in my home for years and still looks like new. I recommend them to my friends.I also enjoy browsing their beautiful gallery of Jeff Vaughn and other artists work.

Visited here for the 1st time , brought in a 50.00 print to have framed. Quint , who was not a very friendly fellow, decided to teach me a hard lesson on why I didnt belong in his shop. He was very condescending, and sensing my lack of knowledge, suggested a couple mats and a frame that turned out to be close to 600.00. Instead of quoting me prices as we looked at options, he sidestepped the questions with a smarter-than-thou response of Well it all depends on what you like- that determines the cost. He never bothered to ask me what my budget was until I protested the 600.00 price. Then when I told him by budget . he shoved his hand in my face with a look of snobbish disdain to say goodbye you are wasting my time What a complete jerk. As I walked out in disgust he had a little smirk on his face, enjoying the self-satisfaction of humiliating a customer instead of just being a decent guy. Needless to say, I will NEVER consider this smug little knucklehead and his OVERPRICED shop.
