They had booked the wrong time and were planning on arriving right as the party was ending. After 2 phone calls they said they were on there way and arrived 35 minutes late to set up. We didn’t get the full hour we paid for if you include the set up time. I was told at least 3 people would be there for balloon animals and face painting. Only 2 were there. Rose the face painter was okay but I was disappointed with the balloon artist. He made a basic balloon for all the kids and if they asked for something simple, like a sword, he would ignore them repeatedly until I said something and then he still made them wait! I thought kids would get to request their own balloon animals but that wasn’t the case. I would NOT recommend this company in the future.

Theres set up is awesome they came with a table tent chairs their balloon guy made these cool balloon guns the face painters are awsome I got to face painters Im one dead on these cool glitter tattoos for the girls and cool I designed and the other 1 did these cool custom these paintings and deafening gonna hire them again they are amazing

I experienced your style of service , As a guest. I was appalled at the rush in how you half assed set up the background for pictures and kept looking at your watch eager to leave. Now that I have read others comments I see that you like to argue and threaten customers with lawsuits. So now its your turn to be educated.....Florida makes it a crime to intercept or record a wire, oral, or electronic communication in Florida, unless all parties to the communication consent. I was a member at the private party and didnt authorize your recording. FL statute 934.28. I dont encourage you to threaten me with a lawsuit for stating facts. You folks think all your technology will save you but it has bitten you this time.

I wish to give them zero star. this company is rip off . Be careful if you book them they are layer. Read and read and read your invoice every time they send it to you.They always add items you didnt talk to them about it and then they charge you at the end and say we sent it in the contract .

Day theyre amazing job at my sons birthday I hired them again this year 2019 and they were us are I am deftly a repeated customer and will keep hiring them they came on time did did the most amazing and bland twisting and face painting and they did decorations that it is beautiful quail a balloon barge and these beautiful center bases and deftly higher again from my daughters birthday this year

I would recommend this company to everyone , the employees were friendly they were patient , they work well with children , the artist was magnificent who did the facepainting , the animated balloon characters was awesome , they were very reasonable with their prices I enjoyed them tremendously looking forward to hiring them for another event
