Weve been here twice in the last 3 months, once for an anniversary, and once for a birthday. Both times we stayed in a signature Suite with a decently sized patio. The showers are to-die-for, the amenities inside the rooms are amazing with the Alexa, and free non-alcoholic drinks in the mini bar. It feels like youre in Vegas without the Pomp and Circumstance and the Ridiculousness that goes with Las Vegas. Love the adults-only getaway only 45 minutes from San Diego. We brought friends here and theyve absolutely loved it. Love the fact that bronze status gets you 20% off at the restaurants. If only I was more of an avid gambler, Id be a platinum member and receive 50% off room rates and services. Love the spa, all Eminence products. One of the best massages weve ever had. We will return again and again, and bring friends with us for sure

We always have a great time at Viejas! Stay at the Willow if you want a quiet adults only experience or the Viejas hotel on the East side if you have a family. Either way you cant go wrong!Excellent food everywhere, but we prefer the Buffet which includes bottomless beer, wine, champagne and mimosas. Also, Adrianos across the street has the best pizza Ive had. Definitely recommend.

Really Awesome place! Well run, friendly staff, very upscale modern facilities both public & private! Good choice of restaurants!The suite was very spacious well decorated, good color schemes & layout. The bathroom was massive & lots of personal hygiene amenities. The suite had a full closet & tons of drawer space! 2 massive LCD monitors for bedroom & separate living room.Adult pool was huge w/ a shallow & deep end. Nice open bar nearby!Great shops across the street & fast food court w/ water & bronze statues to provide decent ambiance!

Best experience on both occasions!!! Im never staying at any other hotel ever again. The Willows has the best hospitality. Always a smile on there face never a dull moment.

We have a 2-room suite, which is beautifully decorated and furnished with every amenity-- bottled water, juice, shaving equipment, comfy bed and luxurious towels. Valet is free and will have your car waiting if you call ahead. The staff is all amazingly friendly and helpful.

The Willows is all suites, no one under 21. The rooms are new and the decor is very nice. Complementary cake pops, Starbucks coffee, soda, water and juice. Robes and slippers provided. Soft and fluffy down bedding. Nice place I would definitely come back again.

Love this place come very often

I wish I could give it 4 stars, I had every intention on doing so, but the overall experience fell a little short. Mostly there were some issues with the room overall & services are what caused my rating. I will say that the employees are exceptional with customer service! I used to work for the Four Seasons, and the level they provided, rivals it. Especially referring to guests by their proper name. TV in the master was inoperable at 1 point, and was blaring, we couldnt turn it down, so had to turn it off. The room service was superb. Nothing like being told 50 min and having it delivered in less than 20! The lack of options were not great. Also, I wish the pool stayed open longer than 6pm, with this being an all adult hotel, I would think 11pm is more reasonable. Especially with it being summer & the spa is closed. A couple other reasons for my reduced rating. We were there to celebrate my husbands birthday, which I mentioned several times: when I made the reservation, called to verify the reservation, & requested an amenity to be delivered upon arrival. The amenity wasnt delivered, I wish I wouldve gotten the lady who assured me it would be. This was disappointing. Occupancy appeared low, & no offer for an upgrade. Cant winem all I suppose. Have to mention Shantinae, whom checked us in, for being kind & courteous. Also she pointed to our room number on the key packet, which is so important. Crucial working FD, to never say a guests room number outloud.Ok, my review runneth over. To summarize:Bed - PhenomenalShower with the dual heads - Heaven, I want 1 in my house. Now.Pool - Gorgeous, loved it.Room size & design - Stellar.Definitely worth returning.

We had a nice stay here. There was a lot of walking from out room to the casino. There are about four restaurants . They had bars also. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was a big shower. Our room had a coffee maker. There was also two tvs. The room had a safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was also plenty of security. If you are new to the casino, they give you a free buffet with a players card. They give you ten dollars on your card. It is worth it to get the players card. They have a spa , hot tub and a pool. They have fire pits too.

Everything about this place was perfect! The smell all throughout the hotel is unforgettably beautiful!! The decor and design is so grand - yet calming at the same time. Staff was super friendly. The hotel and casino could not have been any cleaner- they looked like they just opened their doors for business when we were there because everything was to the highest quality.

Stayed here this past Wed and Thurs. Dreamlike experience even though I spend a little of my money and did not have a friend to share the experience with.Their pool is Saltwater I will update this review next week with details. Thank you Willows!

First timers and my wife and I were presently surpised. They were booked on all massages but we did manage to get pedicures the day of. We will return more than likely. Staff was great!

Really nice resort, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate all the help we got with our issues that we did have, which were resolved promptly.

Ray the hotel manager was very attentive and made our stay incredibly memorable and his hospitality in welcoming us was great! We come back every time because he makes our stay pleasant every single time! Kudos to Ray..hes awesome!

I will re rate this stay after I have cooled down. Just know it took waiting 5 hrs after check out to have it our situation handled. The room was awesome and the pool is on point.

I am so blessed to have such wonderful awesome place like The Willows Hotel and Spa I love the VIP service and being healed from head to toe. My host Michel Spellman is the action guy that helps me when I need to be there. The buffet is so nutritious and the best selection on gourmet cooking I love bringing a new comer to Viejas Resort and there is an outlet too for a new look. The staff is awesome and Security is very friendly and helpful.

This place is a must visit. Very relaxing. Me and my wife booked a couples massage and was definitely one of the best. Amenities are great and staff is extremely nice and helpful. From the lady at the adult pool who instantly greets you and offers you a towel water and sun block to the free beverage fridge they provide. We will definitely come here going forward.

One of the nicest hotels at any of the Indian res casinos in southern California by far, & with the outlet mall & numerous food court eateries, casino restaurants, buffets, & if course the insanely enormous casino floor, you must visit this place as there is something for everyone to enjoy.

I was in Las Vegas hotels many times. Willow hotel is something special. Great bathroom, Alexa near the bed, empty refrigerator, coffee machine - this is excellent combination budget and luxury hotels. The only concern -weak pressure hot water in the shower.

Nicest hotel ever!

Called 4 days prior to staying and made a reservation at which time we were told we would be facing the pool, this didnt happen we had views of the parking lot and mud. Was led to believe there would be microwave bought $50 worth of food that all died in the fridge while there as they dont have microwaves. We asked if we could pay the deposit in cash as our bank takes 4 weeks to put the $100 back on our card, the lady that took the reservation said that she would have a manager call later that day as they would just need to approve that request. This call, never came. The day we were to check in we had to make the call to see if this would be acceptable and a manager named Clayton came on the line saying absolutely not... He continued with explaining to me the only time he personally broke policy was when a casino patron took it upon himself to become so drunk (not to mention the bar tender that over served this casino patron thought it was just fine to keep giving this person alcohol) that Clayton took it upon himself to allow the guest to stay and pay a cash deposit of $500 that he felt this was a situation he, Clayton, deemed to be an emergency situation to the degree that breaking policy for a drunk so this person could have a better casino experience (I HAVE PROOF OF EVERY WORD!)and having this intoxicated person put up $500 in cash was better than calling an uber, lyft or taxi for this drunk. Needless to say, as we were having renovations done at our place during the 48 hellish hours we staying at the Willows hotel, we allowed them to put the deposit on our card. Upon entering the room there are only 2 viable channels to watch unless youre a sports fanatic, news junkie or just wanted to listen to the many music channels OR pay $19.99 per movie they have to watch. Seeing how we simply just wanted to rest and not burn through a ton of money we were stuck watching marathons of either American pickers, fast and loud, deadliest catch or forged in fire as these were THE ONLY THINGS TO WATCH THE WHOLE TIME! On our last night we decided to go to the casino and get some food to eat and during eating, a very drunk man stumbled to the bar where Juan, the bartender, served this man 5 very tall glasses of beer within less than 10 min (surveillance video more than shows this to be true!) and gave this man a free pack of cigarettes and wanted to serve this drunk man more alcohol. We then went back to our room and after settling in to sleep ~ rap music began to echo through the vents along with a sporadic onslaught of the F word FOR WELL over 2 hours. Clayton and a security guard came to the hall I actually had them come in the room they both heard the music and Clayton said they would go find it. THIS NEVER HAPPENED!!! When I called back down to Clayton he said they just couldnt find where it was coming from and that when he was in our room he didnt think it was loud enough to keep us awake. When I said oh really, his reply was yes really although, he continued, I do realize some people are more sensitive than others and at 3:19am he wanted US to change rooms instead of doing his job!!! DO NOT STAY AT THE WILLOWS HOTEL WHEN GOING TO VIEJAS CASINO it is ONLY aesthetically pleasing everything else about this place can be likened to a toilet where those that work there do nothing to enrich everyones experience, only the high rollers and drunks!
