Blackberry Smoke....their...At the Drive-in Concert was fantastic. Entering the Ameris Bank Amitheather was managed very well and it was easy. Even the dog checking the vehicles for weapons was novel and unintrusive. The way that each car was situated, provided location information to allow food and merchandise vendors was precision. Each car and concert attendees were greeted and it was excellent and the support of the personnel was superb!!! Food and merchandise was ordered on line and delivered to your location immediately. The large screen allowed for better viewing and everyone in the audience was just there to have a good time. It was my grandsons first concert and it could not have gone better. Nor could have any band been more fun, entertaining and their music more exciting and excellent as was Blackberry Smokes. The skill of the musicians was amazing and the vocals were outstanding. I have never enjoyed a concert more!!! Two thumbs way, way up for the Ameris Bank Amphitheater and Blackberry Smoke!!! Thank you all so much for an outstanding event and great Saturday night out!!!

Nice amphitheatre. Parking is organized and not far from the venue. We sat way up on the lawn. It was nice not having people all over you. You can rent chairs for $8 or bring your own so long as they are not more than 9 inches off the ground. You get $1 for returning the chair at the end of the evening. Note: drinks are expensive, more than a ballpark. $15 for a beer (24 oz can). My major complaint is that people smoked throughout and Vaped throughout the lawn. Is the place non smoking? If so, attendees shouldnt be allowed to smoke in the lawn around others.

It was a great time and a great show. the only thing I was a little disappointed with was the parking and setup was not how they advertised it to be on the online tickets... So that is a little misleading... For on the online advertisement next to your chair area there is supposed to be an empty spot between you and the next car so you wouldnt be right next door to the persons car other than that it was a great time the staff was courteous and helpful the music the music was amazing... I wish it was the beginning of spring instead of the end of fall... But look forward to maybe to going to shows next year... Thank you Ameris for bringing back music to the people.

This was our fourth concert here and it was a great experience as usual. Lots of choices of food and beverage vendors including a T-Mobile fast lane. The security is great and overall we’d recommend this venue to everyone. One note though is to make sure you get close parking when you buy your event ticket.

Fantastic venue and professional, courteous staff. Plenty of good eating and drinking options-a little pricey but still very convenient. Acoustics were great and visuals were great from our seats, there is also a general admission area in the back where families with young kids can relax, or a couple could bring a beach towel or fold-up chairs to watch the show. Special pickup and drop off area for ride share-this area is convenient to the front gates and the staff is well informed and able to direct all patrons. The restrooms are clean.

Great venue for a live show. Fabulous seating arrangement with different categories of charges as per the closeness towards the stage. Staff and security is very helpful. You will get snack and drinks through small stalls located towards the entry of the venue. They have ample open grass space also where you get your own mats and chairs to enjoy any show. Would definitely mention lights and tremendously awesome sound system to make your head swing and tap your feet. WONDERFUL

Pretty happy with my experience here. It was a hot day and an outdoor venue so no points off there. Parking could have been easier, considering we had an assigned area but there didnt appear to be anything but park yourself rows once there. Either way, still a great experience. The food and drink options were decent.

Awesome venue. The lawn section was huge, but the difference with this venues lawn is how they built it on a steep hill. Theres not one bad seat in the whole venue, including the lawn. The screens were big and you could see the entire stage. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Beats the pants off of any amphitheatre where Im from in Florida, and we use then year-round. I had a blast seeing Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band with all my new buddies in the lawn section.

Its the worst place to go to a concert. The parking is terrible. The place is small and intimate but extremely hot during a summer concert. The sun beats down on you if you have lawn seats. If youre sitting closer, then it is like a sauna under the overhead area. I will only go back if the concert is at night and I would have to REALLY love a band or artist. Its just too uncomfortable. Kidz Bop was excellent but would have been so much better in an indoor place like The Fox Theater.

Its very well laid out, easy to find seats, bathrooms, concessions. Parking was hard to find on Google maps but they did have signs. There was a good amount of police presence, it was a good mix of feeling safe with all the mass shootings lately but never felt like they were hostile towards patrons there to have a good time. Advise: be aware of the time of day your concert is and the sun placement. I sat in section 103 and was blinded by the sun in August as it went down. When facing the stage try to get seats towards the right of the stage. Also eat before the show...more expensive than Ive ever seen concert food, $12 hamburger, $8 chili dog, $4 popsicle. I will be back to rock out in the future

This is a nice place for an amphitheatre. I typically hate big, outdoor venues, but this one was really nice. Although it was full, it wasnt impossible to go to the bathroom or get food and drinks. The seated area is even covered! The sound was good and they have the large, side screens as well. We had C lot parking and it was very convenient.Food and drinks are very expensive, as all big venues are. However, I think this type of pricing should get resistance. This place is also so far away from Atlanta. Well be pretty hard pressed to come back just because of that. This would be a five star rating if not for the commute.

The staff was the friendliest I have ever seen at a concert. All in all , it made for an incredible experience. I dont mind paying the higher ticket price that some artist fetch these days when everything is top-notch like it is at this ampitheater. Nice venue tucked away in far North Fulton. Parking lots difficult to locate. Improved/larger/more directional signs needed. Surrounding streets were not made to efficiently handle the volume of concert traffic. Not a bad seat in the house. High quality video screens add to the experience for all, especially those seated in the back. Good sound. Giant ceiling fans keep the night air moving under the covered seating. Would be worthy of 5 stars with lower parking fees, MUCH lower priced concessions, and improvements to ingress/egress.

Lets start with the positive, the parking is relatively easy to get into and out of. The sound at this venue was great. It wasnt TOO loud but still let you feel it in your bones! Now the negative, went to a concert with 2 teens, paid for the seating section under the canopy. There are signs everywhere that say NO SMOKING. We were row Z, only 2 rows behind us. The row behind us were smoking pot. During intermission, my husband went to a security guard to let them know. She said, ok we will watch but we have to catch them with it. They NEVER came over to look. Id guess these people smoked at least 10-12 during the concert and just ruined our night.
