This mobile home park is a dump. Every time my wife went to visit, she would pick up a nail in her tires.

A great place to get information about property

I been here 7 years...great place to live!! Well kept. Park managers are nice. Lake access with beautiful sunrises.

Weve been renting a trailer in the park for over a year and have had a great experience- quiet and respectful neighbors, extremely reasonable pricing, and helpful/friendly landlords. We have never had any problems or complaints. The one time we needed something in our trailer repaired, it was taken care of almost immediately, no questions asked. The location across from Long Lake is also fun in the summer. All in all, a great place to live if youre looking to rent somewhere in Alpena.

Truely a dump of a trailer park. Hope they do something with the driveway soon but i doubt they will!?!
