I am giving Arzos 5 stars because they have gone above and beyond to accommodate families during this COVID-19 pandemic.Although they are only offering a few rides open, it was still a great experience. The staff kindly explained how not everything could be open due to the pandemic and they were on point cleaning/sanitizing everything in between customers. They had a mask policy and offered hand sanitizer which made me feel safer bringing my family out.I hope all of the COVID regulations are over next summer so we can return and enjoy ALL the rides! Thank you to Dana, Casey & Justin for providing such a great experience for me and my family.

Nice place, not busy at all. Friendly and prompt staff. I only rated 4 stars because currently not all attractions are open. Put put, go carts, carousel, bumper cars, driving range and beating cages are currently the only things open.

Had a great time here. The two employees that worked with us Justin and Kara were very kind and helpful to the grandkids. We will visit again.

The website shows all rides, EVERYTHING was tarped and nothing was open for ride wise!! Website needs to be updated as we dove all the way from Sandusky to go their and we couldnt!!

Not expensive for a fun family afternoon.

Based on driving range only: Mats are horribly uneven. 60% of the balls have been damaged by a lawnmower. Five beans for 25 balls is steep.Easily fixable - Run a sprinkler near the tees. Get rid of half the mats and go grass tees for half the spaces. Even out the existing mats. Get new balls. Put some intermediate yardage signs up. Done.Love coming to the lake and hitting balls on summer mornings. Will be ending up at the city course range 5 mins away

We brought our grandson today. It wasn’t busy, no lines, and at each ride they went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. This is a place more folks need to check out. The staff is amazing!

First time visiting, pretty fun place with lots of things to do and options to choose from. Giving it 4 stars because it was a very meh mini putt course. Staff was fun and friendly!

Went here last week with my little cousins. Everything was fun, but with the 5 for $25 deal, youre pretty much paying $5 for 5 minutes on each activity. Every minute of fun cost you a dollar essentially, which was too much. And to the owner, before you reply to this review, know that it looks very sketchy when you respond to every negative review and tell them why they are wrong. Also if you or a family member are going to post a 5 star review for your own business, at least make sure to use an account that does not have the last name of Arzo...

I took my granddaughter for some funtime at Arzos today and we had SUCH an amazing experience... not just because of the great variety of entertainment they offered, but also because of the great personal attention Brendon offered in assisting us every step of the way throughout our day; he was great... thank you Brendon! We had a fun filled and memorable day and thanks to you also for being our videographer while we both tackled the bungee trampolining!

Had an awesome time riding the go carts and bumper cars. They had a 5 for $25 deal. Per person. The grandson loved it. A few of the rides we not up and running, the coaster and the bigger rides. So we did all 5 on go carts and bumper cars. Still had alot fun

Staff was super friendly, everything is very clean, my Son & I had a great time. Few drawbacks were the price - we blew through $85 in just over 2 hours; and some of the rides werent operating the day we went. But I would definitely return & recommend to other folks.

Had the best time with my kiddos today! Great activities for the whole family, excellent prices. Friendly staff, great atmosphere; even got to race with an upcoming star! Cant wait to come back again and again! Thank you from Charity and the Kiddos, we will be back!!!!!

This place is a lot of fun, has decent prices, the employees were very kind and professional even when talking us into things that we were scared of trying. Definitely plan to go more often this summer.

We were hesitant to bring our girls here due to some of the reviews but we went anyway. The girls had a really fun time. They weren’t too busy so the only wait they had was because there were only three employees so it was understandable to have to wait. Go karts were super fun and when the employee tells you that the bumper cars hit harder than your typical bumper cars they aren’t kidding! It was fun but they definitely hit harder than most! Haha! Overall it was a good time!

According to website their open! Drove over from Atlanta campsite to find this place closed! Its been closed! All the gates locked up!! Its 7pm on a tuesday. Thought wed bring our grandson over for his birthday. Dont waste your time or money!!Heard about this place on the radio.Defiantly falsely advertised!!

They charged $80 for 10 minutes of go karts for the four of us. you’d expect that if it was that expensive, they’d at least have a friendly, easy and helpful service for the customers (us). however, i’m disappointed to say that they didn’t print out our tickets, they didn’t let my brother finish his lap because he accidentally bumped someone, who was my other brother. and they also lost my friends hat. this was not only a disappointing experience, but also a waste of money, and a waste of time.

Ihave been to many amusement parks in other,larger cities and I thought that this one was very expensive for the quality.

Really nice putt putt golf course and lots of other options to choose from, batting cages, go carts, rides. Pretty cool!

The faster Go Karts were awesome! Even though I played a 22 on the put put course, I still had a blast!

Arzo had a lot to offer. We did putt putt and it was pretty average. The staff was nothing extraordinary either. Nothing I would go out of my way to do.

I recently brought my kids to arzo park and the cons outweighed the pros. First off, there were several employees who demonstrated outstanding customer service skills. The gentleman with the red beard was one of them. He was very attentive and patient with my little ones. Also, the short girl with dark hair and skin was very pleasant. She helped my kids with the bungees and they just loved her. She had them laughing and smiling during the whole ride.Now for the cons.My kids rode the go-karts, and there was a little boy standing on the platform bossing the employees around. He looked to be around 12 or 13, regardless he was definitely too young to work there. Then, when I was waiting for my kids to finish their ride, a large man approached the employees running the go-karts and started screaming at them about some remote. He was using alot of profanity and honestly Im not comfortable having someone like that around my children. After the go-karts we went inside to purchase a round of mini golf and while we were in there that man came in and was complaining about one of the other employees, cursing and everything again. This time in front of my kids. If that man is your manager, which is what Im assuming, he needs to be replaced. You should never treat employees like that anyway, but especially not around customers. I wont be going back there any time soon.

We took our grandkids a few days ago and they had alot of fun. The three guys working were awesome. They were great with the kids (ages 9 -12) and made listening to the rules entertaining. I spoke with the young man from Maryland?, he did not grow up in Alpena. He had fantastic people skills. If I was still working , Id have tried to recruit him. Better hang on to him.

Great fun here, fun for all ages. If you visit Alpena this is a must!

What a great time! There is so much to do here to keep you busy; you will not be bored. Did the mini golf, the go carts, the bungy jump thing, and the batting cages. LOADS of fun. Staff (Josh) was a great easy going guy and went out of his way to give us a great expedience.Highly recommend.

Interesting fun place, personally kinda expensive as the pricing is per ride and does not offer a wrist band option like ceder valley in comins michigan (like 35 minutes away) who has all day pass for $35, Could be a something you could consider....

I recently visited Arzo Park for my birthday and it was the most memorable birthday. They had huge picnic tables available where we could eat and all the staff members were wishing me a happy birthday. I’ve been to several amusement parks (big and small), but the service that we got at this park was remarkable. They definitely made me and my family feel special. It’s quite obvious that the owner gives extra attention to the presentation of the park as the miniature golf is immaculate. Anyways, I recommend this park especially if your birthday is coming up, they have great birthday packages, especially if you’re going to go with a large group. Great prices, amazing staff and superb rides/activities. Can’t wait to see how big this park is going to get in small Alpena.

Arzo Park is truly awesome. The staff is friendly, the rides are amazing. I cant wait to ride the new Spaceship Simulator. The owners are just the best people.

Needed a place that was affordable and fun have a 6 yr old grandson and went there, its basic but fun! affordable got to play miniature golf, ride go carts, bumper cars and carousel.

Greatly disappointed! You dont find out until after you have paid that the special package of 5 adventures for $25 a person means that you will only get to do each choice for 5 minutes...with the exception of putt-putt. And believe you me, they have timers set for/on everything! No give on the time...even if you are literally the only people there! Plus some of the things are not in working condition.

We rode the go carts with our 2 year old and appreciated them letting just us go out for safety with her. They have quite a bit to do compared to most places like this, well be back again to try out the Ferris wheel and bumper cars when shes older.

Arzo is a great place to play mini golf and they have fun activities to do. It is a great place for the whole family.

Arzo Park has been a great place to visit with my family. The enviroment is safe and the employees were very respectful. Our kids had fun all day, enjoying all the rides. Specially, this year, they added a new Sky High Bungee ride, where we thought it was very safe and fun for our kids of age 8 and 14. I recommend Arzo Park for any one with any age, its a fun place for everone. I would definitly visit again!

Arzo Sports and Fun Park is an excellent place for family fun and entertainment! They have so much there in a little area and they seem to expand every year! They have great rides including a Ferris Wheel, bumper cars, go-karts, mini golf, batting cages with everything from softball, slow, medium and fast pitch, for baseball, a beautiful driving range, an amazing arcade room and an all new ride this year called a Sky High Bungy! The Sky High Bungy has a set of bungees that come down and hook up on either side of a harness that the rider is safely secured into. The rider is then lifted into the air as they jump on a trampoline and can do sky high jumps and flips in the air! The staff is also very professional and courteous, and willing to help out very promptly. The owner is also willing to accomodate guests with special pricing for large groups and/or parties. We need to spread the word for this amazing little park with a big heart! I highly recommend this place.

Fun for 3 grandkids but quite expensive for about 1.5 hours and 5 rides for each child.

How can they keep their doors open? Nice go-karts but they have priced themselves out of the market in Alpena.The special package price of $25.00 for 5 acxtivites provides 25 minutes of activites.

Fun place but cost way to much if you want to do things multiple times.
