Most unprofessional business Ive ever worked with, if you leave a bad review be prepared to be attacked in the comments by Managements family members. The fact that personal business is apparently discussed with outside parties who are not employed by the park is bad enough but to be so public about it kind of shocks me, I suggest installing security cameras outside of your home (as I am doing) and getting a recording app for your phone, this kind of intimidation has no place in our town. Be aware and protect yourselves, life here can be good just dont be naive and think this is a small town mom and pop type of place and if you have the means to live anywhere else you would do well to steer clear of Scottsdale estates

This place is not as it seems. They lie like crazy, they harass most tenants, they dont keep streets or lights maintained. T hey will discriminate like crazy. Lot lot is increased every single year.

They are EXPENSIVE , unfriendly, very fussy. I know some very unhappy residents there.

Poor management. The roads arent worth the trouble. Not to mention the staff how rude and disrespectful to their tenants

Cary, the manager of the park is sweet and very helpful. The park is well maintained and aesthetically pleasing.

Everyone I know that lives there doesnt like the owners.

Nice community for the most part. Have family here, they seem to like it.

This place is not a good place to live. They dont keep it up but expect you to comply with outrageous rules ! They sold me a trailer that is not properly plumbed. The drains dont work right and in fact they left me with raw sewer backed up in my bathtub for two weeks! During Christmas! They also sold me a trailer without a shed then told me AFTER I moved in that a shed is compulsory. Can you believe they tell me what curtains I can put in my windows? They made me take Bugs Bunny down! Please people, dont make the same mistake I made and live here.

I do not live here but as a delivery driver, I really dislike how the Scottsdale estates is organized. A lot of it is out of order and confusing, and a lot of houses dont even have the numbers on them so you cant find a place there.

It you r locking for a place run a way film the place it not a good place two live

High lot rent, poor roads and nosey neighbors

If you want to be harrassed and have neighbors be able to point cameras on you at all times. This is the place you want to be.

Management sucks.Weve received notices for violations to mow, trim and rake, when we already have, and our yard is cleaned up.Also, we have probably the worst yard in this park, it is always wet and mucky and they have been asked to put a drain in to prevent our yard from being this way and never have.The back of our yard was tore up for months, and after asking a few times they finally came and took care of it.Funny how when something isnt the way they want it they slap violations on your door out of nowhere but when youre asking for them to get something done to better your yard you have to ask multiple times and wait and wait..Cant wait to move out of here.
