This is a nice fairly new venue. Its well maintained and never have a problem when I come here. The Phantoms games are always fun! Seating is easy to read. They have decent for and beer as well, but we all know that the prices are jacked up at all venues like this. I would recommend buying a game pack where they give you some food and drinks in the deal!

Been trying to get information on my hockey tickets from end of March when the rest of the season got canceled but no responses. Prior to this experience, games were fun and tickets were decently priced

Saturday was my families first Phantoms game and first time at the PPl center. It was great we had a good time the fans were friendly the people working there were friendly and helpful it was a good night out. I will definitely go back for another game.

Have been to several AHL arenas, and this is by far the best. Not only the facility,(which by the way has no bad seats) but the product they put out. Great hockey, great entertainment, reasonably priced. Great night out.

What a fun night! Have the cheese steaks and soft pretzels. You wont be disappointed!

Nice facility but they rob you on food! $3.75 for water, come on! $4.25 for a pretzel , robbery!

Great arena. Easy to get around, comfortable seats. The Tim Hortons addition makes it one of the best in the league. Great hockey too and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants!

Fun for all ages even for those who arent fond of the game. If you do enjoy ice hockey, youll love the Phantoms games.
