Very nice place for picnic, playdates, hangouts.. play area for both tiny and older toddlers.

Clean playground with plenty of shade. Smaller playground for the littles and a larger playset for the bigger kids. Across the way are 2 zip lines the kids can swing down! Tip: there are no bathrooms so go before you go!

The zip line is probably the main attraction for the kids.

Great section of trails. Mostly along the golf course so you have to share the trails. It’s difficult to tell which are the hiking trails. Some restrooms on the course. Good mix of shade and sun.

Great park for all ages. Big kid and little kid playsets at the bottom of the hill with shade over the little one. Zip line and faux rocks to climb at the top of the hill. Plenty of tables with benches, and a covered pavilion too.

Sent new years eve here at around 8ish. It is pretty empty at night if you dont want many people around.

Nice little neighborhood park. It has a zip line, little rock climbing spot, couple of slides down hill and huge pergola to cover from hot Texas sun. Lots of vacant space for kids to play various ball game. Carry your own water since it has no water fountain or restrooms

The ziplines are the best Ive ever seen on a playground and are great for younger kids as well as older ones. Theres lots of open space to play with a frisbee, etc. A good park to visit.

Good, but needs better entrances from Custer Meadows neighborhood.

Great place to take kids every evening. Lots of space with different levels of play area for all ages. Trails, lot of open space for free play and covered picnic areas too! We love this place.

Love this park. It has many areas for all ages.

We use this park for flag football practice and its very nice. They have a cool walking path and 2 zip lines for the kids.

This is our second year that we have stayed at Shady Creek RV Park. We visit our daughter who live not far from the campground. it is very quiet and clean. There is also a nice asphalt parking lot and roads in the Campground. We have two small dogs and found a dog walk. The water pressure is great and the electric was very good no breakers blown. The management is very nice. We stayed at another RV Park a little more in to wards Denton and it was so noisy (traffic noises) that I was unable to get to sleep.We will be back next year to Shady Creek we really enjoyed our stay.

Kids like to ride bikes here to play on zip line. Thanks City of Allen for another fun and pretty park!! The last time we went there were kids using hoverboards on the sidewalks all around us and all over the grass.

Such a fun park! Great seating and tables. No shade at zip lines. The zip lines are awesome though and kids love them- but a little beat up. Wish they would do general maintenance on them- the handles are gone, they sag in the middle, they dont go as fast anymore. There are NO BATHROOMS! Wish theyd put some in! Not a lot of safe parking-on a busier road.
