Very clean and awesome place for the kids to play! It’s not packed and very COVID friendly. The employees are always super helpful and nice! My kids absolutely love the arcade games.

The toddler play area is awesome!! Theres a huge playground, ball pit, slides, crawling area, and trampolines for 5 and under only. We went on a Thursday night and had the place to ourselves. Everything in the building has been redone and is all new and clean. My 1.5 year old had so much fun and we cant wait to come back!

We’ve been to several different locations since Jumpstreet is a great place for parents to get computer work done with their free wifi, ample desk/working space and power outlets. All that said, this location had a dedicated team of teens scrubbing down glass, cleaning and generally being outstanding all evening. This is by far one of the more we’ll run businesses to take your family too. I highly recommend! Kudos to the management you’re killing it!

I went in yesterday and this young man named Dalton was freaking amazing!! Ive never seen such awesome customer service before! The whole staff was great too! Dalton really made happy when I was having a bad day. I will definitely be back to this location.

My son had his birthday party here today and it was AWESOME! Dalton, the Manager came over and introduced him self to our whole family and came back to check on everyone multiple times. Our party host was the sweetest guy ever and handled everything perfect even with 20 5 year olds running everywhere. The kids had a blast and I could not have asked for anything more. The kids are completely worn out from all of the jumping. A very successful party. Will be back next year for sure!

A fun spot for the kids. They have a toddler area towards the very back and an area where you can sit down & relax . I bought a $10 placard which will give you about 40 points to use at the arcades ,dont get confused thinking it costs 7 dollars per game. They also have a few vending machines for snacks/drinks. We will be back for sure.

Kids just love coming here but sadly we will not be returning they make you sign the safety waiver for a reason its not safe. My 2yr old ended up braking his leg when he got launched in the air and landed wrong. Dont get me wrong they had a blast. Just make sure to really keep a eye on your children and the other children jumping around them.

Went here for the first time today. They need to clean their water fountains. My kids got thirsty and when I saw the water fountains, I was completely grossed out. I wouldnt let them drink from it. I dont even want to know what their bathrooms look like.The build up of scum on their fountains and windows tell me that they havent cleaned those areas in a long time.

We had our sons 8th birthday here and the party was great. I would highly recommend this place. Its fairly new and one of the best places we have seen in the area. A must do for kiddos birthdays! Most of all the service was PHENOMINAL! Big shout out to Charles and Natalie for being awesome party hosts and putting up with our huge party (40 kids/40 adults). Dalton, the general manager, was so nice and very accommodating. We just loved this place and the service, and would highly recommend to everyone looking at birthday party locations.

Great management familiar faces. Very friendly and polite. A hidden gem thats working on shining. Not over crowded or loud w mellow music. My family had a blast and the kids will sleep well tonight. Thanks guys be back soon!!

This place is awesome! Management, including Javier & Dalton do a great job at accompanying all your needs. My kid always enjoys bringing friends here or we host company parties here. It’s a very clean, odor-free environment (unlike most trampoline parks!) a great place for fun!!

Doubled the prices for little kids! Now kids under 5 are $15!!! Not worth it at all....My small 5 year old daughter loves the bounce house. She cant do the big kid stuff. Too bad because this place was a staple last summer. We even did a birthday party here.The kind of management whod double prices is questionable at best. Ill make sure all my daughters friends know Jumpstreet doesnt welcome little kids....

This is a good place to get your kids tired. Find a deal to go because there are other places like Jumpstreet and Kids Mania that are cheaper and have more kids to play with. The video games are top notch but can cost a parent many dollars.

The kids had a great time my two concerns were the birthday party hostess wore gloves then would touch her hair and then continue serving food we were not dine with eating our pizza she had come over 3 more times to try to do cake abd ice cream I asked her if we could just cone up and get her when we were ready she said yes but continued to come back it made us all feel very rushed secondly the employees “watching” the kids play didn’t pay attention at all they allowed the kids to climb up the wall on the pads and sit in the wall as my grandson tried to follow them I stopped them and the employee just looks at me. I believe that’s it had to do with the age of the employees I did go speak with one of the two managers that came out of the office on my concerns but never once in the 4hours we were there see them make any type of rounds on the floor to follow up or coach there employees

Fun place for kids to burn energy in 2 hour increments. Nice facilities with a friendly staff and reasonable prices considering the fun stuff they can do. Great for bday parties!

Arcade was fun and so was the jump zone. But when it came to Rope walk, my son almost fell and the rope broke. No one came to help him. Thats not professional. What if he was seriously hurt. Very rude behavior...!!!

The separate toddler area is nice.Edit: this location used to be nice and clean. We were there this weekend and its pretty gross. Like nothing but surface cleaning is ever done. The water fountain was disgusting. Has this water fountain EVER been cleaned?

Not crowded. Great staff; gave one on one attention to my kids who had a blast. First time they had been there and it wont be the last.

Although it was pretty entertaining it wasnt the best. Thing a were dirty and if you werent under 4 feet you couldnt do much. There were only 5 things (trampoline, gaga ball, bull riding, foam pits) that you could do if you were above 4 feet, and after staying for 2 hours I had run out of things to do. Its a great place for familys and toddlers though.

Kids really loved this place. Best days are Tuesday and Thursday one hour is free if you buy one.

Horrible experience, would go UrbanAir instead. They did let my daughter jump on half of the trampolines and the staff was very rude all around the whole place. Don’t waste yr money or time

Not the biggest trampoline park but good size. Went on a Saturday and was not crowded at all. Kids had lots of fun. Ok....adults too.

My 9 year old had a great time We went earlier today and he is already asking when we can go again. Staff was friendly and helpful. No outside food or drink, but they sell water bottles ($2) and encourage you to refill the bottle instead of buying more than 1. Definitely a good experience.

The children will have a great time, but after an hour or so it gets a little boring do to lack of creative play areas

Just a heads up to all Customers that visit this location. If you come hear for a birthday party/event and you plan to eat pizza. They will not order cheap little Caesars, papa johns, Pizza Hut l, they order pizza from Marcos in Mckinney. THATS 10-15 minute drive, 2.5 minutes pet pizza, The oven takes less than 10 minutes, to finalize the order takes 1.5 minutes loading in the car takes 1 minute... they will ask for 4 pizzas per order and they make 6 orders per day to this location. The employees at this Marcos Pizza are active, fast Pasted, proven understanding. The employees at jump street have many high school employees not enough adults employees. Two of The managers offended one of my members. I might shut this location down if it happens again.I don’t work at either Jumpstreet or Marcos. I’m an entrepreneur and undercover inspector. Many locations out there seek more in business and opportunities in growth.Marco is low on drivers as of Today, but they are hiring in that position.

Place was fun for the kids. Plenty of areas for them to jump. Staff was awesome. They make you follow the rules for heightened safety. Which is a big relief for us parents when we allow our kids to run free. Over all.. great place

My nephew had his birthday party here yesterday, and I was sad to realize that the teenagers running the show here were completely miserable and couldnt crack a smile even if you paid them to. One hispanic male worker in particular acted as if he was too good to even talk to anyone. We wont return.

Great place for a birthday party. They use Jets Pizza which is a sub par. That really deserves a 4 star, but hopefully theyll wise up and make a better choice for pizza. The staff is courteous and attentive to your needs. The pricing is decent. We will go again.

Took my kids here early first thing and most of the kids working were standing around bsing with activities closed down until you went to get someone. The workers need more adult supervision. Not to mention clean the place up its over priced and disgusting.

Definitely one of the cleaner jump places Ive been to. Staff was very nice and helpful throughout our visit. Many cool choices of trampoline areas.My only complaint was that my three-year-old daughter was restricted to a certain small area while my son had access pretty much the whole place. Not a big deal in most circumstances, but wish I had the option to go into the other areas as long as I kept her supervised, thus not limiting my sons options. Was lone parent on this visit, so had to keep both kids in sight at all times.

We went here for another kids 3rd birthday party in August/September and then had one of our kids 3rd birthday here this month. Two hour rental from 10:30-12:30. We were lucky and were the only party with kids under 4 years old so we basically had the back area to ourselves. They order pizza and such for us from Jets, provide plates, napkins, forks, knives, drinks, etc. They dont allow outside food or drink unless you have a reserved party; then you can being dessert, but nothing else.The kids all had so much fun!

Dont go with a mixed age group of kids.Want to play with your own 2 year old? Forget it.Want a refund because these things werent disclosed at the beginning? Forget it. Theyll give you free hour cards at best... So you can bring your kids back to not be able to play together.They have a food court. Astronomical prices.I get it, rules are for kids safety... But when youre the only people playing in the area...Come on. Wont come back here

Decent place to take your kids. Perfect for 5 to 12 year olds.

Staff was a bit rude which was offputting right off the bat. If you have kids under 5, they will be isolated to the small play area at the back which is passable at best. The cockroach on the table was a nice touch too....

Really fun place for kids of all ages! They have different zones and activities graded for age groups, but children can enjoy whatever stage they are at in life! The prices are very reasonable, especially for children under 4. The staff are mostly teenagers but they are very polite and helpful. We had a childrens birthday party here and it was very memorable!

Tons of fun. The kids love coming here. A great way to get exercise also.

I had so much fun there. A friend invited me for a birthday party and we had a blast. We played dodgeball, rode a fake bull, and so many other fun activities. They employees were so nice and provides us with water and other essentials and if we had questions, they would be patient and help us along the way. The also had a photobooth for fun photos.

Staff was not friendly at all. None of them ever smiled. Being a kid place it would be nice to have a more upbeat staff that would laugh and smile at the kids. Disappointed

The location in Allen is pretty well maintained. it is better than the Plano location. I went to this location 3 years ago for a school event. the attractions were safe. there were some employees watching over the attractions all the time, and I would choose to come back next time

Good place to hang out for indoor activities for kids. It is a clean facility. They keep restrooms very well organized and neat. The pizza that comes with Birthday celebration is veey uniquely delicious.

Not gonna lie smells kinda funky but took all our kids and only downfall was my three year old was separated from her older siblings due to the bracelets delegating where they could jump

This review was for JumpStreet. Which closed down or was bought by new owners which is JW Entertainment. Kinda scandalous to use the rating numbers of a business no longer there for new ownership. I removed my 4 stars to one. Earn your own rating level fairly. Now I will visit this location however and judge for myself what improvements or changes were made but I say this now its not going to get 5 just for lack of professionalism.4 stars Jump StreetNot bad on the prices, the amenities have come up in the recent visits. Prices for snacks are steep and sitting for parents in limited. The little kids area is kinda small but certainly better than urban air in Frisco. The added bonus of free wifi is nice. Just wish they had a quite room for adults. Overall a good choice for kiddos!

Everything was closed off except the kids area where parents are not allowed to participate in any of the available activities despite us being the only patrons there at that time. So my 2 year old had to play by herself the entire time while I had to explain to her I wasnt allowed to participate. Its not fun hearing my daughter say come her daddy and my replay being forced to be Im sorry baby, daddys not allowed. Also at one point my daughter reached for the landline phone that is on the wall near the kids trampoline (its at toddler height) as I was going over to get it from her, the employee, no exaggeration here, sprinted over to it, pulled the phone from her hands and placed it back on the hook. He looked similar to Indiana Jones placing the bag of sand on the idol pedestal, as if that phone was the single most precious thing In his life. Just overall it was a poor experience, but it was cheap. Just simply wont be back, no hard feelings.

This used to be one of our favorite spots. Especially because it is open at 10 on Sundays, one of the few places to take kids to get some energy out on Sunday mornings. However, now they have installed more and more coin operated machines especially in the toddler area. My kids no longer want to jump and exercise when we go they only want to use the coin op machines and it turns into a struggle to get them to just go and play like kids should. Also we have noticed the quality of cleanliness degrading and last time found a cigarette lighter and loose pills on the floor in the toddler area outside the bounce castles. Unfortunately we will have to find a new go-to activity for active play on Sunday mornings.

They dont let adults go into bounce houses or trampoline. They expect my daughter to play by herself? The reason I took her there was because I wanted to spend time and play with her. Hey, Im only 95lbs. I weigh less than some of the kids there. I feel bad seeing her play all by herself. Their bathroom is not kid friendly. Will not be coming back here.

It was fun, but the staff were not to helpful.

Jump street is awesome but this needs a refresh. There’s trampolines and laser tag but that’s about it. Everything else is regulated by staff and older. There’s no ninja warrior courses or any cool obstacles, time to put some money into the place!

My 2 year old loves all the trampolines and inflatables, as well as the little pay games.

The prices are little high but after 2 hours of jumping and playing the kids had a great time.You pay for two hours of play time so make sure you show up just before the time the hour or youll get short changed on your play time. Give yourself enough time to fill out the waiver and pay the fees. I would suggest 15 minutes.

Trampoline park. Its about $14 p/h for a kid to jump on a huge assortment of trampolines. Dodge ball is a favorite. One of my oldest grandsons favorite places. They have reasonable seating for adults and, adults can also jump, if desired. No coffee pot, be sure to bring your own coffee.

Awesome fun for children 3 an older! They are a little pricey but over all still worth it.

My son is 3 and had an absolute blast. I had a grab him out of there to leave. Great service by the staff, welcoming and helpful!

The kids enjoy it. It’s somewhere we can go once a year or so but they could have more activities and we would come more often. Most of the kids that work there have a pretty good attitude, some act like it’s an inconvenience to have to open up the jump areas. That kind of struck me the wrong way. Overall though, we had fun.

Kids loved it. They jumped on trampoline, swung on a rope to jump in,rode a mechanical bull, played doge ball and jumped with a basketball to make a score.

Looking at the pictures online this place looks great, and certainly has the potential to be. However only after Id paid the 6$ (This is definitely a huge pro for the place its cheap as dirt which resulted in the second star.) I realized its your modern lawyer proofed nightmare.If your child is under 5, youve got 4 things to do. 3 small bounce houses and a single 3 track 20 yard stretch of trampoline.My almost 4 year old stands 42, is athletic and fearless, but is ineligible to do the rope swing into a bunch cloth cubes? Insanity, 5 and up only.The main trampoline area? Equally insane, 5 and up only.Dodgeball and basketball areas? Nope 5 and up only.Understand me, its not mismanagement, expense or bad facilities that lost my business here, but the ridiculous attempts to cater to every point of liability.Theyre kids....they get hurt from time to time. What this place needs to realize is the direct correlation between DANGER and FUN! Bouncing, running, sliding faster, higher, further is more fun! Its a universal constant.But then again maybe Im just a hillbilly dad that grew up in a different time.Anyway. If youve got a kid that is stimulated by bouncing straight up and down 6 at a time in a small bounce house this may be the place for you. Otherwise I recommend seeking another franchise that takes a more hands-off approach.

The kids LOVE this place. They are asking to go constantly. I want to jump! I want to swing into the foam pit! Only downside is that it can get kind of expensive when you are taking multiple kids.

Two stars for the nice facility, but the staff is rude as hell. I’ve never been to a Kids place where the staff just looks at you and says nothing the entire time you’re there (2 hours). Will not be back.

Place was dark, lots of underused space, hand sanitizers were empty in several spots, no one walking around to pick up concession stand trash so it stayed on the tables. My kiddo had a nice time on the rope swing, bull, and playing dodgeball, but well try somewhere different next time.

Cool place with a stupid rule. They keep 5 and under in a separate jump area. Dumb rule if you have a group of 4-6 year olds. No one was able to play together. Total waste of money

Im going to be generous and give this place 2 stars for these reasons:1. Something fun (I guess) for kids to do.2. LocationOtherwise this place will NOT be an option for me to take my own kids. They were invited to a birthday party here and its close by the house.The very first thing you notice (unless your nose is completely stopped up) is the overwhelming stench of FUNKY FEET!!! Why not invest in proper, regular carpet cleanings and disinfectants??? I mean, they want the kids to remove their shoes, which is a problem itself. And the staff of teens are not too ecstatic themselves.Basically.... Needs MUCH work and improvement.

We started 15 min past the hour and kids were allowed 45 min. I inquired and found out that they round the hour in 30 min windows and seems unfair. They do however, charge for the full hour. Additionally, many of their stations are closed or they rotate and often kids are waiting for stations to open. In Dodge Ball they always only have one court open and mix kids of all ages. It is quite dangerous for younger kids to get smacked by the ball in the head thrown full force by older kids. One can stand and feel the force when the ball hits the walls. I have never seen them open the 2nd court for younger kids. If you ask to open more stations, you will always get the under staffed excuse. There are a lot of other similar places more fairly run and cheaper, in the area.

This is the BEST trampoline park ever! Soooooooo many places that I can go to such as... Rope swinging, parkour dodge ball, regular trampolines and so much more!!! Thank you for making this amazing place!
