We visited Alis Angeles over the weekend. I knew I wanted to hike somewhere. When I heard about Runyon from a local it was an easy decision where we will hike.We Uber over and after experiencing first hand the CA traffic, we arrived and started walking our way down. There are three basic trail. The main one, on paved path, east or west. You can decide if you walk one way or a loop if you park your car on one end.
Kids a green grass. A nice playground for the kids too.
Great area for kids and pets too
Awesome park! Lots of shade, super fun play equipment for the kids, clean bathrooms, and a huge grassy field for games, etc.
Basketball court is lit up until 1008pm
I was there with my son and our Church ministry called Active through Compass Bible Church. Park was really nice and clean and easy to get to.
Good decently maintained park. Wish it has more tennis courts.
Easy to access, family oriented visitors, close to shops and services.
Small park with a playground and open grass field. Gets crowded during soccer season otherwise its a nice park.
Perfect size park for this neighborhood.
Perfect for biking, running, etc. Great and clean restrooms. there are also two tennis courts and one basketball court. it is really fun.
Path to walk or ride scooters around, large open grass area, picnic tables, basketball court, tennis courts, bathrooms, big playground. Great for birthday parties or evening trips to burn energy. Easy to see your kids throughout most of the entire big park!
Clean, green, bathrooms available - very small parking lot. Parking an issue when weekends have Soccer. Neighbors must love all the on street parking..
Beautiful place to take kids and a great place for adults...tennis...basketball...and a great trail for walkers.
A favorite spot for the kids! So convenient.
Bathrooms, a view, shade, great play structure, sand, good breeze.. Fun place!
Its nice and good to sit down and relax.
Great park. The kids love it. Lots to do.
Big colorful nature to look at an relax meditate around. An lots for the kids to
Nice scenery great people and a fun place to bring family and kids I love to have picnics and play here
This is a great park to bring the kids or pets. The large play area is shaded and filled with sand. There is a walking path with a nice view, a basketball court, a couple tennis courts, grassy sports fields, coal BBQ grills, bathrooms, picnic tables and benches. They even have some workout equipment! Parking is limited during popular hours but there is also street parking available. I recommend this park to locals wanting to go on an easy walk.
This is a pretty big park and you kind have to walk around to find the spot with the bench overlooking the skyline of CA. There was a lot of people trying to take a picture at this spot but if youre looking to add more photography shots, this is a place you should check out. Parking wasnt too bad and no need to pay for parking.
Awesome little park. Huge field, swings, covered picnic tables and play equipment basketball court and a few tennis courts. Very busy during the weekend days
.Very large park with something for everybody. Dogs welcomed
Fun spacious, great place for soccer, basketball, tennis. Most places. First come first serve
This is a great park. Tons of soccer. Two nice tennis courts. A basketball court. A reservable picnic table with grill great for birthday parties and two other picnic areas first come first serve. A small exercise run with five stations. Brand new sand, slide, swing, teeter totter play area. A lot of open space under (I think no longer active San Onofre) power transmission lines. As usual with all Aliso parks, parking lot is way to small and overflow is on to 35 MPH East Wing where people fly by at 50 and barely any room. Hang onto you kids with white knuckkes! When soccer games are on these fields and upper Wingspan across East Wing (which has zero parking) people seem to speed up as there is less room and more kids. Drivers with zero respect for pedestrians and clueless architects are a bad recipe.
Nice park . Have 2 tennis courts. Mostly see people walking their dogs here.
One of our favorites! Great playground, nice shade, beautiful neighborhood it is tucked away in, and lots of opportunities to socialize with other parents and their kids.
I love this park. I come here all the time. I cant wait to come back. We had my 1 year old baby brothers B-Day party here and it was a BLAST!
I Wish the fields were flat and well maintained. Our kids fall all the time because of the holes on the fields!
Lights are working
Nice park for soccer, tennis, basketball and kids playground (sand)
Great walking path and friendly dogs. Shaded play structures and sand.
Parking is usually limited, theres parking in the street available. But overall amazing park!
Nice, clean and big park. Ideal for team get togethers. Has shades too. You can also come to practice games here or just an evening out.
Short walk to a small area at the top of a ridge with a nice view. No seating. Some litter.
The park is clean and kids enjoy the slides and playing in the sand. Its in a safe location and would bringing your kids here.
Great view of Aliso Viejo.
New and well kept park equipment with tennis and baketball courts, and a nice sized grass field.
Nice for getting your work out done. They have some pull up bar, hangi ng bars on thr side. They have kids playground and biking, walking path.
A family favorite dont tell everyone. Small in size but perhaps perfect
We love this park! It has great shade and seating, a large playground with lots of activities, BATHROOMS, a huge field, basketball, tennis, and even a special-needs swing!
Nice clean park..Dog friendly. Not enough parking though.
The group area is set away from the playground which is either a positive or a negative depending on your point of view. You can not watch your children on the playground while sitting at the picnic tables in the group area. However, you do have privacy away from the playground. A small grassy knoll separates the two areas. Large shade awnings cover much of the group picnic areas and playground, definitely a plus in the So. Call sun. Park has cement trails for roller skating, scooters, a bball courts, grassy fields for frisbee and football in addition to the playground.
Great park, bad parking
Theres always a soccer game every saturday
Wonderful park!
Nice place
Nice, clean and divided to three areas. Local
Great for kids, pets, sports, etc. The park has 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, plenty of tables, a huge playground, two fields, restrooms, and a large parking lot
