We LOVED our experience with Premier. Their staff has always been so helpful and kind. Our son took lessons and he thrived!! Each time we walked onto the pool deck we were greeted by managers, lifeguards, and instructors. 100% recommend them for swim lessons!!!

It’s been about a year since I’ve quit as a lifeguard for Premier. Looking back it wasn’t great, but it was good enough. The Laguna Woods morning shifts were pretty sweet, but when I worked at AVAC, I had an experience with a parent who clearly just wanted to pick a fight, very immature. But, hey it is what it is. The company itself was fairly well organized, because I knew when to work every time. I also liked picking up shifts. My relationships with the upper staff was 50/50, either I got along fine or I made a bad first impression on others when I didn’t mean to. Did I learn more about myself? Yes. Did I learn from this experience? Absolutely. Thank you.

As my summer comes to a close, I cannot express how grateful I am to have stumbled upon Premier Aquatics. Working for them this summer and transitioning into a year round job with them was unexpected, but so fruitful. This company shows that they have the best intentions for their employees and exudes a culture that makes you want to go to work. I helped run swimming lessons this summer, and watching these kids not only become safer in the water but improve their skills, was extremely rewarding. Would definitely recommend joining the Premier Aquatics Team.

Worst pool management company, They shut down pools early so that staff doesnt have to work. Employees are rude. Lifeguards are on their phones at the pool, not paying attention. Please dont hire these people.

This course was so amazing and informative. Heather was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and exercises. This is the one certification that I’m actually excited to come back and renew. Very clean facility, plenty of dummies to practice on, AND free coffee for those in need of a caffeine boost!

I took the BLS and CPR classes here and had a great experience both times. Out of all the CPR classes I’ve taken, this was the best. These courses are partially online, so after completing the online portion, you will do the second part in person. The facility/equipment is clean and organized. The class ran on schedule and the staff there is very professional. The demonstrations were clear and they answered all of my many many questions. Our class was 3 instructors to 8 students, so if we needed help/guidance with the hands on portion, they were ready to assist. If you need/want to get certified, I highly recommend going to Premier Aquatics :)

I was a lifeguard from June 15th-July 31st and the job was fun but the manager Aubry was terrible and I believe she has to be retrained on how to deal with certain situations and certain people with out making people feel like it’s personal. She makes the work environment very hostile and makes a lot of weird remarks toward the people of color in the community. She is breaking the California Labor Laws by distributing lunch breaks and 10min breaks when she thinks the employee should have them and does not follow the correct protocol for termination. People, such as other lifeguards have been scared to say something because they don’t want to lose their job so they talk amongst themselves, but after being wrongfully fired for checking the time on my phone I have nothing to lose. Dan, I suggest your employees do a cultural training course so they know how to go about certain situations and what they should and should not say. Also, the owner was very dismissive about the situation so if you have a problem, don’t even bother to call because it will not be handled in the correct manner.

Signed my beginner swimmer up for private lessons and couldn’t be happier! The instructor, Maia is fantastic. Her calm, cheerful and friendly manner combined with her competent professionalism make her the perfect teacher. In just a few lessons my daughter has overcome her fears and gained essential skills. Premier Aquatics has simply been a wonderful experience all around.

My kids love the coaches and can barely wait for their classes! My older son has been in the swim team for a few years now and his ability in the water is quite impressive, while my younger one just started learning to swim this summer and has already developed great confidence and comfort in the water to the point that he enjoyed snorkeling and you can barely take him out of the pool anymore!I couldnt thank them enough for the great work they do every day and I would wholeheartedly recommend their programs!

My advice to people who are going to register for CPR room and online to read carefully for the policy when they make payment.I made a mistake by register quickly without attention to the details. So when I went to the class on time without doing all my online course they dont let me in and they say I should reschdual and pay the full amount againg. My advice for people who run this business taking advantage from people in this way not wise and thank you kindly for offering 10 percent discount for my misunderstanding

I started my daughter at Premier Aquatics for her swim lessons when she was about 18 months. We had Cass for her first class, who was excellent and its clear this is her passion. Our weekly lessons are with Nicolette. Nicolette is exceptional with the little ones. She is sweet and gentle and a great swim coach (who is also going to college for nursing). We love Coach Nicolette! I wish I would have started my daughter earlier!

I needed to take a CPR class for work. I signed up at Premier for a Saturday morning. The instructor was informative and made learning fun. We had lifeguards training with us, so we were upgraded. The building was clean and roomy; everyone had their own equipment to work with. The staff was helpful and friendly. They even had a single-cup coffee maker available to the students! It was a great learning experience. I would recommend Premier if you need a CPR class. Even if you dont need one, it feels good knowing I could help someone around me who was hurt.

I bring both my 2 year old and 9 month old here for weekly swim lessons. Coach Kass has been amazing with both girls. They do a ton of safety skills and really help them to feel comfortable in the water. Im very pleased with their program and would highly recommend them to other parents.

My boys love Premier! We went through a few different swim programs before trying Premier and it has been great for them. The pool is beautiful, the facilities are clean and the snack bar is very helpful during the summer months! Its so fun to spend time there swimming. My boys have a blast.

We were told that our inexperienced child would be fine in their 9+ year old swim team program. When we took him, he clearly was not at the level of the other kids and much younger (he is 9). The coaches assistant called today to let us know that he would need to move into a younger group as he did not qualify for the 9+ swim team. (The coach certainly was up to talking to us directly when trying to sign him up and get our $$)The time for the younger group wouldnt accommodate our schedule and we told them that from the very beginning, but were assured that it wouldnt be a problem. This was also told to another mom that signed up, with children that were also inexperienced. My son tried his very best and we felt that if expectations were set clearly, in the beginning, we would have never signed up and wasted our time and money.I am not a believer that all kids should get the trophy, but setting the young ones up for failure, telling them that they just shouldnt show up that evening, is not the way to motivate... its a way to deflate.Premier Aquatics has lost our business and I would encourage them to be more up front and honest about how the program works. Not all of us can accommodate taking our kids to swim team at 4:00 in the afternoon.

I did an adult and pediatric first aid/cpr/aed class here today. In addition to being one of the more affordable locations in my area, the facility was very nice and clean. They offered complimentary coffee, which was much needed. My instructor, Sean, did an excellent job teaching the class. He made what initially gave me some anxiety into a fun acitivy, knowledgeable activity. He was thorough, and helped build the confidence of the class members.

If I could give a zero stars I would. DO NOT TAKE CPR licensing through them!!!! Disasterous staffs and policy! I register to take their CPR today in advance to the live class. There was an online portion and not provided with enough time so I had to reschedule and they charged $25 on top of the $72 and then the time slot they gave did not allow enough time to finish the online portion, so now they want me to pay an additional $72 to retake. Ridiculous, I am going to advise the Red Cross to never have them as a 3rd party again!!!
