Went for some fake tendrils and branches, and found real love. Totally worth the drive from Long Beach to a sleepy little nook for some apartment accessory shopping. Michaels is for the creatives of the world, even if you dont find anything you like, you will definitely brainstorm about stuff you already have. A dreamers paradise for sure.

We were looking for a frame and Sam was so helpful, Sam took out his tape measure and make sure we had the right size frame for you painting. Sam helped us choose the perfect frame. We did not want the glass and Sam removed the glass for us ,showed us what the frame looked like with the painting inside, it looked perfect, Sam seen to it the painting was secured. It was great service. I would recommend if you’re getting some frame work done or just looking for a frame you might ask Sam for help, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Michaels carries everything from A-Z for anything youre looking for weather it be beads, paper supplies, art supplies, pictures and framing, fake flowers, yarn and thread, markers, jars, wedding supplied, cake decorating supplies and every odd & end thing you can think of. The priced are always good and most are discounted especially when using either the coupons they give you for 40% off or just download their app. Very convenient and friendly helpful staff. They even have various art classes monthly. A one stop place.

This Michaels location is huge, clean, well lit and friendly staff. They had everything I was looking for, in stock! Big selection of professional/studio grade acrylic paint and mediums. Also a variety of stretched canvas, cradled wood panels and canvas pads.

Michaels has been in business for years with many branches throughout California. I love Michaels because they sell a multitude of high quality merchandise consisting of ready made and various craft items for all holiday occasions, and small and large social events. The staff are always helpful and items are priced fairly with easy returned policy. Would high recommend.

The store is arranged perfectly it is easy to find things with the assistance of the people that work there. I have found 80% of the time the product that I want is in stock and I am out the door within minutes.

Pretty fun arts and crafts here! My daughter likes to pick out something new to paint every year. Our something fun for Halloween and Christmas so we can add to our decoration collection! It’s a lot of fun and we will have them forever.

The cashier was great! She helped me get coupons on my phone, so I saved money. They dont carry that much Cuttlebug or paper punches, I still had a positive experience.

I love Michaels. They almost always have what Im looking for and great ideas for things I didnt realize I want to make. They also still do custom framing. Most of the chains who did custom framing are now defunct. The employees are also knowledgeable about the products they sell and enjoy helping customers to figure out what they want when you only have a vague idea.

I needed help with buying a frame for a very special project, its for a friends memorial service and the staff member was very sweet and showed me many many options. Even told me about how they took other companies coupons and saved me 60% off the frame! Everything was quick and easy and I needed that for this emotional project i was putting together. Store is super clean and organized too!

I just love to shop here ,if you sign up they send you extra discounts, I got very good deals better than black Friday and I didnt have to go trough the big lines and crowded ailes to get great prices. They keep send you coupons is very convenient if you have the store close by and if you like to order on-line even better.

All the crafting and seasonal items under one roof. Prices may seem high but they always run a sale do do not but item unless it is on sale otherwise you pay too much. Nice floral department, jewelry making, oil painting, wedding decor and supplies, scrap booking, etc. Also offer birthday parties.

This is the nicest and friendliest group of people at any supply store Ive ever visited. They dont know a hell of a lot about art. Matter of fact, they know next to nothing but I genuinely look forward to going there

Nice and clean small store with a lot of craft stuff at reasonable rates. Things are well organized especially art and craft stationary. Though you may need help and it may take sometime to find the right person. But people are nice and helpful. In addition to that there are always lot of sales going on where you can find something better that fits your budget.

I like this store. The staff are friendly. I think they have seasonal help who arent as knowledgeable right now as they had never heard of shrinky dinks. I wouldve given 5 stars but they were out of several items we were looking for.

Way too much of the time theyre out of things that I want. Frequently when something is on sale they forget to tell the cashier. They have to send somebody to find the sign to see how much it is. They wont accept my word for it that there is a sign.

Interrogated for almost 10 minutes about the cash I was paying with, as a large line built up behind me. Incredibly embarassing and felt borderline discriminatory. Also difficult to find any staff members to help you in the aisles. Find another store and skip this one.
