Very big, shady, with a lot of covered tables for barbeques. The walkway is pretty hilly for jogs, very well kept park. I live the views of East LA and Monterey Park area.

They have swimming classes and camping for kids! Lot of sports kids can join at this park. Or just for walking and riding bikes its good. Lots or greenery and hills.

So far so good! Mightve been here before but I dont remember the view. Drove all the way in past the first parking lot, up a short but steep hill and parked in the furthest spot and woh! What a view! To the north, is more of the park, in the distance a hill and some residences. To the South, a valley of homes surrounded by hills or a long, circular crest with more homes on top. Kind of like a bowl. And in the distance, more hills with homes. Its been raining more than usual lately (may 2018) and there are lots& lots of healthy, green trees. Its a cool overcast day but still relatively clear and I could see far into Alhambra (I think). Im right at the edge of Granada park so the earth drops down directly in front of me. Its almost dizzying but in an exhilarating way. Maybe Im just in a good mood but this is a breathtaking sight on a beautiful day in Californias moody weather of late. Two days ago, it was super hot! Yesterday, it rained. Todays a little misty and cool, one of those days I dont feel desperate to park in the shade. Not too many people, before noon and quiet except for the gardeners weed whacker and lawn mower. Which is bringing me the soothing scent of fresh green fiber, smells so good! Its a little breezy up here but the regal trees peacefully stand still. So still. Im gonna chill here for a bit, eat and marvel at this visual, living masterpiece! Try to remember to see what surrounds you, lest you miss mother natures works of art. PeaceDoggone grounds keepers ARE RUDE!!! This is the FIRST park Ive been to that they dont wait for you to move, or ask you nicely, or at least let you close up your car before blowing all their trash, clippings, dust all over you. MAN! I JUST GOT DONE CLEANING MY VAN AND IN ONE SWIFT MOVE, WITHOUT WARNING, MY VAN AND I ARE ALL DIRTY AND DUSTY AND GROCE AND ITCHY. EEWWWWWWW!!!!

Lots of shade, Pool, tennis courts, two playgrounds and community center. All is very clean never had a problem. During the summertime the little community center gives out lunch and does activity for the kids.

Kids love coming to this parkWeve been coming for years. When they were just months old we brought them to the parent Nd me swimming classes. And they have not looked back since, 11 years later they are both great swimmers. They run up and down the fresh cut grassy hills. The restrooms are clean, the playground is well kept and the community eating areas are nice. Come with the family.

Made a pit stop today this morning at Granada Park in Alhambra to use the restroom and refill my water bottle. Whats cool about refilling my water bottle is that they have, on the West side of the Park is a drinking fountain with a built-in Filtered water dispenser for re-filling your empty water bottles. Isnt that a genius?? I claim to think, who ever invented it is probably in Hawaii sipping on a Mi-ty? lol!! The Moral of my story is that.... If we put our minds to a thought... anything is possible. Thats todays lesson. The pictures I just edited in are after the remodeling of the restrooms. They had port a podys outside on the disabled parking spaces while the restrooms where being worked on. The pictures are after the remodel. The sinks are what looks like recycled water fountains that were once used to drink. Wow! Thats pretty creative! The state of the art urinals, stainless steel, the powerful air hand dryer, new stainless steel partition for privacy using the can, and last but not least some new paint. Thats amazing .

Nice clean park. Attended a birthday BBQ. Lots of shaded areas to sit. Restrooms were clean at first, but as time went on one got flooded with toilet paper. Kids play area and tennis area available. Nice walking path around park.

Great open area that is clean! Very big place with a lot of shade to have a nice picnic! They have a kind of small playground for kids to play at, it not the best but theres not enough kids around that its ok. Finally theres tennis courts and a pool also but Ive never used them so I cant say much about it.

Been going here since a kid!! Good place for parties and small kickbacks. Baseball,tennis,volleyball,and they have a playground for the lil ones. Nice place for Easter also. Always come to this park for bbqs and kickbacks. Family time. Good place to make memories!!

Great park! Lots of space for soccer, were setting up a volleyball net, or other sports. At the top of the hill, you can easily do ice blocking and then there is sitting at the top of the hill as well as parking.

I went walking today for a little over a mile going around and through Granada Park. I t was very relaxing & peaceful. The park has a playground, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a building at top of the hill that I think is used for basketball. There are shades picnic tables with bbq grills. Overall, very nice relaxing park to spend time at

Granada Park is a nice park. Theres a good play area for toddlers and kids under 8 years old.The main area is mostly wood chips and theres a separate area thats sand which is nice for the variety. For the most part theres a good amount of shade, and theres a nice set of benches where you can BBQ or have a small party.Near by are tennis courts and a swimming pool, and its a large enough area where you can ride bike around the park.While a bit hilly, theres a good amount of shade where you can lay out a blanket for a nap or activities.

Its a nice park. But why must the old asian ladies have their sons/grandsons pee against the tree during the day when the RR is 5 feet away and OPEN. Have consideration for my young daughter. Smh

Been going here since I was a kid always a nice place to relax and enjoy the day outside of the house. Has a pool base ball diamond tennis corts indoor basketball gym lots of trees for shade. Bbq Pitts for food. Recomend any day.

Nice quiet place to bring the whole family along for an outing especially on the weekends. I sports a wide spread for an abundance of activities to do. with a few BBQ locations to get down on the grill. a rec center at the top as well as a swimming pool and a baseball diamond or two.

Love this park for me and my hirls.. Have a big playground, Lots of green all around, pool basketball court, Big park with hills all around good for a butt work out,or just a uphill walk or run:) very quite neighborhood.

Really Nice Park it has hills not big hill but Kool ones where the kids can roll down and have fun,theres also slides monkey bars,swings,tennis courts.

Great park lots of shade nice place to play soccer or fly a kit. But the playground needs to be upgraded swings get to hot needs canopy. some ground obstacles are not completed and lose but overal the park is good for picnics.

It doesnt have a track but great for walking exercise. Its not well lit at night and I thought it was a cemetery the first time I drove by here late. Nice big playground for the little ones. Ample parking unless theres a sporting event. Pools and a baseball field on the south side.

I loved the view here. This is a pretty park a hidden gem, outside of Atlantic AVE craziness and away from the hustle and bustle of the of the main street. Its the perfect little park, except outs next to an official building filled with government officials who are wasting our tax dollars as they watch from their high rise and call the dog catcher if you throwing a ball or frisbee with your TINY dog. You can only play if he is on a leash. Or they will ticket you. SO RIDICULOUS!!
