Always a great experience! Fun and good for a family trip, friends hang out or even bowling competition. The food is excellent, there is also an arcade and lazer tag available.

A good place to spend time with friends, pricing in the arcade is a little high, wait for a spot to bowl is a little long but I guess that just means theyre popular. Other than that had a great time, a lot of newer arcade games I hadnt seen before so that was nice to see compared to a lot of other places. Definitely a step up from the Brunswick this used to be, Ill most likely return to this location again

This is the fanciest bowling alley Ive ever set for in. So many lanes and so many gigantic TVs! Definitely not the cheapest bowling alley Ive ever visited, but for the quality of the food and the A+ bowling experience, its worth indulging in from time to time. They have a decent-sized arcade and laser tag, too!

Grand kids had a blast! Foods pretty good..but pricey..all worth it to take the kids someplace we can have fun without a bunch of loud drunk people!

Fun place! Lots of game options (including laser tag). Pizza isnt bad. They have meatballs too! I was surprised that they didnt have anything like Mikes hard lemonade or Smirnoff but the Angry Orchard was nice.

Havent been to Bowlero since they were Brunswick XL - to be straight forward; we were blow away what they have done with the place. All the way down to the classic Mustang placed right upon entering the building. Service was excellent . . . Our server was tentative and provided (quality / friendly) attention to our requests. Including taking a picture of our group. Well done Bowlero - we will be back!

Hasnt changed much from Brunswick Zone, but it seems like they have improved the service for food and drinks while your bowling! Your not running to the bar or chasing someone down for food everytime someone wants something. It also seems like a bunch of new games in the arcade section.

Went with a group this weekend, we wanted to order wings so I went to the desk to ask, so they said go to the bar and order. I did. The lady at the bar said we will send a server to your lane so you can order... So I went back to bowling. Waited 20 minutes and no one came by our lane. The place wasnt packed to where I could say hey they are super busy. No... The girls that work there were just standing around talking. By this time I thought is it even worth asking again? But went back to the front desk and let them know that I had asked to order twice and no one seemed to even bother... They didnt apologize they only took my order and said to wait 15 mnts for the food. Why didnt they do that the first time I asked about ordering food? I have no idea. When the food finally arrived, they gave it to the wrong table! love the place but the service is horrible.

(girlfriend wrote this review)Arrived at Bowlero and they had a wait list. My boyfriend and I sat in the bar area while waiting. Ordered food in the meantime and waited for the rest of the group to arrive-everyone arrived and we shortly after got buzzed/paged that our lanes were ready for us-we all went up to check-in and get shoes for those who needed some (had some of our own bowling shoes) the young lady had announced to my group that in the end after the games we come to turn in the shoes and she can split the check down to each individual person, but all the lanes will be under 1 persons credit card (which was mine) and asked also for an ID or drivers license. After that we then went to our lanes to start having a great night. The night was fun filled and everyone was having a great time. My friend had asked me about the certificate I had and what it was worth and I explained everything the certificate said-it came to starting the second games and we wanted to go ask the desk to specify what would be COVERED in the certificates (had 4 of them) the young lady at the front desk read the certificate and radioed on her walkie-talkie to her manager about it-she told me it covered 3 games for EACH lane (we only needed 3 lanes due to how many people we ended up having) we went back and continued to bowl and finished our night with 3 games on two lanes and 2 games on 1 lane: meaning we did not even finish all the games we were told it included. Went to turn in shoe rentals for those who had gotten them and have the check split. The same young lady who checked us in was having issues and did not know how to split things in the end. She got her manager over and I gave the certificates to her (she was entering what she needed in the computer system) she then said that the GRAND TOTAL was $198 and I said Im sorry, what? I was told the certificate covers the games of bowling and that each person would only need to pay for shoe rentals AGAIN which I was told cost $5.54 per person. The manager said that the certificate only covered 4 people out of the group of 12 and that the total was $198 when I was told two different times and CONFIRMED with the young lady before starting our 2nd and 3rd games what would be covered. The manager again said it was just for 4 people and thats all she could do which we were misinformed many times about then and were left with almost a $200 bill in total. It was VERY upsetting and misleading than what I was told by many employees. I want to leave this review so no one else gets stuck in the situation like I was. I absolutely hold Bowlero responsible for the miscommunication and think its still a great time and fun thing to do as long as you know each individual certificate covers ONLY 1 PERSON for 3 gamesRIDICULOUS

Love this place. So clean & bowling area is spacious. Love the arcade games too although the arcade isnt too too big. Food is a bit pricey though.

Great place to bowl and laser tag was a blast! I had a few of their drinks which were great. My favorite was a tea and lemonade cocktail.

We had our work holiday party here. We all had a great time.

Perfect place to celebrate a birthday. They decorated our lanes, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable- down to the handwritten thank you card and Joe’s warm introduction to our family. We will definitely come back- such a great place to spend time with family.

Nice bowling alley. Pizza is okay, wings were good. Decent beer selection. Service is sometimes good sometimes slow. Overall a little pricey for what you get. Kids love the arcade. Save your cards for video games if you plan to come back, they charge for a new card.

Food service was inaccurate and expensive. Actually, everything is expensive. Way more expensive than most arcades/alleys. No hand sanitizer anywhere except for the bowling check-in desk. Loud AF too, just the ambient was over 70db. If you have kids, just take them to a local alley or arcade. Youll still get the same basic experience for at least half as much cash.

They had well priced games with plenty of available lanes and games. The food looked tempting but the bowling helped work off all the eating I did before hand. The arcade also had a wide variety of games as well that Ill have to try out the next time I visit. Hopefully soon too.

Omg, best place ever. Some how we reserved a party for 15 kids 30 people in river grove location and then we all got directions to this location. (My chicks fault) well they took us and we had our party at this location and it was the best ever. I thank them soooooooo much!

Started on two lanes they kept shutting off was then was switched to another pair of lanes and the same thing happened. Tried to play lazer tag during the special and was closed and arcade games malfunctioning.On the otherhand the staff was very cooperative and very nice and the food was really good.

This place was pretty cool and great for kids and parents to spend time and money. I went with my friends and for what you get in tickets and what you can get in the shop with the amount of credits doesnt seem fair. Overall it was fun, didnt get to try bowling or anything but I went on a like a Thursday.

This was my second time going to Bowlero on Randall in the last 4 months. As with my first experience, my second visit was a blast. Between the wide variety of services offered here, the friendly staff and killer atmosphere, there is no better place for arcade and bowling nearby. I will be coming back for sure.

Had a lot of fun.They didnt let us in to laser tag room because they were expecting a party in hour and a galf.Half an hour wouldve been enough for me and my son.Little upset about this.

Came here on saturday, the arcade and bowling are phenomenal and the staff is wonderful, very cooperative.

We went for a corporate event. The bar staff was very pleasant but wine pours were short. The girl at the bowling counter had a perpetual scowl on her face. The buffet food items were meh at best. Not terrible , but far from epic as their posters suggested. Dessert bar was really sad. Mostly movie theatre type candy, a few baked items that were essentially flavorless.If they upped the food game, I could recommend it. 3 stars is based on the arcade abd bowling alley options, but since it was a corporate event, I cant comment on the value for the cost.

The bowling was fun, but its really expensive. The service was also pretty terrible today, no one came to our lane to take orders or serve food. And when we did finally order from the bar the food wasnt all that great for how much it cost. This was a sunday at lunch time and it wasnt all that busy. Should have been a better experience.

Bowlero is a great place to go to spend time with friends and family. You get to bowl and play laser tag and games. It’s just an amazing place to go when u wanna get out of the house and hang with friends.I personally love it here and it’s fun to have competitions with your friends and family.So go check out bowlero.

Had a group of 22 people there who were buying food and drinks, also paid for hours for ping pong and pool table.The bar “manager” cut the entire group off by 10:30 pm even those who got to the party at 9 and stated it was a judgement call. Although the only person who was drunk was the birthday boy- who did NOT cause a scene. None of us were obnoxious or destructive. The bar tender at that time did not come back to serve soft drinks or water & we were left empty for two hours.The only nice staff there was the bowling manager named Danielle.Worst service I have ever experienced and I know certain members of the party are completely dissatisfied, will be calling to complain today, and will be leaving a review.

Great atmosphere, clean facility, and good food. I would’ve given 5 stars but a rude bartender left our entire group flabbergasted as to why he was so curt and unfriendly. We wondered, “Did we offend this man? Did I accidentally insult his wife? His kids? We just ordered a few beers; how could he have gotten upset?” The man had a clear chip on his shoulder. We tried ordering another round and closing-out but he said he couldn’t help us because our tab stays with the employee we opened our tab with...huh? The employee we first ordered from is now bar tending at the bar at the other end of the building, so we had to walk to the other side of the facility just to order a drink and close out. We asked the other bartenders about this policy and they looked as perplexed as we were. So the gentleman could’ve helped us but decided to make our lives a little more inconvenient. It left our group with a bitter taste in our mouths and although we still enjoyed our time we all left wondering ‘Why?’

The only problem with this place is their arcade games are way over priced and there is not much variety. I really wish there was a Dave and Busters close by. Anyway, the kids enjoyed the bowling and beverages! Also, the staff was very nice.

I really like this place. Take my 6 year old there all the time and she has a blast. Theyve added a ton of new games to the arcade too. Its a little pricey for a bowling alley, but still good fun. Service while on the lanes is a little slow for food and whatnot, but other than that, its a good time.

The food was good (wings, chicken fingers, pizza, etc...) , they had a kind of cosmic bowling thing going on, whenever we needed assistance our host / helper was available. Since some people didnt show, they gave us credit on a game card so we could play at the arcade. Overall a good time and would return again!

Had a great time. Bowling, Arcade, food, Lazer tag all the good stuff. Pricey like all bowling these days but have good deals. Automatic bumpers for those on your team that needed them. Have the ball ramp for the young ones.

The place is great entertainment for family. Service is not 100% there, in fact used call button 3 times no service- had to go to bar for service but no napkins provided with food. Dismal experience at best. Maybe if you can get service to work in harmony entertainment it would be a better experience.On a side note server did make the choice to serve the large parties on either side of us, guess we were not a large enough party to warrant service. Ben the manager was only one I could get to take our order for food or drink.

Good bowling alley with friendly and helpful staff. Also great gaming area. The food is good and priced reasonably. The location can accommodate many people. Perfect for private events and parties. I was happy to see clean facilities and restrooms. Bowling shoes were in good condition and clean.

Awful service. They overbooked and didn’t have one lane open. Employees did not care.

Went for date night with my wife. The place seemed nice at first but we had a hard time finding balls that fit our fingers (our hands are probably average sized) and the lane side service was horrible. We had to go find our waitress multiple times. This all explains why it wasnt very busy on a Saturday night.
