It’s an easy walk to the fox but not much else to do.

My family really enjoyed visiting Fox Bluff! The trails are easy to walk on for my young children, who are 4 & 5 years old. Theres a short paved path that leads to the river, otherwise they are narrow dirt paths along with some wider gravel ones. There are a handful of beautiful, small waterfalls to walk past on the trails. Plenty of parking spots and bathrooms next to the picnic shelter. There is a good mix of short trails and long ones. We will definitely visit again soon!

Really nice area by the river with wooded trails and plenty of little streams to cross over along the way. There is a bunch of little paths that branch off to areas to do some creek fishing as well (all were currently closed though).There is a bigger picnic shelter by the parking lot and then further down the path to the river there is a smaller area with a table and a little grill.

Best hiking in the area!! It is not an easy hike there is a lot of steep areas theres no way you could bring a stroller. Let me and the kids did it pretty well there is a lot of fun waterfalls. Great place. Highly recommend

Very Pretty, Nice Long Hike. Very Poor Trail Markers, BOTH of the 2 times we went we got lost and ended up walking in circles.

A hidden gem right in our backyard. Ive spent tons of time here with my kids exploring all the streams and waterfalls. The maps are a bit confusing but theyve recently added new signs on the trails to make navigation easier. Itd be awesome if they could open up the trails that connect to Camp Algonquin.

Really nice hidden location. I would go early in the season as the possiblity if bugs being bad as the summer goes on due to proximity to the water. Lots of cool creeks and pond right off the path. Good place for an easy hike, but be warned there is some hill climbing.

The place was nice but the directions were not useful. We had a hard time getting back to the parking lot. We had to go on the road to get there. We ended up going in circles because there were no signs to the parking lot.

Small gem. Short trails: one is 0.25 mile to Fox River, and the other is a 0.3 mile loop. Well maintained trails. Would be a great place to bring small kids and dogs for a relaxing walk. Was surprised by the presence of public restrooms. Nothing fancy but clean and it even has toilet paper! There are 2 Geo caches here. Were only able to find one however.

Great place but the community and visitors need to do their part and clean up! Would reccomend bringing sunscreen and insect repellent!

Beautiful quiet picknick shelter and paths along the bluff near the Fox River.

The best part of this area is under developed... Once opened to the public it will quickly become the best MCCD property available!
