I really enjoyed my visit to the Alexandria art Museum. There were a few exhibits that captured my attention.

Had a wonderful visiting collection of Rembrant drawings and a corresponding show of local art. I was impressed. Nice space and well curated.

I just go to the free yoga but it seems like a cool museum

Rather boring. Art gallery features some art by some Louisiana artists. Some of the art was pretty, especially the recreation of an ancient Christian Chapel. Most of the art was either bland or ugly. Would not recommend going.

Nothing to get out of your way to visit but if in or coming through Alexandria a neat little museum worthwhile a 30-60 min spin.1st floor had a well documented temporary exhibition (6/3 - 8/20/2016) Purchased Lives about the American slave trade. I would have liked more artifacts or contemporary paintings, photographs.The 3rd floor, only accessible by elevator, had an interesting exhibition of recent paintings and sculptures from local artists.

Not much to see and kinda boring if you ask me they only have like 20 exhibits if that in my opinion its not worth the money spent to see it

Great place to see if you have a little time on your hands! Would highly recommend this location as a wedding venue location for those of you that may be looking. This place transforms beautifully with the right planner!

Alexandria Museum of Art is one of my favorite places in the area. The exhibits are always interesting. The museum gives back to to community with art classes, yoga, local artists & fun.

Great place for adults and kids ! Plenty of summer activities coming up for summer 2018 , come and join the fun doing crafts and art that also has a lot if community involvement!

Wonderful place.

For a small museum, they have really good exhibits. Currently, the Hudson River School examples are breath taking.

Went on Friday at 11:30 ... and the place was closed .We tried every door around the whole building too.

Great place to kill an hour or so if in the area. Admission is cheap and the staff are both friendly and helpful!
