My daughter has been with Elite for almost a year now. Elite softball training has not only helped her with strengthening and conditioning but has provided amazing coaches. Her coaches are very dedicated and are also passionate about developing their players . My daughter has had a great experience and has improved tremendously with this program. I would recommend this softball program to others.
Honestly - this is all based on politics. The leader of this gig is completely bias on who can do what for her. The coaches are volunteers and treat the girls poorly. If you mention it to the owner- she throws you off the team instead of trying to make things right. It’s a complete power trip show - not anything to do with bettering girls and perfecting their sport.Complete favoritism and unprofessional. You pay a bunch of money - non refundable- and so you’re left terrified to voice your opinion- In fear your kid will get kicked off the team and you’ll have to cough up another $1500 for your kid to join a new club ball team.Completely unprofessional. Not out for the best interest of the girls but our for herself- oh and out for the coaches kids (since they volunteer, I’m sure she had to encourage them to stay and gives them a pat on the back so she doesn’t actually have to coach).Ps - she - the owner - never once has gone to a tournament or game my kid has been on for her team. Not one!

Top Notch Facility. Top Notch Training. Sondi and her family are wonderful people who are putting Softball in NM on the map! She is building an Elite softball Empire!

Sondi and all her coaches are phenomenal! My daughter goes to her for private lessons and she has grown not only in Softball skills but in confidence and mental/physical toughness. I give Sondi most of the credit for sure but she has also been very selective in who she allows to coach her girls. She calls them her girls and she treats them as such. Not only does Sondi come to games and keep an eye on all our teams, her coaches go above and beyond as well! My daughter also plays on a little league team and one of her coaches has come to several games to support her and cheer her on. Who does that? Who takes time out of their own personal life and drives clear across town to watch someone elses kid? People who care. Thats who. On many occasions in many different fields across town you can always hear that cute loud bubbly laugh near you and you know Sondi is here. The girls want to impress her so if they see her (she hides under her Elite Hat and sunglasses) they get pumped and fight even harder! We love our Elite Softball Family and are so blessed to be part of the Best in the State!
