I attended a family birthday party here. Its a typical trampoline park with a nice atmosphere. They sell snowcones and other snacks and drinks. The prices are kind of high but on par with the overpriced trampoline park market.Pros - A little smaller than the really big parks so its easier to know where you kids are. Contrary to one other review here the equipment seems pretty safe. Clean bathrooms.Cons - The same thing, its a little small so there is not as much room to run around and this place got crowded quick. - the people who are supposed to be watching the kids are not very attentive. The place seems like its run by kids. We told them there was no soap in the bathroom and they acknowledged that and never put soap in there the 2 hours we were there.Overall its a fun place to spend an hour or two and have a birthday party just dont have super high expectations.

I cant even give this place 1 star. It totally fails where safety is concerned.

I first will say my son loves playing here and they have improved the prices on kids 6 and under. The only concern I have is the safety of the climbing wall. The big air pad is not secured under the wall or around most of the sides. My son has fallen down into this gap and hit the hard floor. I have watched many kids fall into the sides of this unsecured air pad and suffer some injuries from hitting their head on floor to hurting limbs. They have placed a chain up to keep kids off one area but if a small child climbs the wall n falls straight down the air pad will not catch them but the concrete floor will. It would be so nice and less stressful on parents if they would secure the air pad on all four sides like I have seen in every other trampoline park I have visited. This is a serious issue and needs to be addressed before a child breaks their neck or takes a serious head injury that could take or change the child’s life forever.

Worst place to jump!. My brother hit his head on the air pit and broke his finger in the foam pit!

Trampolines were small and seemed more geared towards little kids. Had brought my 12 and 13 year old girls and left before the hour was up. Wasnt much for them to do. Staff was awesome just wasnt what we were expecting.

Kids had a blast! Will go back.

They get own to you for throwing the ball to hard

I love it. They have Olimpic trampolines and good staff and wait theres more it is in my hometown and I can go there regularly good exercise too but the picture mountain air posted is fake sorry but it is not that big I do not like periodsThank you

Great place for young kids. It is very geared for little kids not so much for 10 and up

Mountain Air was very clean and a nice facility. The staff were absolutely wonderful. A group of older boys were playing dodgeball and my 5 year old son wanted to play. When the older boys were done one of the staff members played dodgeball with my son. He taught him the rules and played with him like an older brother. It was truly heartwarming. We will be back.
