Giant potholes!

I hope the owners see this but anyways they are really bad. They are charging a lot on rent and lawn rent which is pathetic. I feel like the owners are on to something and they dont take care of the place ffs.

Cant have toys in your yard for your kids to play with. Was told that it makes it look messy. Cant be having your kids play in the street. So not exactly sure where and what my kids can play with or on. Cant have anything on your deck, therefore the deck just just be made to look at. Can use underneath your deck for storage even though its enclosed. So basically this place should just be used for a retirement community and hope that they dont have grandkids that come over and want to play. RIDICULOUS.

Its been a few months now since new owners took over. I see a change in the park. And its to the good.

They dont know how to take care of the place. My granddaughter,daughter and I have been getting sick a lot and we have a new born in the apartment now and I have a feeling that there is black mold in the walls. My apartment needed repair for over 5 months. I am looking for a place so I can get out of my apartment.

Worse manager and caretakers...charger for everything..Cant let children have toys or bikes in yard want it like an old folks home....keep rising rent and price...nothing changed....now making us play for services we dont want...seem to play RACE card..and Albert lea government wont do nothing....

Pot holes everywhere, lot rent increases every year, and the managers are very picky.
