The Freeborn County Arts Initiative has completely revolutionized the art scene in this community. They show an incredible range of both local and internationally-famous artists, in addition to the musical acts, movie nights, and other fun programming—all for FREE! The FCAI has a young, diverse board of directors that couldn’t contrast more with the other “art centers” in town who show the same rotating watercolor and belt buckle (yes, belt buckle) collections.

A great building ran by amazing people. This is a much needed resource for the area. The variety of exhibits keeps you coming back for more. Cant wait to see more of the building and learn more about its history.

Art work and shows are top quality.

The FCAI is a wonderful gem of the Albert Lea community. There are always wonderful galleries and events that go on here.

Beautiful building, they need more publicity as they are community oriented.
