Interesting place, although I cannot prove it, they discriminate against anyone they feel like. The noise from certain people constantly arguing echoes throughout the place, it is more annoying than the regular trains that pass by blowing their horns. I would never leave my car unlocked around these due to the seedy and shady people that walk through day and night. I dont even know if they live there. But, apparently, the management does not seem to have a problem with them.

Sketchy neighborhood can feel safe leaving my car outside so I left

Sewage overflowing from the septic onto the ground around some trailers in the park. Major electrical issues with many of the RV hookups as well. To receive proper maintenance on your property you must be related to the manager... Otherwise your requests will go mostly ignored. Manager likes to slander tenants behind their backs their backs, mostly to the other tenants in the park. The owner gets to pick and choose who pays late fees and who doesnt, who can go two months without paying versus 2 days before having to, as well as who shes going to harass versus who she isnt going to. Sweet

I liked it when i lived there, pretty mellow and lots of trees , also close to park and shopping

Crooked manager has whole family living onsite for free with one peeping tom whos disgusting to even look at. sick place.

They dont allow older trailers.
