Do not recommend living here. The park manager is a drunk and will harass you and your children. 5 yrs of pure hell living there. Selling my manufactured home was the best decision ever. Run far away from this park!

Well kept. Seems quiet. Fenced dog park.

Cant ever get ahold of the park manager and they do not listen or deal with situations that require their attention and brush it away. Too concerned about other parks they neglect this one. Park is a safety hazard, prices go up every year without an explanation as to why or what it is going for the dog park is hardly the expense that accounts for the last bump in rent, honestly I wish I could pull my family member that lives here out.
