Ordered a scope for my ar15 took alittle longer than expected but it was back ordered on ask websites. Took that same ar in to get done work on it and service was quick and with a smile. Favorite place to drop by for gun stuff.

I originally contacted Clips and Stuff/ CNC Firearms back in the early summer of 2014 looking for a clip that had proven difficult to acquire here in Eugene. The gentleman and lady who served me were extremely helpful and told me at the time that they also had 3-4 of these clips on hand. Well id spaced it off long enough and while I was having a conversation with some friends I just called to check and see if they still had the clips. This was literally months after wed originally spoke.The gentleman who helped me was very patient and listened attentively to my long winded explanation for the call. He was efficient, well mannered and mostly modest around his station at work. The breath of his knowledge, as it were. This impressed me a great deal especially when he informed me that the clips were still available, they were half the price they were last summer and he made me a deal for the purchase of 3 clips instead of just one plus shipping.Some might read this and find it quit the natural way of business around these parts. Its not. Ive been left standing at a register in an almost completely empty restaurant for over ten minutes before I just turned and left. The gentleman who helped me heard the long version of that story and after he answered all of my questions concerning the clips and the many other services CNS offers, he had me convinced personally, he did not,Convince me!, that he and his company were of high standards and quality. Im considering taking a weekend and just going down to Albany with some friends for some firearms training.The last thing that i was impressed by with this gentleman was when he told me that hed call me right back to let me know that my purchase was on its way.When i picked up he said hello and proceeded with the news. Before hanging up, during our good bye he says, Well ill have that out to you today and destroy the record.. I said, The record?, and he said yes. I wrote down your information and now that it cleared im going to destroy the paper that I WROTE it on.In the indecent at the restaurant I wanted a bacon cheese burger. I have a thing for right-off-the-grill bacon cheeseburgers. I still live in this neighborhood and every year I spend thousands of dollars with my patronage at all the grocery, gas stations, restaurants, Walgreens stores, boys and girl scouts etc. I have never stepped foot inside of that restaurant again.but I have had some really good bacon cheese burgers since then nonetheless. Its important for me to spend my hard earned with people, groups and businesses who make me feel like I have spent well. CNS/Clips and Things twice now have earned my respect and my business. I believe i will take those classes there. A road trip. And if you want a good Bacon Cheeseburger for a good price, and you happen to be in Springfield Oregon, you cant go wrong on Main Street.

Kevin and the guys know their stuff, carry a good spread of inventory (and can/will order anything else), and still deliver customer service on a level the chain stores never will.
