Our team had been short on players for our game and so we called to ask if the game could be moved. We did this on a Wednesday and the game was on a Sunday. We never got anything back so we assumed we would just play anyways. 2 hours before the game they emailed us saying they rescheduled our game. I mean that’s not fair they didn’t even confirm with us and girls were already driving up to the game! It just ruined everyone’s plans ):

The coaches are always pleasant but its one of the most disorganized places Ive ever been to. We are almost done with the winter session and they are just finalizing the schedule. Everything is very last minute. Unfortunately, its one of the only places around here to play soccer so youre kind of stuck playing there if you really love to play.

Beautiful sports facility with plenty of well cared for fields. Friendly staff behind the counter willing to help and answer any questions. Food was very good for the price. Recommend the beef brisket quesadilla.

There for a childrens birthday party. Staff was friendly and the facilities were clean.

Worst customer service ever! Our whole team ordered uniforms from them they were terrible and expensive for the quality of items we received. If you leave a message and nobody returns your phone call, went up there 3 weeks in a row to pick up the uniform and it wasn’t done. I could have avoided the 35 min drive if they picked up or returned phone calls. Also the team manager went to pick up the uniforms and we were given incomplete orders, misspelled Jerseys etc. Such a horrible experience with the soccer shop at Afrims I’d give them zero stars

Probably one of the worst facilities in the northeast. Absolutely no oversight or accountability in anyway. Glad to be done with having to come here ever again.

Greatest sports establishment in NY State. Huge soccer league for wide range of skill levels, both male, female and co-ed. Nice lounge with TV channels covering virtually any sport you might be interested in.

Good location and professional yet fun staff. Great to watch soccer games with the kids in a safe and exciting atmosphere. When multiple games are going it gets pretty wild in a good way.

Some of the staff are hard working and professional. But their efforts are completely overshadowed by the behavior of a number of employees who are exceptionally unprofessional with adult customers and their children.My most recent terrible experience was while watching my son and his friends play in the arcade area in the lobby, when an employee started screaming at them from across the lobby for reasons that were altogether unclear. It was frightening and confusing for the kids.After some investigation I found out that it was a coach for an older Alleycats soccer team named Tom. He was hanging out with other Afrims employees and my best guess as to an explanation to his behavior is that maybe they had been drinking and the kids were annoying them. But intoxicated or sober that kind of behavior, when you are an employee of a facility that is used mostly by children, is completely unnacceptable.

Just called for information on birthday parties... the gentleman who I spoke with was absolutely NO help. Piece of advice, if you want people in your establishment, you might want to try accomadating them or at least taking the time to answer questions.. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Why is it so insanely expensive?? I understand there arent really other options but I feel like theyre taking advantage of that and inflating the prices to the point that its unreal.
