Always enchanting. The Colorado sun warms my body and the cool breeze keeps the temperature comfortable. The squirrels are always eating what they can find and its delightful watching them.I recommend walking around the park with ear buds in. The experience is like no other.

Such a fun park! Theres a walking loop around the park so you can walk or jog on asphalt. Theres a large grass area to play on. There are benches scattered around the park as well as kid activities around the walking loop. The park itself is fun and has an area for little kids and older kids.

Very nice park. Ive been here a few times and its always clean and everything looks healthy. The playground seems nice and theres a little skating area. We especially like the big trees and the shade they provide for sitting. My only complaint is that the bathrooms have no doors on the stalls and its pretty uncomfortable.

Beautiful public park in Alamosa. We went for their Sundays at Six music series. Its a free, outdoor concert. The park itself is clean and very well kept. Its right on the Rio Grande, too. The trails around the park follow the river. Great place to spend a casual afternoon/evening.

Love this park! Everyone is friendly and there are always activities. Some of these include jogging, cycling, picnicking, yoga, and softball. Weekly concerts are held each Sunday in the summer. On the walking path, there are activities to engage the kiddos. There is also a playground for the kids as well. There are also pavilions for those who wish to picnic under cover, complete with grills. This should definitely be on anyones itinerary when they visit Alamosa.
