Single income family. maintenance is on top of repairs and is on site. lived here a year and seriously for the price compared to other cities weve lived in and the people weve met here ( admittedly there will always be the addicts and randoms weve met) so much more calmer compared to some other places weve lived. Just a total thumbs up for Laura and Jamal

The park has mad a lot of improvements, still has a lot of eye sores on the property. Too much rent for occupancy of trailer.

Burn it down. and start over..
