They were very ev courteous, and the establishment was very clean. I had a very nice evening with my son Junior and my daughter Liz.

Had fun with my family. The only thing I wish they would clean the play area more often

Great place to eat. They follow protocalls and beyond with the refills and such. Although, I took away one star because when the buffet was closed, which I stayed there till 2, I noticed that they were throwing away all the food and me and my girl thought out loud and said, instead of throwing all that food away why not donate it to the homeless shelters near by. Its not just to this one in particular I mean to all P.P.P.. Yes, I get its time consuming but dang theres people who cant eat well like some of us do.

Pizza takes a while to come out, since its Covid-19 sanitary there is a few games, some steal your coins like it happened to me 3 times. Even the coin machine stole my money.

Pizza was great but buffalo wings were the smallest I have seen. Some wings were half the size of the cheese packet. Very disappointed with the wings..

It was okay for a carb fill up from a chain, I suppose. We just werent impressed, even for the low cost.

Ordered on line. Show up at time they said it would be ready and order is missing. Not even cooked. Had to wait an extra 20 min for order to be correctly done

Employees arent properly disposing of gloves when needed! Touched card, touched the cups and lids, touched ranched, placed ranch IN WITH wings, touched the screen TOUCH EVERYTHING WITH THE SAME PAIR OF GLOVES.

It was great, had a double date with my cousin and his lady. The wait for our XL pizza wasnt so bad and when it got there boy was it delicious. They never fail, pizza always on another level. 5-5 would recommend and visit again.

Horrible attitude of the staff. the buzzer went off. cold wings and pizza, when I asked about the order when it would be done a staff member said walking away its almost done it will be done 4 minutes. another staff member said no it will be done in 2 minutes. So i waited for the bread sticks. the bread sticks came out in 2 minutes.. cold and under cooked food. Im just glad i dont dont live around this area. Alamo,Tx PPP redo your staff immediately.

Had my Fatsos Birthday party was lots of fun...

On numerous times that ive gone. The restrooms smell. When i went in the morning there was trash on the floor and in the game room from the following day. Which is very disgusting because who knows how many people play games and if they dont even pick up you know they dont clean the games. Staff from the game room is always nice. However cleaniness is important when dining.

Pizza is great and now that the game room is open is awesome.

The pizza fresh and taste really good also the place is nice way to enjoy a fun time with family and friends, also its very fun time for the kids also amazing time to have their birthday parties. I personally go on the weekend to hangout with my friends because its fun time.

Came for bday party. Host left 40 minutes before the party ended. She didnt day goodbye or trade with another host. Had her paged. Nothing. Then manager was upset that she was our interim host. The place is nice and large. Seems like all areas are pretty clean. Restroom is really smelly and falling apart. They have about 4 entrances, but only one works. It is very inconvenient.

Its was a fun family experience and delicious pizza,but i hate that some games are rigged.In total i won 1000 tickets and spent around $50

Newly remodeled and spacious. Has never failed us and has always been delicous pizza. Best in all south texas. Has games for toddlers and older. Allows parties but no big decorations just balloons and table toppers.

Tons of cool games. The bean bag toss is a must love the challenge. Food was great , had a good time , only thing Id want more of is baby friendly areas like at least one padded area with baby toys so they can have fun.

Big place, nice improvement with the remodeling, But. The kid area was wet and dirty, restrooms are extremely dirty also, its sad to see employees go use them and go back to work to make pizza. (Since it was a party I went, everything was there for us, except drinks) I felt sick after a while that I had to go to the restroom (didnt use it after all). Coke dispenser is dirty and that floor area was wet for a while, employees were aware of the issue since they walked thru there several times. With the $$ they make on that area is about time they invest on a building that can be clean from inside and out, and maybe more employees they definitely need all the help they can get. You have a Dirty Dirty Dirty place. Im sorry my kids wont be attending any more parties there. I have to give u one star cause it wont let me move fwd. But you dont deserve any!!

What more can I say about this franchise! This has to be the best pizza joint there is! Their tomatoe sauce is amazing! Their crust is great! Their toppings are beyond compare! I always order meat lovers XL pizza with my buddies and its always 3 of us! We get filled up with it like nothing and of course our choice of drink! Go with friends or family so you all can split the bill otherwise it really will be bad for your wallet! They offer quality pizzas, games, and a family friendly atmosphere!!! Without a doubt Peter Piper Pizza is the best pizza place there is!!! I will go again and again and again!

Today we had my granddaughters birthday party that we been planning for weeks and the hostess we probably saw her like 3 or 4 times the party was from 6-9 at 9 we were breaking the pinata and thats cause we had too tell them they never announce no did they sing Happy birthday too my Kaylani we had too pick up so other people could sit and eat not once did they come too pick up trash or ask if everything was going find I have a new born nice the rest rooms were a mess so disgusting I had too ask if someone could go attend the rest room it was a very disappointed experience I had had party at other ppp and never had this happen too us

Always love going here. Pizza is delicious. Would give it 2 more stars but when you order online and go to pick it up the customer service is bad. Bad enough to make it a 2 star rating unfortunately. Usually the same 3 girls standing there just pacing and talking. They wont even acknowledge you or ask if youve been helped. Very rude and unprofessional especially for a place that interacts a lot with customers. Again, food is great, but the customer service is just not up to par. Please hire more professional/customer service oriented people.

I went on Saturday and yesterday for partys an its was my first time going there an man I had a very bad experience very bad customer experience they had no waitress for the party they were only 2 like for 8 partys an then one left so only one for all partys an they were taking for ever on d food the parents of the partys had to go get their on food cz no employees an then the cook machine kept running out of ice but beside that the food was ok an the games but I well never go there again the first experience should be good my it wasnt they need to hire more people an work on there customer service

I mean its Peter Piper Pizza... but a lot of machines just took our tokens and didnt work, some were out of tickets. And helpful staff is hard to come by. Pizza was better than I expected, though.

Game pricing has gotten expensive... seems better to go to Chuck E Cheese in my opinion. Pizza is good tho. For the kids i just feel its too much for a car game its 4 tokens .... so overall Id say its ok.

Went in at 11:30 on a Tuesday to enjoy the buffet. It was super clean and not crowded at all. They had coloring event for the kids and offered them a free cone coupon. Food was hot and scrumptious.

The Alamo PPP gets pretty packed every weekend and tonight was no different. The speed of service and quality was also just as consistent. Pizzas on time, drinks dispensers all working, 99% of games working. The average night here is always well above average for other Peter Piper locations.

There good and all but there like super gull of people and kids that theres barely enough space to walk around the tables without hitting someone.

Aside from everything being a bit clustered during their peak hours, my time there was enjoyable. Nothing was too overpriced and all the games were in working condition.
